Hotels in Yerevan with Breakfast

Very friendly and attentive hotel staff. Hotel has comfortable location for tourists. Most of popular places in yerevan are nearby by walk. Rooms were big enough and if needed cleaned every day.

The hotel was great, everything was nice, the room was clean and even the breakfast was sooo tasty. Defienetly recommend.

I was truly impressed with my stay at Daniel Boutique Hotel. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service exceeded my expectations.

As others have said, great place, great service and very helpful (thanks Arina! ). Central to everything.

Quiet, cute, clean place to stop. Awesome breakfast with big variety of food. Very friendly people run the business 👍

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. During our visit, the garden was full of fruit — cherries and plums — which added a special touch to the atmosphere.

A huge THANK YOU for everything — it felt like coming home.

Kind personal and clean rooms, although you have bus terminal view which is a little ugly but I like hotel because of Lili and her pancakes and her pure heart and beautiful smile.

"Rooms were clean and well-maintained, staff were warm and hospitable, and the location was convenient—overall a pleasant and comfortable stay.

This hotel is perfect. The rooms are big and clean and there is everything you need, even slippers, bottles of water, a kettle to make tea. The stuff is very polite and helpful. I liked the breakfast.

The location, cleanliness, and the room itself—the price/quality ratio is simply perfect.

The biggest plus is definitely the location—all the main attractions are within walking distance.

Location is perfect! We were also satisfied with our rooms and the service. We would definitely come back.

They have huge rooms, and reception & staff are so kind and accommodating 💖 we stayed here for 6 days and it's so hassle-free. Also near to stores, malls, metro, and tourist spots.

Cozy hotel 10-mins away from the Sasuntsi Davit subway station. The staff is friendly and always glad to help. Rooms are small, but quite tidy and nice.

Comfortable and clean rooms. 15 min drive from the Republic square. Wifi was slow and turning off often.

The hotel was clean, with big rooms. The staff was friendly. The hotel is a little bit far from the city center, but taxis work quite well in Yerevan and are cheap.

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. It has a convenient location and offers parking, which was a big plus. The area is beautiful and the service was excellent.

The service was good and it included a good breakfast. I recommend it. The atmosphere is very cozy.

An amazing hotel! The staff is very friendly and always helpful with any questions I had. The room was well-equipped and very quiet.

It was a pleasant holiday with my wife and children. Our children and my wife were amazed by the hotel. All our expectations were met. The staff was very kind and caring.

The hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful to us. They went out of their way to help us with a couple of things and their service was great. They made our stay in yerevan a great experience.

The reception and cleaning staff were friendly.

It was great experience while we are having a holiday.
Shout out to Luiza and Arthur, thank you for creating an experience a memories to keep you are part of the stories. 💝💝
Love lots from MarcoLoiDa.

I had a wonderful time staying in the hotel. It is just 3-minute walk to the Cascade complex. Basic necessities are provided.

What I really love in this hotel is the serenity vibe when you see it — calming and peaceful because it is a small hotel which host only few people. It seems having a home vibe which I like.

For an economy stay in a small room with jacuzzi it is probably the only choice at that price. Address a bit hard to find but not far from center. Nice family hotel staff.

A small, quiet hotel with very hospitable owners. We were greeted with the words “make yourself at home”, and that’s exactly what happened.

Super, barzr spasarkum:apreq.

🥰Great place to have a good rest.

Best service, delicious dishes!

Great place!
We had a very good evening at Bellagio restaurant.
Thank you for this beautiful evening 🥰🥰🥰🌹🌹🌹

A few years ago we stayed at this guest house, and stayed again in May 2025. Incredible house and wonderful hostess Arpine! Every time I have the impression that I stayed at the home of loved ones.

Wonderful, very friendly hostess Arpine! She told me everything, where the shops are, where the exchange office is, how to get to the center, allowed me to check in early and check out later.

Nice hotel. An excellent choice for relatively little money. Stayed with my family at the end of April 2023 — we needed to spend the night between flights. We took 2 numbers. The rooms are great.

Great location. Within walking distance of all the attractions. Helpful receptionist who promptly resolves all issues! Thank you!

It's very noisy. It's close to the road. You can't close the window, it's hot, and there's no air conditioning.

I’ve stayed here couple of time while visiting Armenia really nice place and near to the center.

Booked for a friend from abroad, he was super happy. The location is perfect for tourists, most attractions in the city center are in a walking distance. About 500 meters from the main square.
