KaTun Hostel

I stayed four nights in this hostel (villa) The hostel is around 2 km of walking to the center. It has all facilities (kitchen, bathroom each floor… etc) for your stay. My stay was good from check-in until check-out. The staff was friendly and servants. Highly recommended.

Very nice and quiet hostel in Yerevan. The position is close to the city center but in a secondary road so that you do not hear the great trafic of the city. Air conditioning in all the rooms, two big terraces where stay and relax, super equipped kitchen with free coffee and tea. And last but not least the owner, Armen, is very helpful and friendly. Recommended!

Kenut hostel is a very nice place to stay in once you are in Yerevan. Very clean rooms and big sitting room with several amenities.
My husband and I stayed 5 days and we were very impressed and happy. I highly recommend this place.
And one last note, the owners are very friendly!

Sufficiently spacious room with its own locker to store valuables.
Shared kitchen equipped with everything you need and coffee and tea always available for everyone.

For sure is one of the best place to stay in Yerevan! This place is super clean and well equipped! Their kitchen is amazing and you can find everything such as microwave, an oven, … and also they provide a free tea and coffee for all guests!
They have an amazing terrace!
The owner (Armen) is very kind and super helpful and he helps you with everything that he can.

I had a nice stay here for few days,, its comfortable and a peaceful place for me,,, I like the friendly staff and the way they treated us,, if I have a chance to go back in yerevan,,, ill be back here.

The rooms are very clean and new. The interiors are cool, linens new and the kitchen is big where you could cook your own food. The breakfast lady is awesome, she looks after you. If it was summer, it would be nice to hang out in the garden.

Very nice & convenient hostel, perfect administrator & very good breakfast for very small price. Feels like I come to an old friends. Really enjoyed my stay!

Stayed here this past October, it was perfect for me. The hostel itself feels more like a house, it has one of the best kitchens I've seen, a really good breakfast (the apricot drink and marmalade are great! ), and it's really close to everything. I wish I could have tried their tours, but next time I go to Yerevan I'll be sure to stay here.

Super nice place in a quiet location. Big kitchen space, tasty breakfast made by a local lady, clean rooms and baths. In the backyard there is a green garden with a chilling zone. There, you can check your chess talent with Armenian champions.

We stayed 5 days in Katun Hostel. Everything was perfect! Artur and Liana are very kind and supportive. We are glad we met them. The whole of building is very pleasant, silent and well-equipped. It has everything you need and much more. There are lockers for your things and they are as secure as any other hostel I've been to. The beds are so comfortable and the whole place is perfectly clean to the extent that you get amazed and also. The kitchen appliances were so much and there was everything you need for a really good vacation. There are 3 extremely clean toilets alongside the bathrooms which make you not to wait in queue on at the peak hours :D.
We are really, really happy we found this place! Thank you very much, Artur!
