Mia Casa Hotel Yerevan

Excellent location, friendly staff, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast to die for.
The family room in the second room did not have air conditioning, so it was cooler. In the morning you have to wait for hot water and drain it for a long time.

I've been talking to the receptionist about how our room is cold and they do nothing. All he could say was I can't help you! It's winter, the heating system is supposed to work but it doesn't. The lobby is warmer than our room! And there is no elevator and no one to help us getting our luggage up stairs.
To the owners response: your receptionist came to our room once (while the TV was on), put the air conditioner on heating mode (which I already had done) and said we had to wait a few minutes for it to work and if it didn't he couldn't help us anymore. Well it didn't work we talked to him about it and he said he couldn't help us. No teaching was done and none was needed! Next time you call someone a liar you should think first. Why would we even needed to be taught how to turn the TV on!
He was petty and sulked like a child and told us he deliberately wouldn't help with anything anymore if we had any other problem.
The rooms was really cold the entire time. We wore multiple layers of clothes and everytime we took a shower we had to leave the hot water on the entire time so that we we weren't freezing.
Later we booked into another 3 star hotel and the service and eveything else was much better. So your 3 star rate is not an excuse!

I liked the hotel and would come back again. Breakfast is very good), the room is good, they were cleaned almost every day, the administrator is very friendly. There is no private parking, but you can park it near the fence under the cameras. And in general, it was clear that they wanted to help and make your stay comfortable. The location is ok, there’s a market nearby, there’s somewhere to go for a walk, but in general you can take a taxi anywhere, the tariffs are ok.

I had a disappointing experience at Mia Casa Hotel. After check-in, they informed me about additional costs not mentioned in my initial reservation. Breakfast was advertises in their posting and then they wanted to add charge for it. Despite trying to resolve the issue with both the hotel staff and booking. Com representatives, they were uncooperative and impolite. After two frustrating hours, they abruptly asked us to leave, and to my shock, I later discovered they charged my credit card for a full 7-day stay without my consent. On booking. Com it is specifically mentioned that the credit card will not be charged and they would have to communicate any charges at the time of checkout. I would caution others about their lack of transparency and poor customer service.

Breakfast is poor, instant coffee (from a coffee machine for extra money), take it without breakfast, not worth the money.
They offered a transfer for 10, 000 drams, the driver arrived and took us in 40 degree heat without air conditioning (it was broken). The staff at the reception is unfriendly, there is a large staircase at the entrance to the hotel, no one helps with luggage. I don't recommend it.

During a vacation trip to Yerevan, we used this hotel to stay for 6 days. The purpose of the trip is recreation, travel, etc. Mostly they came to spend the night and have breakfast (they took it with breakfast). Overall, a small, cozy hotel, positioned as ***. The rooms are compact, but have everything you need, a bed, a wardrobe, bedside tables, a TV, a small table and one chair, air conditioning and a shower. Breakfast is a simple buffet, plus a different dish every day (porridge, omelet, potatoes with sausages), and fruit. So we took advantage of the services of organizing trips to attractions. A good car, the price is a little higher than tours on the street, but more reliable.

Very nice small hotel with a good location. To pl. Republic 20 min. On foot, to the Cascade — 25 minutes. On Sayat Novi. Good breakfasts: cold cuts of meat, vegetables, cheese and individual hot dishes (different every day) from the kindest Karina❤. There were problems with paying with a normal Kazakhstani card, but manager Karo solved this problem. But the TV signal was weak and often switched off.

Absolutely amazing! The staff is super lovely, the place is so cozy and clean, breakfast is so tasty and the people who serve it are the loveliest! Plus, it’s location is right by the circular gardens which makes even better! I’m definitely going back next time I’m in Yerevan! ❤️

Have stayed at this hotel twice. I like the convenient location, hospitality, delicious breakfasts prepared by Karina, attentive administrators Carol and Karen, and the cleanliness of the rooms. I recommend this hotel to everyone. ☺

The hotel offers first courses and a buffet of appetizers and desserts for breakfast. Everything is very tasty and nutritious. The staff is very responsive, kind and professional. There is no menu, but the dish can be ordered orally.
What can I say about cleanliness? The room is sparkling!

The drain in room 11 is clogged. The water doesn't have time to drain away. It takes a long time to wait for hot water, during which time a small lake manages to leak into the shower tray.
