Hotels in Yerevan with Breakfast

Ogannes is a caring person but the Russian guests are very noisy.

Zoned sleeping places, individual lamps, lockable compartments for personal belongings. Comfortable, neat interior. Parks and an observation deck are nearby.

An excellent budget hostel option. Very cool staff! Location — a stone's throw from the supermarket. There is everything nearby — shops, bus stops, cafes. To the center — 15 minutes walk.

The hotel is located almost in the center, a 15-minute walk from Republic Square. Nearby there is a large supermarket, a public transport stop.

I have traveled a lot and visited more than 50 hostels in my life. I have never found a hostel as clean, tidy and quiet as this one. I was happy staying there.

Very nice hostel with a family vibe that makes you feel home. The backyard is my best friend for the tea in the morning with the sun and doing some yoga or exercises.

Delicious homemade food, seasoned with love from the girls who work there.
Standard room with everything you need.

Quite clean, with a cozy courtyard.
Very polite staff, great price, quiet at night and 15 minutes walk to the center.
The shower room needs repairs, some parts are falling off.

I stayed here for two nights and honestly had a really good experience. The location is very convenient — close to the center, so it’s easy to move around and explore the city.

The location is very good, close to Republic Square and Yerevan Stairs, but the bed is a bit old.

Nice inexpensive hotel near the city center. The rooms are clean. Very responsive staff, ready to help. The hotel has a bar and restaurant. The food is very tasty. Definitely recommend!

I was alone. A wonderful, very clean and cozy hostel. Everything corresponds to the photo. Everything is there: kettle, microwave, dishes. Clean bed. The room is warm. Atmospheric and stylish.

They were great hosts and the place was cozy clean and quiet.

Suited in the center of Yerevan near the republic square with a great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Excellent management. Great staff and customer service. Also, clean rooms & cozy.

The end of October, the weather was crazy, but neither rain nor cold spoiled our impressions) the hotel is located on a mountain, this must be taken into account, for people like me it’s a pleasure

Excellent hotel: nice building, spacious rooms, beautiful view of the whole of Yerevan, pleasant staff, delicious breakfast. Clean, neat.

I recently stayed at Nice Hotel Yerevan and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, yet quiet and peaceful enough to truly relax.

A Truly Wonderful Stay at Nice Hotel Yerevan.
My experience at Nice Hotel Yerevan was nothing short of exceptional.

I enjoyed the hotel's SPA rooms only, but boy it was good. The Relax room was perfect. A pool with a slide, 3 stores of hamams, saunas, and jacuzzis.

I recently stayed at Green Palace Hotel in Yerevan and I must say, it was a wonderful experience.

Basic amenities which could be improved. Good location and a good rate price-lication.

Everything is good.
The room was very clean and hygienic with no peculiar smell. Good location and near by Supermarket.

We liked the hotel. Small, quiet and cozy. It is located in the city center. There are many cafes and shops within walking distance. If the weather is clear, you can see Mount Ararat from the balcony.

Very Good place.
Value of money.
Host is so nice, she cant speak english but she uses Google translate and best one I lived the breakfast 🤗

This place offers a variety of rooms suitable for budget travelers, and they even accept families with kids at no extra cost.

My wife and I went to an event. Stayed one night. Overall ok. The heater was humming — I had to turn it off. In winter, the soul is cold. Well, there is a shared kitchen.
