Great family hotel! If you want to feel at home, you won't find anything better! American Embassy is 15 minutes walk. A taxi to the center costs 200₽, although you can walk. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The owners were very lovely, hospitable and friendly. They were trying to help with everything. The food was delicious, too (the cook makes amazing omelettes, cutlets and pancakes). Clean rooms, safe area. We recommend everyone.

I checked in late at night after a long trip and was greeted very warmly and cordially. The room was quickly prepared, the hosts treated me to tea and sweets, which I was very happy about on the way. The room is clean, tidy, has everything you need for your stay (air conditioning, Wi-Fi, towels, shower accessories, etc. ). The hotel itself is located 5 minutes from the bus station and in the very center of the city. I especially remember the care and warm welcome that I received from everyone who works for the benefit of this wonderful place. If I find myself in Yerevan again, I will first of all consider V. Mod Hotel for accommodation for the warmth and care with which I was surrounded here.

I really liked the V. MOD Hotel, even the children immediately noticed that everything was very cozy and homely. Lily greeted us very well and helped us check in immediately, and the wonderful girl Maria was very helpful if we needed anything. Thanks to the chef for the delicious breakfast, which we enjoyed on the outdoor terrace. The room we lived in was perfectly clean, we had at our disposal a refrigerator, a kettle, tea, sugar, toiletries, and bath accessories. Thank you very much for the holiday to all the staff and owners of the hotel! I definitely recommend the hotel as it is very cozy, located in a quiet, peaceful place, and at the same time very close to the city center.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! It's super clean and cozy. The co-owner (young lady), who also works at the reception, is really friendly and made us feel so welcome. The other co-owner was also incredibly welcoming and open to chat with. They even gave us free tea or coffee when we arrived, which was a nice touch. They speak English well, so it was easy to communicate. The atmosphere is really calm and peaceful, and everyone there was always smiling. We expected it to be little bit closer to the centre but had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

Great place, stayed for a week. In fact, it’s quite close to the center; we walked all day. New, clean rooms. There is everything you need. Very friendly, responsive family, they will definitely try to help. It is especially convenient for guests who come for an American visa; the embassy is within walking distance. They brought the suitcase to the 3rd floor. The food was delicious, as if I were visiting loved ones. The mattresses are excellent. The rooms are cozy. Thank you for your hospitality.

You can eat throughout the day, and not at certain hours. Comfortable beds, excellent linens and pillows. Shampoo and shower gel are in the bathroom, a good hairdryer. Refrigerator, minibar. There is a laundry and ironing service. The hotel is suitable for families with children and for students who come for a visa, as the embassy is located 15 minutes on foot. A good, family hotel, located between the airport and the center of Yerevan, near the central bus station.
The hotel staff is responsive and will help with all questions.
They prepare breakfast and dinner themselves (I didn’t get to lunch, I don’t know) ), everything is delicious, home-made. I arrived a little late for dinner, but they quickly set the table for me and didn’t leave me hungry.
You can walk to the center of Yerevan in 20-30 minutes. The Ararat winery is located nearby, if you are interested, you can go there on a tour.
The hotel is convenient for transit guests who do not care about being in the center of Yerevan and for those who are traveling further to the airport or bus station.

A very cozy stay near the Kilikia bus station. The hosts really made us feel like family and were very helpful and generous. The homemade food was delicious and quite nutritious.

Small hotel owned by a very kind and generous family. The meals are homemade and traditional, which is a great experience. The hotel is new, so it is very clean. The staff is very friendly. They are eager to help you feel like you are in home, and they are very open to feedbacks.
Overall, it is a cheap place with superb quality. I would recommend it.
