Hotels in Yerevan with Breakfast

Mount Ararat is visible from the balcony! Very cool look!
The room has everything you need, the bed linen is clean and fresh. The bathroom is separate, everything that should be there is there.

A good guest house, corresponds to the stated price. Quite suitable for a budget stay in Yerevan.

I stayed at Aygestan Hotel for a while and had a really nice time. What made it special for me was the people and the atmosphere.

Our stay at this hotel was truly a pleasant and memorable experience. From the very beginning, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming.

The room matches the photo, looks good.
It is located almost in the center.
Cheap.
Noisy. The windows overlook the road, there is not enough soundproofing.
Hard to find.

Highly recommended. Accommodation is new (stayed in July 2023). Good amenities compared to the price.

Good place to stay in Yerevan. New hotel right in the center.

I had a good stay for a budget hotel. Room was alright. Very clean and straightforward. Bed was a bit weird, not sure what it was.

Beautiful new hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff, easy to arrange (despite problems with our flight) and a beautiful clean room. Modernly equipped, with everything.

The staff is very friendly and always happy to help. The rooms are very comfortable, very soft mattresses. The coffee was delicious and you could drink it at any time — this is very important😂.

Hospitality of staff is very nice and especially miss Hasmik and miss Yana are friendly helping us to visit the city and enjoying staying in this hotel. The cleaning of room is excellent.

Great place as this is in near to republic square and downtown yerevan.
The room is cozy and nice and clean.
The reception staff is nice and offered us help.

Great place for someone who’s looking to relax and enjoy the view of Yerevan. People are very kind however there’s language issue but in overall they are willing to help.

I had the best experience with this hotel. Stuff is so welcoming and friendly. Food is very good. Close to centre. Affordable. Rooms are always clean. Beds are very comfortable.

Many thanks to the administrator Mikhail and Alexander! Surrounded with warmth and care)
The hostel is very conveniently located, one might say in the very center of Yerevan.

Great place with great people. The room has everything you need. Good location, within walking distance from the center.

Good, cozy hotel close to the city center.
Clean and comfortable rooms, nice breakfast and pool. In Yerevan hot sunny days it was a pleasure to swim and refresh myself.

Great small hotel, only 9 rooms, with quiet backyard and nice pool. Awesome breakfast.

What can I say of this place, since I arrived I felt like a home with lovely people kim and sunny thanks for everything, the breakfast is delicious and the service is really good.

We had great experiences, accomodated by amazing Kimmy❤️❤️ a must well stay!
Thank you Kimmy and team for your support and assistance.

Very nice and helping and smiling people here! I was with my bycicle they put it on a safe place, and they also helped me to go to airport and to carry my bike box to the taxi.

Rooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and well kept. Staff are incredibly friendly and kind. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in yerevan!

We were looking for an inexpensive and convenient place to visit Yerevan. We stayed at "Armenia Hostel". And they didn’t regret it! Clean, no-frills rooms, each with its own toilet and shower.

First of all I t looks like a little bungalow,, the romm is very spacious, clean and comfy … it has another room inside one room. So its like one family can stay in a single room 😂

The rooms were quite spacious, though the decor was rather strange, attempting a sort of faux-royal style that didn't quite land.

I enjoyed the hotel's SPA rooms only, but boy it was good. The Relax room was perfect. A pool with a slide, 3 stores of hamams, saunas, and jacuzzis.

I recently stayed at Green Palace Hotel in Yerevan and I must say, it was a wonderful experience.

Very nice hotel just few mins walk to republic square… friendly hotel staff nice rooms and services.

A nice place to stay in, however, for the price, more is expected in terms of, for example, appearance of complementary services such as pool, and gym, but the sauna is great.

A very nice place with great value for money, perfectly located, amazing view from the room to the city and the mountains. The team is kind and friendly.

Excellent hotel! We arrived late, by the time we got to the hotel it was already 10 pm, we checked in without any problems.

Cozy, clean room. Comfortable bed.
To the Cascade on foot ≈20 minutes.
Audibility is a nightmare, in the room you could hear everything that was happening in the corridor.

Thanks for the welcome! Friendly staff! Thank you, Alice! Cozy budget rooms, in the center, very convenient location!

I was there and really liked the hotel; the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and had everything I needed. I was especially surprised by the low prices.

Days Inn, you're the best! Guardian angels work here! 😇
Hello everyone! I'm writing this review with a heart overflowing with gratitude! Days Inn isn't just a hotel, it's a place with a soul!

The location is excellent. Everything is within walking distance. The room is spacious, and the view from the window is also magnificent.

Excellent and helpful staff! We arrived early and early check-in was not possible, but our room was cleaned first and we were allowed to check in early. Beautiful garden view.
Daily cleaning service.

Good for what it is as a 3 star hotel. At first we had some difficulties at checkout due to them not accepting card and its location is far from the city center.

The location was very relaxing and calming ambience with a nice pool, the room was very big and clean, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. At the end I would thanks Mr. Armen and Kolya.

I’m deeply impressed by the hotel’s excellent service.
My friends stayed here for their wedding anniversary.

The hotel room is amazing, it was an impromtu/walk in booking but the reception happily accepts me, thanks to the availability.
