Welcome Inn Hotel

I stayed here with my husband and had great Experience at Welcome Inn!
Our stay at the Welcome Inn Hotel in Armenia was fantastic. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We especially want to thank Manager Anna for her outstanding hospitality—she was incredibly kind, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her personal touch truly made a difference. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We chose this hotel for our last days in Armenia since it was close to the airport, and it turned out to be the cleanest hotel we stayed at during our trip. The rooms were very spacious, and the ladies at check-in were absolutely wonderful. However, the male staff could improve his customer service a bit. We didn’t get to try their breakfast as we had an early flight, but overall, it was a great stay!

To say that the impressions of the stay are positive is to say nothing! I am delighted! Stayed at the hotel 22-23.06. Kettle, tea, coffee, water, refrigerator, hairdryer, a huge number of perfectly clean towels, perfect cleanliness in the room, including the bathroom, huge, incredibly comfortable bed, large, spacious room, 28 sq. M. Complete delight, there are no words, the hotel is quiet, I had a great sleep! Breakfast was included in the price, delicious, varied, a huge selection of dishes for every taste. The girls at the reception are simply wonderful and friendly. A room with breakfast for such a price is simply a godsend! The location is ideal for me, since my son lives opposite the hotel and it was very convenient for me. Those who write that they are far from the center, Yandex taxi can help, the ride takes 11 minutes, and taxi prices in Yerevan are very affordable. Next time I will definitely stay only at this hotel! Definitely recommend!

Stayed for 2 nights. 23:06, 24:06. Purely! Calmly! Great breakfast! Very attentive staff, they do their best for the guests, they go to great lengths! The rooms are clean! No noise! Fresh linen. From my own experience I can say, very good value for money and quality of service! They are not perfect, but they try and these little comments don’t happen a second time. Thank you very much for the service.

Room was great the owner was also good but the manager was rude and arrogant for some reason.

Wery good hotel. The personal is very nice. The rooms are very clean, I am here for business and I am satisfied from this hotel. The hotel is a few far from center but it’s near from the airport. Every room is non-smoking and this is very nice. I’ am sure that the next time I will choose the same hotel.

Of course, judging by the location, the hotel is more for transit passengers, but it is still a bit far from the center.

There is construction and vacant lots next to the hotel.
On a positive note, the airport is 20 minutes away.
There was one employee at the reception desk who endlessly answered landline and cell phone calls. But to her credit, she was patient and sweet. At night, hotel staff came to my room, and when they saw the shoes, they came out… I was so tired that I couldn’t react actively. Afterwards, they discussed it loudly in the corridor in Armenian. In general, it was not possible to fully relax.
The room is clean, but there is no curtain or partition in the shower at all. Splashes like in a water park all over the shower.

While vacationing in Yerevan, we stayed at the WELCOME INN HOTEL. The hotel made a positive impression from the very beginning. We were quickly checked in, despite the fact that we arrived at 7 am. Responsive and polite staff fulfilled all the wishes of vacationers, while trying to provide maximum comfort! Cozy and spacious rooms that have everything you need. Breakfast is just the bomb! A huge selection of dishes, and everything is amazingly tasty.
Next time I’m in Yerevan, I’ll stay at this hotel!

Good hotel, but very poor location. It suites only for travellers with car. There no any restaurants close to it, and it is 1, 5 hour away from center.

Left a negative impression.
Inconvenient location of the hotel. They are located in the middle of nowhere.
They position themselves as a stylish and interesting hotel. In fact, the employees don’t even have a special uniform at the reception. There are people walking around who found some clothes at home.
No, early check-in. We arrived at 4 am. We wanted to stay like from 10th to 11th. After all, in fact, July 9th passed and it was like half a night to pay extra. But the employees requested 2 nights.
The room is not bad, although the design here is personal and they don’t understand that the red carpet and the colored studio chair don’t go well together, etc. But the worst thing is the shower (
We stayed here purely because we didn’t want to run around looking for it.

It was a spontaneous vacation at the end of April. We went to Armenia for the first time. The hotel was booked on the way to the airport in Moscow, upon arrival in Yerevan we called the hotel and our reservation was confirmed, check-in was earlier at 10 am. At the reception we were greeted in a friendly manner and we were seated right away. The hotel was booked with breakfast. On the evening of check-in, they asked us what we wanted for breakfast and at what time. The room was cleaned daily. What was very surprising was the daily replacement of toothbrushes, gels, shampoos, etc. The only negative was the distance from the center, but this was easy to solve since taxis in Yerevan are cheap. I definitely recommend this hotel and of course, when I’m in Yerevan, I’ll be happy to stay there.

Not good hotel at all they list services which is not available such as air condition it wasn't available at the rooms. Breakfast is horrible and I ended up not sleeping for 3 nights due to the facility issue. Not recommended at all unless you are looking for wasting your vacation time. In addition they only speak the local language which doesn't support the communication between each other.

Great pricing, amazing customer service, VERY clean, and has a nice luxurious feel to it. Would definitely stay at this hotel again & recommend to anyone traveling to Armenia!

We were pleasantly surprised at the newness of the inn and the friendliness and hospitality of management and staff. The service is first class.
