A chic hotel in the heart of Yerevan. The beds are hard and the sheets are instead of the snouts, but these are the details. Delicious breakfast. The room has everything you need. It is fashionable to walk from it to any point of the city.

For those who often travel advise this hotel. It's close to the centre, delicious and hearty breakfasts, there's Wi-Fi and great service. That's why I put five stars.

The place clearly does not match the terrain in need of refreshing repairs.

Good comfortable and well equipped hotel near the Republic Square.

Compared to other hotels in the Central Yerevan this is best suite and value for money. Big spacious room with conditioner, fridge, microwave and kettle and neat wash area. Bed is also very comfortable. Only cons is there is no proper wardrobe for people like me who stays for a month period.

The breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The overall experience is good.

Not a 4 star grade, Rooms are spacious, Staff are helpful but very poor maintenance, carpets are in very bad conditions will never stay in this hotel again.

Located near the city centre, the rooms are large, everything you need in room, Breakfast is modest, but hearty, friendly staff.

We get a very good price for this hotel. Clean, friendly staff and basic breakfast included. The neighbours are needs a bit getting used to :-) Seriously it is very central, quite and good located.

The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from the Republic Square and Vernissage. Very friendly and helpful staff. A varied breakfast buffet.

Just a disaster! Untidy shabby room with very very very dirty floor you can't imagine! I gave my complaints to the reception and reaction was "so what"! I had to change to another hotel and still had to pay a 1 night price night fine as I refused from my further stay! This's just insane! Pls don't go there — 4 stars are merely fake!

Decent hotel with all the basics. Location is good, parking is on-site. Breakfast could be better.

New, clean, nice hotel in the Centre of Yerevan. Breakfast autumn delicious, staff friendly. Was pleased with the choice.
