Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Copernicus and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in the Old Town. Great location and quiet at night.

The hotel, staff, accommodation, and location, were excellent!
The coordination of transportation, and my entire stay, was flawlessly executed.

I cant say much about the rooms, but the people in the restaurant are so friendly.
Kudos to them for letting me stay there since my Dad banished me to study more italian.

Stradom House is a truly fantastic hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and helpful.

An outstanding hotel experience hosted on a 14th century historical building and on walking distance from major landmarks of the town.

I don't normally write reviews but wanted to about this hotel. Staff were wonderful. When we arrived reception gave us lots of advice including that Krakow is extremely safe for all travellers.

Excellent stay at the Radisson Blu Krakow. Great location, comfortable rooms, and very high standards throughout the hotel.

2.1.2026 Dorota at the front desk was exceptional, as were the breakfast room staff. The hotel is a luxurious, ideally located property. They arranged for our tours and drivers.

A wonderful hotel and experience! From check in through checkout, the staff was friendly and helpful. Oliwia was on duty when we arrived and did a fine job. The room was clean and functional.

Our stay here has been absolutely wonderful. The rooms are incredibly clean and kept in a very neat way, which we really appreciated. What truly made our trip special, however, was the service.

Anna at the front desk was so accommodating. Made us feel very welcomed. The location could not have been better. The history of the building was absolutely fascinating.

Modern small hotel next to the the park entrance. Calm atmosphere, delicious breakfast and sauna is available. Mountain view is for free. Recommend.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. We were able to walk to almost all of the tourist attractions and there’s also a lot of great restaurants and cafes nearby.

I stayed at this hotel for a week long business trip. Excellent service from the team. The hotel bar is well stocked and bar food is decent and reasonably priced.

A 20 minute trip from the airport. Located conveniently near the town centre.
The rooms are spacious, clean and complimentary teas, coffee and drinks.

Fabulous hotel. Make sure you eat dinner in the restaurant. Everything is top notch. Our only complaint was the roller bed for our child was a joke.

Chic hotel! The rooms are simple and nice, great bed and even better shower — but the spa is one of best I've seen in any hotel in any city.

We stayed here for three nights, and we are satisfied and happy. The rooms had a decent size, a nice bathroom and good bed. The food at the restaurant was really good.

What a beautiful and magical hotel! We have stayed for 4 nights in this 5-star hotel and celebrated new years eve there. With a nice gala, a beautiful view over Krakau and perfect service.

Weronika was a lovely waitress and hostess. She throguhly knew the menu and what to recommend to each one of us. She was patient and made us feel at home.

Gorgeous place to stay very close to big mountains. Good starting point for trips and trails. Residence is beautiful, very good architectional work. Quiet place with small garden.

The apartment house was very modern and well equipped. There is air conditioning, which is very useful on a very hot summer day on the roof. The view of the mountains during breakfast was beautiful.

Place is peacefull & quiet,, location is very unique. Lady who prapre the breakfast is very kind & hospitable person.

A very nice clean cabin, the kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, the rooms are nice. The bathrooms are clean.

The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. While we experienced a minor inconvenience due to noise, management was very quick to offer us a change of rooms among other things.

Wonderful long weekend stay for the Christmas markets. Perfect location for the markets, shops and generally getting around. Large room that is well maintained with much character.

A beautiful hotel. We were kindly offered a glass of sparkling wine on arrival and our bags were quickly whisked away to the room.
The room was generously sized and the bed was extremely comfortable.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The location can't be beat — just off the main square. You can walk in all 4 directions and find tons of dining options.

Just back from four nights at this lovely hotel. It’s perfectly situated just a few minutes walk from the beautiful main square and about ten minutes walk from the station.

Having just spent 4 nights at this hotel I have to give it 5 stars. From the moment we checked in nothing was ever an issue, great breakfast, really helpful staff, v clean great housekeeping staff.

Bachleda Resort is such a beautiful hotel. Our room was really luxurious, beautiful wide sliding balcony doors with a great view onto the mountains where we witnessed a fabulous sunset on our arrival.

This hotel is for me an absolute place of peace and a true oasis. I am here for the third time and I truly love it. I am from the Czech Republic and I absolutely adore Poland.

Booked 4 nights B&B. Check-in was seamless. The room was modern, spotless and very comfortable large bed. Spacious bathroom with quality shampoos etc. Bathrobes and slippers provided.

Location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town.
Room was good with water tea coffee machine.

The hotel is cosy and beautiful. The staff are lovely they let me stay pass check in time as it was freezing and my taxi wasn't until the afternoon. The room is cosy and is clean.

Went for my girlfriends birthday. Reception staff extremely helpful via email in organsing a particular suite I wanted and trips to Auschwitz and the salt mines. Both essential things to do btw.
