Good personal.
Looks a bit older and booking selling as 4 stars hotel but this is offered as 3 stars on other platforms. Definetly I didnt feel like in 4 stars but personal was great.

Location and Receipt staffs.
Bed was old Tiny Washroom.

The hotel is very clean, the girls are all friendly, a quiet place, everything is within walking distance. And most importantly, there is air conditioning in the room, it really helps in the heat.

+ Wi-Fi, comfortable bed, private toilet/bathroom, perfect shared kitchen, location a bit far from the center but still a good location with good transport connection.

This is a very modern hotel with a fresh renovation and an excellent location. The rooms are bright, spotless, and extremely comfortable.

Excellent service and great location! The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to recommend restaurants and local spots to visit.

Good value for money. Good location. Service was good and helpful, despite some issues with English in reception we could understand.

The biggest attraction is the view from the balcony of the city, it’s very beautiful, and there are sights, everything is fine, satisfied.
The beds are comfortable and clean.

Considering its affordable price compared to many other hotels, Nana Ground Hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and had a warm family-friendly atmosphere.

Beautiful atmosphere, kind staff, and amazing hospitality.

The hotel matches the price and quality. Please note that there are no dishes in the room. A kettle, microwave and cooking utensils are located in the kitchen on the first floor.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is tastefully furnished. Floors are marble and bathroom walls are also marble. The room was large and comfortable for a week long stay.

Overall, my impression was positive.

I'm giving 5, as it's the best value for money. The owners, workers and cooks there will make you feel you are a part of their family.

A small but cozy hotel. Very clean. I'd especially like to mention the food in the hotel cafe. Excellent breakfasts, personalized service at dinner. The staff was respectful.

We are two bicycle routers and need a quiet place after all the adventures. Red Hot is the best value for your money. Clean rooms and quiet (our window was towards the yard).

It is very good and walking distance to the city centre.
The owner was so kind and friendly.

Stayed 3 nights at Shirak Hotel and really enjoyed it! Staff were friendly, check-in was quick, and the room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was good and the dining area cozy.

We had a wonderful stay at Shirak Hotel in Yerevan. The staff were kind and helpful, the rooms were very clean, and the location made it easy to explore the city.

Although the hotel is located outside of the city center but you can get everywhere by bus. Rooms were spacious and quiet.

Beautiful hotel with nice swimming pool. Very nice in summer time. Located near the Victory park. Good to walk in the evening.

The room is spacious and cozy, equipped with everything you need.

We lived in these apart-hotels for the second time, everything was at the highest level, clean and quiet, good view from the balcony, pets are allowed for an additional fee.

Very cosy, big air-conditioned rooms, nice and friendly staff, good breakfast. One thing that impressed me the most was when the reception surprised us with a present.

Excellent hotel: friendly staff, cozy, well-maintained room, all the necessary amenities (slippers, towels, brushes, shampoo, shower gel, soap, personal hygiene products).

Had a few day stay here and honestly found this area to be utterly accommodating — most places can be done by foot.

An outstanding hotel in the very center of Yerevan. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the excellent location to the impeccable service.

Cozy, clean 2-bedroom apartment, conveniently located near the station. Some minor maintenance was needed, typical for the area, but the building felt safe and had heating and hot water.

Amazing stay, close to the subway station, the room was clean and had no problems with it. You can get your breakfast whenever you want until 8-9pm.

Super cute hotel in the upper part of Yerevan with a wonderful garden and at least a partial view of Mount Ararat.

The first time the door of the hotel opened, I was amazed. The interior looks so beautiful and there are many things you can buy.

Great location and amazing staff. They are super friendly and helpful. Many thanks for your hospitality 👏🏻

Wonderful hotel, polite staff, clean and tidy everywhere. I especially liked the kitchen. Large assortment, everything is very tasty.

On our visit to yerevan, Armenia we stayed in this hotel for 3 days. We booked a king room which mentioned mount Ararat view, although it was not much visible.

We stayed in Hotel Orbeli with my husband from 23 to 26 Nov 2025 (through Holiday Factory). We had a great experience! Staff are very accommodating and helpful. The room was very clean.
