Beautiful new hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff, easy to arrange (despite problems with our flight) and a beautiful clean room. Modernly equipped, with everything. Everything was great, maybe we will come back again!
➜ I sincerely regret my booking and the inhumane approach of the staff to their visitors. However, given that the hotel is new, instead of earning a reputation and name, they decided to make money out of nowhere for booking a room in which they could not even check in due to a flight delay of 15 hours. They texted us via WhatsApp and agreed on a free cancellation and sent documents that even though we really wanted to, we couldn’t even fly out and we couldn’t physically get to them, they asked us to cancel on our own, saying that they would go to the meeting, but they canceled for a fee with the words “why are we taxes must be paid for you, ” despite the fact that the system allows you to cancel. And the most important thing about this is that on our check-in date, half of the rooms were free, that is, I did not take someone else’s place with my reservation. Reputation is earned through human attitude, not pettiness.
