Everything is OK but also disappointing.
Worst: The bed is the hardest I recall ever laying on. Wifi not working in the room.
Many small annoyances:
Pool needs a time reservation so couldn’t use it. Some smell from the pool chlorine is present in the room. An extra pillow for reading would have been nice. Only bedside lamp on one side. Noisy fridge. No extra outlets for phone charger near bed. No kettle. The toilet sits very close to the wall, feels like a sailboat. Wardrobe placed so close to bed you easily hit your toes. Tables in breakfast restaurant has strange plates hanging underneath in knee height that I hit when sitting down.
Missing one set of quilts and towels (but staff were quick to help! )
Breakfast was decent, best compared to 3 other hotels I stayed in Armenia.
For same cost there are better options.

Really nice hotel and great staff. I liked it here. It has a nice spa also with wet sauna, swimming pool and some kind of hot tube.

I stayed in Spa Hotel Grace Forum for 3 nights with a friend and got a 2-bedroom suite. This hotel was outstanding, very luxurious and spacious. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The hotel room itself was beautifully decorated. The hotel had a booking system where we could privately book the pool and sauna room. Was nice having the pool and sauna room to ourselves. The breakfast had a good variety of food. We had a very early departure, with a flight leaving at 4.20am, so it was great having 24-hour reception when checking out. The hotel isn't located in the most central part of Yerevan for tourist activities, but it was only a short walk to the main attractions. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to stay in Yerevan.

For 4 4-star hotel, it should have higher quality services.
Low quality, I found another five-star hotel five star with higher quality just a little bit difference in price.
I don't like to come back.
They charge $57 per person for a massage only cash.

I don't understand how this hotel has received such a high rating. I think these are false reviews. Because apart from the small sauna area there was nothing else pleasant. When I booked a suite I expected something more from the hotel. They don't change the bed sheets. The air conditioner doesn't work and grinds like a tractor.
During breakfast they often serve dishes that are several days old.
They don't serve local food.

Helpful staff, clean. Wi-Fi very unreliable, safe in room did not work. Breakfast Ok.

Stayed for two nights. The location is a bit away from the main attractions in the city center, yet for us this was a deliberate choice seeing we had a rental car. There are parking spaces outside the hotel as well as a couple in the garage (which in all honesty could do with some cleaning up).
Fairly spacious room with the usual amenities. There was a safe but it seemed to be out of order (not a huge deal and we didn't make a fuss of it).
Breakfast was a bit so-so; while there were options to pick from, there were at times items missing. It shouldn't be too hard to make sure there's e. G. Butter and milk available at all times…
Overall not a bad hotel, yet it does feel quite dated and could do with a bit of a refresh. With some polishing and updates, this could become a true four-star hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights across 4 rooms. Overall, the stay was okay. The rooms were good, and having a hand spray fitted in the toilet is a notable highlight in Armenia.
However, the breakfast experience was very disappointing. Most dishes had pork mixed in, making it difficult to find any halal options. Even the eggs and pork sausages were placed together, which was off-putting. The few items that were halal were not tasty either.
I would not recommend this hotel if you’re looking for halal food or a delicious dining experience.

Walking distance from the old town/city centre in a pretty quiet neighbourhood. Excellent facilities, very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely it was not my last visit there.

Decent hotel, but not a four star.

Great hotel, little gem in Yerevan. We are so happy that we chose it. Breakfast is great, I have no idea who are those people complaining on the variety or quality. Food choices are plentiful with great quality. We also enjoy getting food and drinks outside breakfast and it was also great.
The hotel is walking distance to the downtown area, with about 20-30 min walk to the republic square.
Rooms are clean and yes, not as modern, but this is the matter of choice. It was very cozy and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Lastly spa was amazing. For the price, you also get 1 hour reservation in your choice of sauna or hammam and both with the pool. It was all private and clean and we really enjoyed it.
Overall we felt like home, welcomed, fed and relaxed. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Yerevan.

The most misleading description I have ever experienced on booking. The hotel is definitely not a 9+ starting from the rooms' cleanness, the oldness of the furniture etc (the hotel desperately needs a renovation) and finally… the breakfast…!
The breakfast was probably the worst I ve ever tasted at a hotel all around the world! Old ingredients, premade, very low quality, while it was noted as an excellent breakfast on booking. It was the most misleading description I've ever experienced.

I stayed here nearly 3 years ago with my girlfriend, amazing experience, really friendly staff and a fantastic sauna area. They even gave us a bottle of champagne when they found out it was my girlfriends birthday. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you (I only just remembered to leave a review, sorry)

This is an excellent hotel. Large rooms, good repair. Pleased with the mattresses and pillows — it was comfortable to sleep. Very friendly attitude towards guests. The hotel has many bonuses for guests: sightseeing tours, a sauna with a swimming pool. I liked it all very much. If I go to Yerevan again, I already know where I will live.

Lovely perfect hotel in really great location in the center of Yerevan that made it easy to walk to the top city attractions, shops and restaurants,. The room was very spacious, the service and cleanliness of the room were excellent and cleaning was done daily. The breakfast was almost like a brunch, had an amazing variety of foods and fruits as well. Last but not least is the lovely staff at the hotel who were really welcoming and helpful and incredibly friendly specially Ms. Ella who goes far above to help🙏. She is so nice, not Iranian but speaks Persian very good and it makes it easier for Iranian people to stay in this hotel. Finally I have to say It is an excellent, high quality hotel and we would definitely stay there again! and highly recommend it to others.

The hotel is in an excellent location, high-quality and professional staff. The staff knows how to provide service at a very high level! I must mention the travel guide named Miriam who was amazing, helpful, smiling and charming to us. Mirim is one of the best travel guide I have ever met. She changed the routes depending on our requests and created a dream trip for us.

Really cool hotel in a really quiet location, but within easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants of the city centre. Lovely staff, really comfy beds, and with huge spa rooms you can use free if you book your slot. I spent my birthday here, and was brought a huge plate of delicious fruit, and a bottle of fizz… what's not to like🤩. Great stay.
