Nice hotel, everything is clean in the room, construction is nearby and once the road is completed, it will be even better, very nice and helpful staff, nice pool area, very friendly woman at breakfast, would come back again👍🏼
The pool is cleaned every day, the guys are great, but it needs a global cleaning of the tile itself or what the base is made of) ) it would be nice to diversify the breakfast with more relevant ones like cheesecakes, scrambled eggs, otherwise it’s a little strange to have basturma for breakfast, but in general there was always something to eat and a feeling from the hotel is super 🤩

The location of the hotel is both its advantage and a slight disadvantage. A bit far from the center, about 30 minutes on foot to Republic Square, literally 10 minutes by taxi. But if you value silence, you will get it here. No city bustle, which is great)

I booked a room for my parents for the weekend. We were extremely satisfied!
The rooms are new, recently redecorated, very clean.
The water supply is stable, with good pressure (the room was on the 4th floor).
The air conditioner worked properly.

Great hotel for a holiday! Price and quality are fully consistent, clean and modern, friendly and hospitable staff, there is a swimming pool with sun loungers and towels. Breakfast and freshly brewed coffee in the morning. Accessibility to the center and the airport. In the evening it is very quiet, two steps away there is a large shopping center where there is everything. A 15-minute walk from the legendary Ararat factory, which conducts excursions with tastings; anyone interested in cognac culture will be interested.

We stayed in this hotel for 12 days (21/04-3/05). A wonderful hotel, located, yes, quite far from the center, but for us this is more a plus than a minus. To the center, to the city, we only took a taxi, the price was 150 rubles. In the evening there is complete silence, no traffic, and if you live in the center, then there is quite a lot of traffic in Yerevan, so you can forget about rest. We got a luxurious room with a balcony, for which many thanks to the hotel. The accommodation includes excellent breakfasts, varied breakfasts, something new every day, for all 12 days almost the entire menu was not repeated even once. That is, you can always find something to eat. Tomorrow there will be a very friendly woman who will tell you everything, give you tips and even recommend some excursions. Cleaning happens every day, we ourselves refused it, because there is no point in cleaning the room every day, but in principle, cleaning is done every day. In the room there is a robe, dental kit, water — that is, something that you don’t really expect from a hotel of this level. Everyone is as friendly as possible, the maids start at the reception, everyone will ask how your stay is, how your day is and so on. And they are as contactable as possible; if you have any questions, they will be happy to help. All the furniture in the room is new, in general the hotel is very new, there are no complaints about the number of rooms. Would come back here again!

The hotel is not located in the busiest place, there is construction going on nearby, but it didn’t bother us. If we ate by car, it was quite normal, but in general we walked to the center, it took about 20-25 minutes. Nearby there is a large shopping center with an excellent supermarket.

The rooms are quite spacious, everything you need is there and generally clean, cleaned daily.

The room was one of the best, because the windows and balcony were quite spacious and looked directly at Mount Ararat, and this was a huge plus, because… on the other side of the hotel there was construction and dust. The room had everything you needed: refrigerator, TV, kettle, hairdryer, air conditioning, bathrobes, slippers, safe. Water replenished and towels changed every day.
The room is cleaned every day. The breakfast and reception areas are perfectly clean. The pool is clean.

The hotel is located closer to the outskirts of the city. There is a large shopping center and a bus stop within a 5-10 minute walk. You can also walk to the center. The only thing that bothered me was the construction of a building very close by.
The breakfasts were good, you won't go hungry.

Hello. My husband and I vacationed in Yerevan for 6 days and stayed at this hotel. I must say right away that the staff is very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay at the hotel. I read in the reviews below that they complained about breakfast, but we absolutely disagree. The breakfasts were excellent. There is always a large selection of sausages, two different salads, pita bread, olives, cheeses, eggs in any form, a hot dish is always different (sausages, pasta, etc. ), porridge, different types of tea, juices and excellent coffee prepared with love by the chef. A very kind and caring woman who cooks different delicious dishes every day. The rooms are spacious and clean. If you post on the door that cleaning is required, then the room is always cleaned. Nice sheets, comfortable bed and pillows. Location 3 minutes from one of the best shopping centers. You can walk to the center, but it will take 20-30 minutes. If you take a taxi, then without traffic jams it will take about 7 minutes, with traffic jams it will take about 15 minutes. A taxi is very cheap, but always choose business class. Very pleased with our choice. This is excellent value for money. I’ll even say that the price is much lower than the quality :) The hotel also arranged a transfer to attractions outside of Yerevan. I liked everything very much, thank you very much!

It was very quiet, there was construction nearby but for some reason there was no construction, it was quite comfortable.

Good hotel — great pillows (indeed, not every hotel can boast of good pillows), always fresh towels, acceptable cleaning. For two days, the bathroom smelled of sewerage, apparently the drain was not made in such a way that sometimes there was a smell. We opened the window in the bathroom, it helped. The breakfasts are not bad (also good), coffee was brewed at the request, which was very nice :) ) ) Once, they even allowed us to come for breakfast early, since we were leaving on a long journey. The staff at the hotel are friendly and willing to help. Friends advised this hotel — not so far from the center, it is convenient to drive by car, normal entry. There is a small construction site nearby, but it did not interfere at all. You can put 3 for the location, but a taxi to the center costs 1300 AMD (business), so you can put 4+. I would like to come back here again :) thanks to the hotel :)

The room was tidy and clean when we checked in. Also it was cleaned up every day.
The staff was hospitable and friendly. Morning breakfast is also quite good.
The windows didn't close tightly.
