Dear employees and owners, we are currently staying at the hotel to relax, we are very pleased, thank you for the delicious cakes and dinners, finger-licking delicious, wonderful trips.

Very good location, close to the railway station, you can arrive by train, but there is also a parking lot near Milena. The rooms were comfortable, I was there in winter, it was warm and cozy.

Fantastic apartments. Very clean and spacious for a family, ideal location. Couldn't fault them at all.

Very cheap accommodation that is spotlessly clean, a comfy bed, en suite bathroom, kettle etc. Easy access to Krakow main square and you can leave your luggage if you are a bit early on the check-in.

Great for big groups. Quiet pleasant yard. Tasty, nutritious breakfast, served with great hospitality. The friendly staff worked hard to adapt to the needs of our group of 100.

We had a pleasant three-night stay in a very spacious 72m² apartment that offered a fantastic vantage point for the city.

Beautiful room, like a studio flat. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, hob, sink and kettle, as well as ironing facilities. It has a fully equipped bathroom with toiletries and even slippers.

Great location, lovely apartment with everything you will need. The staff is super helpful and close by. We had breakfast delivered to the apartment and that wasn't really worth the money.

Couldn’t recommend this apartment enough. We stayed in apartment 44 with the terrace and it was definitely worth the small increase in price.

I stayed here for the final eight days of my three-week stay in Kraków, and overall, the accommodation itself is excellent.

Very clean apartments, good location. But you have to walk 450m to the office to get the keys.
Another problem is that there's no lift in the building, keep it in mind if you have heavy luggage.

Amazing staff cleanest hotel I have stayed in, wonderful food and free room service will definitely return to this hotel.

Excellent hotel with a very friendly team… I recommend with my eyes closed and surtt 5 min from the old town…

The apartment is really small but the location and the facilities are great, so it's perfect for a short stay.

This was a great apartment! It was exactly like the photos so no need to add my own.

These apartments are in a great location in the Jewish Quarter, with the main square being only about a 15-20 minute walk away.

Great location between train station and old town. Extremely convenient. Loved having use of a kitchen. Perfect for our trio. Great price.
And simple accommodations. Lots of stairs.

This is a brilliant place to stay.
We had a 3 bed ensuite on the second floor.
Access gained by going through multiple coded doors, so very secure.
Hot water with good pressure.

Apartment is well furnished with everything you need.
Amenities are clean and up to date.

Excellent location, 700 meters from the entrance to the Auschwitz museum. Shop and bakery near the apartment. The apartment is clean and spacious.

Perfectly located a short walk from the station and from Auschwitz 1. We stayed four nights in the Emerald flat which is lovely, comfortable and beautifully decorated.
