NAVA Hotel Yerevan

We stayed at this cozy mini-hotel and were very pleased! The rooms are clean, stylish and thought out to the smallest detail — everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and always ready to help, we felt at home. A great option for both tourists and business trips. We will definitely come again and recommend it to friends!

"I had a wonderful experience at this mini tourist hotel! The room was neat, comfortable, and had all the essentials. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions. The hotel’s location was ideal for sightseeing and exploring the area. It’s a great value for the price, and I would definitely stay here again! "

We spent a week in this hotel. Everything is great! 👍Cleaning every day, shampoo, gel, soap were reported daily. Bed and towels were changed 2 times. Many thanks to the hotel owner Susie, 🥰who herself prepared fresh, delicious, varied breakfasts every day. Our goal was not to lie down, but to see the country, so we had to leave for excursions in the morning, and their breakfast started at 9.00. Therefore, we warned the reception in the evening and she made us unique dry rations for the road in bags (various sandwiches, boutiques, cold coffee in cups, yogurt…). I was very impressed by the country and the staff with their friendliness and care. Thank you Yerevan, thank you Nava otel, I would like to come back to you again! 🙏🙏🙏

I liked everything except the promised “beautiful view from the window. ” in fact, I lived in room 22, the view from which was of a dilapidated wooden private house with broken windows. Otherwise it's an excellent hotel. Close to the metro, train station, buses to all parts of Yerevan, market, a lot of shops and cafes. Clean, tidy. Even the kettle in the room was washed without traces of scale, which was a pleasant surprise. The room is not larger, about 9-10 square meters, but cozy. Everything you need is: kettle, refrigerator, towels, mugs, spoons. The room had a bottle of water, tea, coffee, sugar, shampoo, conditioner.
There is not enough rug in the bathroom.

Quiet hotel.
Dirty. The linen is old, there have been checks in places. The sheets are synthetic, cleaning was carried out once a week. Linen and towels were not changed even once! There's not even a shoehorn. Terrible hotel, I don't recommend it to anyone. The windows face the private sector, the view is terrible. The staff is not friendly. Water pressure is weak.

I liked the hotel, it was clean, cozy, warm (which was important in winter). Very nice staff, high-quality mattress and pillows, clean bedding. It was nice to be in the room and relax from the road. The windows overlooked the courtyard, where birds sang and the sun shone)
The bathroom was cold and not comfortable. There were also no breakfasts due to the fact that the kitchen is not open during the low season. There were no cafes nearby, so I was left without breakfast. But otherwise the hotel is good.

1. The staff is responsive and friendly.
2. I liked the breakfast (small buffet, we ate our fill).
3. It is possible to charge an electric car. But you need to agree in advance about the planned charging.
4. The room has a refrigerator, kettle and tea accessories.
1. The bed linen in the room is stained, it is clear that it is old and tired. The fabric is synthetic.
2. There is no sound insulation at all, you can hear everything that happens behind the door very well. It's impossible to sleep.
3. A room with a beautiful view from the window was booked, but in fact it was not available. There was a very narrow window overlooking the terrace where the owners dry clothes.
4. In general, the room is very tired and needs updating.
5. Car charging is slow. Payment is made by charging hours, not by kilowatts. Therefore, charging at a hotel is not entirely profitable compared to fast charging stations in the city, where you pay per kilowatt.
6. The ironing board and iron are old, they burned through the shirt because… The iron with a dirty surface is stuck to the fabric.

Polite staff.
I spent the night like in a store window). I don’t know the history of the creation of the hotel and this apartment. Essentially this is a room with a glass wall and a door directly to the street! Cold glossy stone floor, huge area, cold in the bathroom — also huge… A very strange, uncomfortable room. Wf is excellent, staff is polite. The area is depressing, there is nowhere to eat. There is only a 24-hour supermarket nearby, but there are few products there. I spent the night on a transit connection, it’s bearable. But I don't want to be here anymore. Yes! The room is smoky. Like many things in Yerevan. All taxis are smoked. But the people are all very nice and friendly.

I arrived early, they checked in quickly, they didn’t have time to clean up properly, but that was because of me. Clean comfortable bed. There was a refrigerator and TV in the room.
In the room, the water did not run anywhere after the shower; it stood in the corner. Good audibility of neighbors. Smoking area on the roof, right next to the room I checked into)

I was staying for a business matter, since I needed a quiet place and near the downtown I was looking for a hotel room and I found out about this hotel. It's very cozy and welcoming place. I love the way staff treated me while my staying days. What I can say about breakfast? I stayed for three days, and it was same delicious and in time and all different from each other each day, I love it! Room service was daily what I liked and also in case of any need the reception is responsive 24/7 for which I am very grateful. Location is just in the top, it's near the train station Davit Sasunci which is giving you an option to go anywhere in the city you want just in minutes. The view from the window is straight to Ararat Mountains face which is just breathtaking. Staff was very professional, friendly and attentive at the same time, which's rare. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located near the railway station. Station, I got a room with windows facing the courtyard, which is better, since there is no street noise. Very friendly staff, the room is clean, the room itself is very large, but quite cozy. There is Wi-Fi, the TV has three channels in Russian. In the morning, breakfast is a buffet, in fact, some kind of “homemade” or something. Tasty, varied and with soul. On the street there are shops and a pharmacy within walking distance, and there is street food near the station. The hotel accepts the Mir card. There is a parking space available on the street.

The staff is excellent, very polite and responsive. The breakfasts are modest, but varied — each of the 4 days there was something new from hot dishes, overall I liked it. We didn't hear our neighbors in the room, only in the hallway. Ararat could be seen from the window. The beds are comfortable, the blankets are warm. The room is tiny, but it is in the description — read carefully, it will be cramped for large people. Not far from the metro — no more than 10 minutes walking distance. Overall I liked it.
The room is tiny, but it has a huge non-functional closet without shelves and with 2 skinny hangers, we measured it. The room was clean, but the windows were very dirty, which noticeably spoiled the view of Ararat. The bathroom sink was wobbly, the rain shower splashed water in all directions, the switch for the regular shower head was broken for the first 2 days, then it was fixed, there was no holder for the regular shower head. Water from the shower flowed over the side of the bathroom floor and formed a huge puddle. They asked to change the towels, only the large ones were replaced, the small hand and foot towels were not changed…

Very helpful staff.
Room service is very attentive.
Give you feel of guest house as well.

Absolutely great experience. Very economical. Located 2.5kms away from freedom Square. Easy to get cab from here.
Rooms Cleanliness — Well taken care of.

I don’t really recommend this place.
No daily room service.
Tasteless and unfresh breakfast.
Room view on shantytown.
Location isn’t ideal.
Cold staff that will ask you to cancel your booking. Con reservation and rebook directly with them so they can save the commission fee.

It is a good place to stay near train station with a nice breakfast, but price/value for rooms can be improved (as there is no fridge inside and the doors is no soundproof at all)
