Arève Résidence Boutique Hotel

Prices are low.
Luxurious hotel.
The administrator is pleasant and polite.
The rooms are clean and smoke-free. I recommend.

Excellent hotel. But most importantly, excellent employees — Georgy and Ashot. Every evening there was a fireplace in the bar, very beautiful and light pleasant music. The breakfasts are excellent — oatmeal, red fish, olives, several types of cheese, wonderful cut of meat. And what a nice and hearty breakfast they prepared for the morning when we didn’t have time (early flight). Even many 5 star hotels did not have such a breakfast. Yes, it is located in a private sector, but given the prices for taxis in Yerevan, this is not a minus. But it’s quiet and you can even take a short walk along the cozy streets. The robes and towel set were clean and new. If you wish, you can cook your own kebabs on the local grill; grates and skewers are provided without any problems. In general, perhaps in my opinion — an excellent combination of price and quality. We recommend) )

Let me start with the fact that there is a sweet girl administrator who will fulfill any of your requests. Incredible professionalism!
The rooms are very clean! The bed is comfortable. Spacious! It's far from the center! The unforgettable view from the rooms is already written in every review.
Breakfast is a special form of art! Thanks to the young man for the delicious dishes.
If we return to Yerevan, then only to Areve!

I am very glad that I chose your hotel! Welcoming and friendly staff, clean and large rooms. There is private parking. Breakfast is varied, everyone will find something to snack on! ) Before that we lived in an apartment and this is heaven and earth! I advise everyone! )

A wonderful hotel located in the private sector. By car from the city center maximum 10 minutes. The rooms offer magnificent views of the city and mountains. The staff is friendly. The breakfasts were beyond compare, everything was very tasty (there were national dishes, fruits and pastries). There is a small lounge area on the 1st floor and tables outside.
The room had everything you needed — a kettle, a refrigerator, a good ventilation system, bathrobes, slippers, etc. We had a room with a balcony, there were chairs and a table on the balcony.

I got married in Armenia this summer and I booked the whole hotel for my family and friends. We had an amazing stay at Areve. We felt really at home. They even have ironing table and steam machine accessible for everybody. The staff was super friendly and professional. Kohar was extremely helpful, and she even used her own car to help us return a rental wheelchair. That was very kind from her. Our choice of Areve made our wedding so special. The rooms are very clean with a wonderful view. We spent beautiful evenings on the terrace. The French design of the hotel is charming. In few words Areve is one of the best hotels in Armenia. My family just adored this place. They were all very comfortable. It’s 15 minutes away from city centre but it’s very easy to get a taxi anytime for 2 $. Plus, you can never find a similar hotel in Kentron with this budget. I will definitely choose this hotel again and again and I highly recommend it.
