Fix the damn mini splits in the room. The service was excellent. Breakfast was good.

Room was like new as was the entire hotel. Very large with twin queen beds, desk and couch. Bathroom was beautiful with deep tub. Tasteful, current decor. Comfortable beds. Quiet.

Price was great for value that I got with the room, I enjoyed the customer service and the overall room itself was not bad. I plan to stay here again, if given the opportunity.

I stayed at this hotel for 9 days and was very satisfied.

The room had everything I needed, and I really liked its design.
The location was perfect for me because I was working at Costco, and the hotel is right nearby.

Wow what a big change since the last time I was here. Rooms are like modern state-of-the-art for an old hotel like this.

We have had several amazing stays at the Holiday Inn Lethbridge. The pool is definitely a highlight but the staff goes above and beyond to make sure that your stay is wonderful.

The waterpark is the best! The slides are so much fun! I enjoy going down the slides a lot! If you've never been I would 10/10 reccomend you ask front desk and pay for a tube.

Had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and spacious, breakfast was great… lots of variety! Unfortunately we did not use the pool but it looked wonderful. Would definitely stay here again!

I booked a non refundable room but unfortunately myself and my guest got sick. I called and asked if I could have a credit for another time.

We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus Lacombe Inn & Suites! From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful.

Very welcoming staff. We stayed in a family room that had bunk beds and a TV in its own separate area. The pool area was clean and the kids loved the waterslide. Breakfast was excellent.

Hands down the best place to stay in Brooks if you are looking for affordability and hospitality! I am in Brooks almost every week for work and this is definitely my favorite place to stay.

Recently renovated motel. It shows cleanliness, bright welcome feeling when you walk in. The staff accommodates you with kindness, patience, and understanding.

We booked with a group of friends and families last Dec 24-26, 2025. We truly enjoyed our stay. Staff were professional and friendly. The hotel is clean and the rooms were spacious.

A beautiful and welcoming hotel. The attention to every small detail is clear through out. The rooms are large, comfortable and super quiet. Well designed and thought out.

The room was good, they offered me the free shuttle to airport. Room had good facilities, good television which offers youtube. Relaxing bed and couch.

A good option for air travellers. Nice and close to the airport.
Rooms are nicely laid out and clean. Well-used but you won't notice it much.
The only negative would be there is no coffee bar.

Recently stayed at this hotel and was very happy with the central location and onsite restaurants and easy access to many stores nearby within walking distance.

We arrived at the Sandman on December 22, 2025. Upon entering our room, we noticed that there was a burnt out light in the bathroom, as well as two burnt out lights on the lamp in the bedroom.

Our stay at Delta Hotels Calgary Downtown was nothing short of exceptional.

The hotel feels newly renovated — the rooms are modern, spotless, and smell great. The bed is super comfortable, the towels are soft, and everything feels fresh and well-maintained.

I’ve stayed at this location multiple times and always have a good experience. The rooms are comfortable and the price is very reasonable. The staff are great.

I wasn’t expecting much from this older Holiday Inn but chose this because of its central location. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised.

All I have to say is… steam room/shower! Awesome feature in the suite!

We stayed at the Kanata Inn in Fort Saskatchewan this past summer and had such a great experience.

I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Spruce Grove. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.

A four-day trip to Lake Louise Chateau was amazing. My boyfriend was attending a conference and my dog and I came along for a vacation.

I have stayed at this hotel pre-flight a few times and it's always clean and comfortable. Well, this time my flight was changed so the reservation that I made needed to be moved up a day.

We stayed Xmas Eve, as we were flying Xmas Day. The stay, park, fly package was perfect! And very reasonably priced.

EDIT: went into the facility in person, booked a room and things were better. Perhaps there was a bit of a language barrier. The front desk clerk was kind in person, and easy to work with.

Tried out the hotel as it was close to a friend's house in the NW. Location is fantastic as it is only 25 mins away from the airport, about 10 mins towards downtown, and 20 mins to Sherwood Park.

This is ‘the’ place we stay when in Edmonton. Absolutely fantastic staff. General manager Sorav Bhalla is a pleasure to deal with and makes our stay so easy and enjoyable. Five stars.
