I was there and really liked the hotel; the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and had everything I needed. I was especially surprised by the low prices. It's simply a luxury hotel at very low prices.

Everything was super: clean, cozy, smelling of kindness (and freshness, of course 😄). But most importantly, the PEOPLE! They've probably got the friendliest and most caring team in the world!

We liked the interior, cleanliness, service, and value for money.
We're actually surprised that rooms in the capital are available for such a price. We paid 2, 000 rubles per night, and a couple of days later we checked in again for 3, 100 rubles per night—a more than reasonable price. There's a kettle, dishes, a microwave, tea, and coffee.
The only minor downsides:
1. There was no blanket in the room, only a duvet cover. When we asked for one, the guy at reception was surprised and even asked, "What blanket? There's air conditioning, turn it on if it's cold. " We figured blankets weren't customary there. 😁 BUT! When we checked in the second time, there was a girl at reception and she finally found us a blanket, which was nice. It wasn't cold in the room; it's just that Russians feel more comfortable sleeping with a blanket at the end of October. 2. Our room faced the street, and even with the window closed, there was noise from the cars.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They explained everything, helped, and provided everything.
The metro is a 25-minute walk away, with shops and bakeries serving delicious pastries along the way. The room overlooked the courtyard, so it was quiet. Toiletries were provided.

If you're a tourist looking for a clean place with respectful and friendly service to stay overnight, then *Days Inn Hotel* should be your first choice in Armenia. The prices are very reasonable, the staff is wonderful, and they speak English, which makes communication easy.
Cleanliness is a top priority here, and it clearly shows. The room is small — I'm not saying it's a suite or a luxury space — but it's perfect after a long day exploring Yerevan. You’ll find comfort in a quiet and clean environment.

A wonderful hotel, the rooms are small but cozy.
Towels are changed daily, as is trash collection—a pleasant surprise.
There's a cafeteria nearby called Art Lunch, which is delicious, the portions are large, and it's affordable.

— The windows overlook the road, so it's very noisy.

We were allowed to check in a little early since we hadn't slept for almost 24 hours since the plane.
The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The price/quality ratio was excellent.

Great hotel for the money!
I would like to start with the location: it is a 15-minute walk from the Sasuntsi David metro station, a 15-minute walk from the large, cool Erebuni shopping center, and there are supermarkets and cafes nearby. If you like to walk a little, this is definitely your option. The rooms are new, the renovation is excellent, the showers are spacious, the set of disposable accessories is wonderful, enough for at least a week. The rooms have Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, and air conditioning. The road noise may bother some people, but we sleep like logs, it was great for us. If you take a room facing the road, you can enjoy the view of Ararat in the morning)
Many thanks to the wonderful hotel administrators, we were lucky to talk to everyone, all issues were resolved extremely quickly and with soul. If we return to Yerevan, then here!
We liked everything, but it is worth keeping in mind if it is important to you:
— there were minor interruptions in Wi-Fi.
— the nearest shopping center and metro are 15 minutes on foot.

This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel. Standard, clean rooms, no complaints — everything is fine.
I would like to note the highly oriented service of the staff, they help with a taxi and a suitcase, especially if you are not on the first floor for check-in.
The only thing you need to understand is that the hotel is not in the center of Yerevan, but a taxi will quickly take you to any point, a convenient location relative to the airport, you don’t have to stand in a traffic jam, you don’t need to leave a dense.

Of the minuses, I note that you cannot pay with a MIR card, but as I understand this is a problem for many hotels, of course, this restriction will reduce the flow of tourists from Russia.

We booked a room at the last moment on the road, 30 minutes before our actual arrival at the hotel. After the road, we really needed a rest. The hotel left a positive impression, we noted it for ourselves for the future. They checked us in quickly, the room was comfortable, pleasant, clean. We wanted to come back on the way back, but all the rooms were already occupied)

Not an advertisement, I just feel it!
Everything in this life is decided by details and personal attitude, which is more valuable than all formal benefits: black strong coffee, carefully brewed by the hotel staff, will never yield to soy cappuccino, a smiling "good morning, it's chilly today, take a sweater with you" warms even warmer than cashmere.
We stopped by chance at this hotel to escape from the hustle and bustle of the center and take a little trip to the world of home comfort and conversations on the summer veranda. I drove into the hotel, and there was such comfort, you know, men didn't even court me like that: clean rooms, I got one with a view of the city and a little mountain, with almost two rooms, a sofa, water in the refrigerator, slippers, soap accessories. Girls are forbidden to carry a suitcase in the hotel themselves (an unspoken rule is included in the constituent documents), you can always ask for an iron and ironing board, make tea.
By the way, instead of a Mir card, it's better to pay with crumpled money at the cash desk — the rate will never change, the currency will never fall (the reservation from the island does not write off money from the account, prepare cash in advance).

Despite the previous review, we trusted our intuition and chose this hotel! And for good reason! To say that the staff is responsive is to say nothing! For 5 days we felt at home. Perfectly clean, cozy rooms. The hotel itself has a fresh, beautiful renovation, very harmonious. The administrators always suggested what was best to see. When we were going to Sevan, they thoughtfully recommended that we dress warmer, when I got my dress dirty, they washed it for me, and other things, too, and this was free of charge. Every morning they brewed delicious coffee for us. Any wishes were fulfilled, even more than! Wonderful hotel! I highly recommend it! Thanks to absolutely all the hotel staff for such a warm welcome! We will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone. P. S. I forgot to say, the hotel has a very nice summer veranda where you can relax at any time and service 24 hours a day.

In general, the hotel is okay for the money, but the staff here are quite unprofessional and dishonest. Initially I planned to stay at the hotel for a week, but I had to stay longer. I made my first reservation through booking and lived in peace. When I realized that I needed to renew, I did it again through booking and came to pay at the reception. They asked me to cancel my booking and promised to give me a good discount. I was tempted by this offer and the discount was really quite good (about 25k drams). A few days later, the administrator said that he had made a mistake and demanded an amount almost identical to the original amount from the booking. It turns out they decided not to pay a commission to the booking company and charge me an amount almost equal to the amount of the original booking. The dialogue itself proceeded in a rather rude manner, I was asked to leave the hotel, and some unknown drunken friend of the administrator joined the dialogue. As a result, they gave me a micro-discount for which I would not cancel anything. The moral of the story is pretty obvious: you should never be fooled by offers to cancel. You should always act through a service like booking, where you don’t have to resolve issues with people who want to fool you.

The hotel was comfortable enough with a good bathroom and bed yet very little space in rooms. Also the street side rooms are noisy all night. There was only one employee that was at the desk at 5:30 pm. She was helpful but not professional in her interactions. She did get us extra towels and move our room to an inside quieter room.
