SD Hotel

It was like a very dirty trash can.
If you have any respect for yourself, don't go to this hotel.
Even if they pay me to stay there for another night, I will never accept it.

Basic amenities which could be improved. Good location and a good rate price-lication.
Probably the worst thing we're the noisy guests on the floor who were outside on the corridor creating noise all the time some of the nights and also the bad smell from the canal in the bathroom.

Our previous hotel was fully booked for the next day so we were able to book this stay only a short walk away.
I booked a junior suite but the receptionist didn't know what that was and spoke wery poor english. First we got a small double room which I disputed and then she gave us an even smaller twin room. I tried once again to explain and show my on my reservation that I had booked a junior suite but she looked like a question mark. I then accepted because it was only for one night and didn't wish to use more time finding another hotel. The bed was too short and uncomfortable. Room and shower were cold. Outside it was just above freezing point.

It’s a 3 — star hotel with location nearby the train/ metro station. Great service from the front desk and sweet room service person Jasmine, who is always smiling and supportive! The boss just showed us a wonderful hospitality with drinks and ping pong matches ❤️🥰 highly recommended!

On booking are the reviews and photos totally fine. The reality is different.
The hotel smells like a kitchen. The rooms are clean but old. Bathroom is not in a good condition. The towels are so old and smelling full of chemicals. I bought extra some tissues so I don't not use the towels.
Overall I gave one night chance but not possible to stay.
The Indian stuff and the reception was very kind and tried to help me a lot.

The location is convenient, with the metro just a 7–8 minute walk away, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, overall, we were not very satisfied with our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel did not meet our expectations. And the check-in process was very inconvenient. Our room was not ready on time, and we had to wait the entire day in a different room, which was uncomfortable.

Moldy toilets reeking of urine, a 3x3 meter windowless room for four people with no ventilation, the air conditioning not working, and temperatures of at least 40°C on the top bunk — what more is there to say?

I can’t believe what happened with this hotel. We had our booking confirmed for weeks, but the day we were supposed to arrive, they called us last minute to say they had to cancel our reservation due to "unforeseen circumstances. "
We were already on our way, and they offered no assistance in finding us another place to stay, leaving us stranded with no options. The customer service was horrible, and they didn’t seem to care about the inconvenience they caused. After hours of trying to find a new place, we finally managed to book somewhere else, but it completely ruined our trip.
I’ve never experienced such poor service, and I would never recommend staying at this hotel. They ruined our vacation, and we won’t be coming back.

The stuff is very nice and friendly! Comfortable rooms and location next to the train center and walking distance from main attractions.

Close to the train station (10-minute walk), 24-hour available reception.
Room were very cold in winter, breakfast was so so, and the smell in the room was not good.

Asked employee for directions to the Wildberries and she rudely said "read the sign on the door". Not the hospitality I'd expect from a hotel.

Staff were great and responsible. Breakfast was delicious. It was a safe and peaceful neighborhood and it was also near to train station that is perfect for those who might want to travel to Georgia by train. Cold / Hot water was available 24 h. There was something wrong with the Wi-Fi and I did not have access to the Internet first night but staff did their best to fix it. Their effort was really valuable.
There were no elevator and since our room was on 4th floor, It was really hard to reach there.
There is no smoking area in the building and you have to descend and climb at least 2 floors to be able to smoke.
4th floor and our room was really hot and air conditioner was not sufficient for that area (even with an extra fan) and due to the hot weather of Yerevan in summer, it was a huge problem.

The hotel is nice, the staff is polite and courteous, special thanks to Eric and Svetlana! They helped with any questions and were always helpful. The room is clean and tidy, there are breakfasts that are either included in the price or can be ordered separately — satisfying and delicious. Cleaning every day. I recommend it for booking.

Visited with my daughters. We were very pleased. The hotel is well located, payment can be negotiated, beautiful and cozy, clean and comfortable. Friendly, polite staff. We would especially like to mention the manager Oleg — responsible, attentive and always ready to help. I want to share with everyone the promises that are written in the Bible in Revelations Isaiah 2:4: “He (God) will be a judge among the nations and will set everything right for the good of many nations. They will beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning shears. The people will not lift up the sword against the people, and will no longer learn to fight. " This time is already very close and Jesus Christ taught us to pray about it in the famous prayer “Our Father”

I stayed here for 2 nights. The receptionist and all staff were helpful. But the bread in breakfast was old. Also the room was not clean especially the sheets. The worst thing is the third bed on 4th floor was broken and I get back pain! It is awful. And also it does not have elevator imagine your room is on 4th floor. But the receptionist help us to carry laggages.
