The Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Zero Stars If I Could!
This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The service is absolutely terrible. There is no cleanliness or hygiene whatsoever. No towels, no basic amenities, and no room service available. The staff are extremely unprofessional and have zero knowledge of English, making communication nearly impossible. Their attitude is beyond rude and disrespectful. If I could give this place less than one star, I would. Totally disappointed and would never recommend it to anyone.

The worst hotel ever Very very dirty very bad service never go even it’s free.

The worst hotel ever, don’t waste your money breakfast is horrible, staff are so rude, electricity cut off many many times, no hygiene, no cleaning even the warmer is not working unbelievable worst experience don’t go! hopefully it will help people and save them!

A very well-located place near the center of Yerevan, where, despite it being my first time but my wife’s third, we felt very comfortable and as if we were at home. The staff is very friendly and genuine, without the usual hypocrisy of a fake smile and obligatory service. They are genuinely welcoming 🙂; here, you feel at home. Don’t expect a 5-star hotel for less than the price of a McDonald's meal, but do know that you’ll be surrounded by people like Armini (housekeeping), Rafu (security), and another security guard whose name I can’t remember, as well as the cook – all so pleasant. I hope I wrote their names correctly. Know that I will be coming back because I fell in love with Armenia, its culture, and with a place like this 😊, it’s all you need.
When you check the reviews, you’ll see that this isn’t a 5-star motel, but it’s far from a cardboard box painted like the so-called 5-star hotels here in the U. S. You’ll have a great time, with breakfast included, and people always willing to help without expecting anything in return. I just want to thank the manager and staff of this wonderful place. I had a fantastic time with my wife. Greetings from Phoenix, Arizona.
P. S. Notice that the lowest reviews are from Russians who never had anything and now think they are the center of the world. Don’t pay attention to them; you’ll love this place. "

One night is ok, especially since it's inexpensive. Quiet place, newly renovated, new furniture and equipment (but inexpensive). There is no elevator, when booking, write about the first floor, otherwise you will have to drag your suitcase to the last floor yourself. In the basement there is a shared kitchen with 24-hour tea/coffee. For some reason, late breakfast from 9.00, an Aeroflot type breakfast, on a plate there is a set of local salted cheese, sausage and rice. The room has everything you need, but for some reason the bed linen is synthetic and all in pellets. The pillowcases didn't look fresh at all (pictured), I had to put a towel down. There is a sewer smell in the bathroom, something is wrong with the ventilation.

Delicious homemade food, seasoned with love from the girls who work there.
Standard room with everything you need. We occupied three rooms, one did not have a table lamp, which was brought as soon as we asked. The room was cleaned, if when we left we hung up a sign asking for cleaning (there is one in every room), they replenished the items we had run out of, and changed the towels and bedding.
Both the room and the hotel are clean.
The hotel staff deserves a separate story. The entire hotel team is very professional and friendly. Always with a smile, they helped with any question that arose. Thank you all, especially Helen, Gurgen, Gohar. You lifted our spirits.
Disadvantages can always be found, we didn’t look for them.

Quite clean, with a cozy courtyard.
Very polite staff, great price, quiet at night and 15 minutes walk to the center.
The shower room needs repairs, some parts are falling off. One huge minus for me is that the layer after the springs in the bed was very thin, I woke up all broken, stretching and gymnastics did not help. If a high-quality medium-hard mattress is important to you, it is better to choose another place to sleep.

Overall everything was good, friendly staff.
I was a little confused by the view of the house under construction from the room, which blocked the entire view, but this is not critical. It would be nice to change the mattress, the springs are already digging in.

The hotel is close to the center. The staff is friendly and helpful — all requests were responded to immediately. In the morning we were treated to free freshly brewed coffee, for which a special thank you!

The hotel is good. We stayed one night. Unfortunately, breakfast at the hotel starts at 10, we didn’t have time for it. Don't forget to remind them to take your breakfast with you if you are leaving earlier. The room was clean, there was water in the shower.

Comfortable shower with rain shower head.
The location is not very convenient, you need to climb the stairs, it’s hard after long walks, it’s better to take a taxi.
And the view from the window of the construction site.

The location is good, close to the center, but it is difficult to find because the hotel is located in the courtyards, from the main street you have to walk uphill through narrow gateways.
The hotel itself is not very comfortable… there are construction sites and imperfections all around… according to the principle “it will work that way. ” If you don’t bother with this and only come to spend the night, then it’s fine.
Breakfast is excellent! Very tasty, large choice, places inside and outside in the yard.

Average hotel, the bathroom didn't smell too good, some people on the reception were good and some were not, the television didn't work the breakfast was cold need to invest in some silver salvers, pretty good view from my room.

Booked a room 2 days before check in, hotel canceled it 1 hour before check in, saying it was a program error. After reading some reviews, I saw it happens man times in this hotel. I guess if they sell a room for a higher price or a longer stay, you stay without a reservation. I also contacted the hotel one day before check in about leaving luggage after check out, they said it is possible and nobody mentioned anything about overbooked reservation. If you want a room in Yerevan, stay away from this hotel.

Good location and clean rooms, but hearing system did work, as results we had to find new hotel.

The best cook in Yerevan. I've been to all the restaurants in Yerevan not satisfied with there food, but this cook at this hotel she is the best. I came back to this hotel just for the cooking.

I loved the area it self staff was really friendly and very good choice for anyone like to explore the cities only problem they don’t have AC and they don’t have enough sockets for chargers.
