We recently spent three wonderful days at Hotel Francuski and had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is lovely, perfectly blending old-world grandeur with modern comfort.

Just back from four nights at this lovely hotel. It’s perfectly situated just a few minutes walk from the beautiful main square and about ten minutes walk from the station.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Copernicus and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in the Old Town. Great location and quiet at night.

The hotel, staff, accommodation, and location, were excellent!
The coordination of transportation, and my entire stay, was flawlessly executed.

We recently returned home from staying at the unicus palace hotel in the old town. Wictor was on the front desk. He was very present and helpfull. We stayed in room 211.

This hotel will always hold a special place in our hearts. The staff went above and beyond helping me plan my proposal, handling every detail with such care.

Fabulous hotel. Make sure you eat dinner in the restaurant. Everything is top notch. Our only complaint was the roller bed for our child was a joke.

Chic hotel! The rooms are simple and nice, great bed and even better shower — but the spa is one of best I've seen in any hotel in any city.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The breakfast was excellent, the selection was exceptional and the staff especially at breakfast Oksana made each morning so enjoyable.

We wanted to try the new menu at the Régale restaurant, and we weren't disappointed. A real treat at the Régale restaurant. The beef tartare with foie gras is worth the trip alone.

I stayed at this hotel for a week long business trip. Excellent service from the team. The hotel bar is well stocked and bar food is decent and reasonably priced.

A 20 minute trip from the airport. Located conveniently near the town centre.
The rooms are spacious, clean and complimentary teas, coffee and drinks.

Amazing hotel in a great quiet location, short walking distance to Old Town Krakow.

We stayed here for three nights, and we are satisfied and happy. The rooms had a decent size, a nice bathroom and good bed. The food at the restaurant was really good.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel just outside of the hustle and bustle of Old Town Krakow. It's an easy walk to the square, great restaurants, the Lawn, etc. The staff was welcoming and helpful.

Having just spent 4 nights at this hotel I have to give it 5 stars. From the moment we checked in nothing was ever an issue, great breakfast, really helpful staff, v clean great housekeeping staff.

Fabulous from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Hotel is immaculate. Breakfasts outstanding with a huge choice. Staff courteous and knowledgable. I had a single room which was a good size.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve done some travelling! We had a fabulous suite on the top floor overlooking the square. It was position A! The staff were fantastic.

Our stay here was absolutely charming. The hotel location couldn’t be more perfect, the rooms are beautiful, and the staff are incredibly kind and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

I booked this hotel for 2 nights, unfortunately my flight schedule got messed and I ended up spending 12 hours only.
First of all, these are more of small apartments than a hotel.

This shows up on Google as a 5-star hotel. While the accommodation is definitely 5-star this is not a hotel, it is an apartment.

A beautiful hotel. We were kindly offered a glass of sparkling wine on arrival and our bags were quickly whisked away to the room.
The room was generously sized and the bed was extremely comfortable.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The location can't be beat — just off the main square. You can walk in all 4 directions and find tons of dining options.

The hotel is cosy and beautiful. The staff are lovely they let me stay pass check in time as it was freezing and my taxi wasn't until the afternoon. The room is cosy and is clean.

Went for my girlfriends birthday. Reception staff extremely helpful via email in organsing a particular suite I wanted and trips to Auschwitz and the salt mines. Both essential things to do btw.

The food was delicious, very good steak. Great location, the atmosphere was pleasant. Service from Marcin was excellent, he couldn't have been more helpful and more professional. Great job Marcin!

Our dining experience was fabulous. Our waiter, Pavel, was really friendly and helpful The was delicious and the cocktails were amazing (Made by Ola).

Modern small hotel next to the the park entrance. Calm atmosphere, delicious breakfast and sauna is available. Mountain view is for free. Recommend.

Cosy small hotel with modern rooms and stunning views. The staff at reception and kitchen were all very friendly and accommodating.

Stradom House is a truly fantastic hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and helpful.

An outstanding hotel experience hosted on a 14th century historical building and on walking distance from major landmarks of the town.

Very clean place, friendly staff, excellent restaurant a la carte and perfect breakfast buffet. Will be back definitely while in Zakopane🖤

Gorgeous place to stay very close to big mountains. Good starting point for trips and trails. Residence is beautiful, very good architectional work. Quiet place with small garden.

The apartment house was very modern and well equipped. There is air conditioning, which is very useful on a very hot summer day on the roof. The view of the mountains during breakfast was beautiful.

What a beautiful and magical hotel! We have stayed for 4 nights in this 5-star hotel and celebrated new years eve there. With a nice gala, a beautiful view over Krakau and perfect service.

Weronika was a lovely waitress and hostess. She throguhly knew the menu and what to recommend to each one of us. She was patient and made us feel at home.

Place is peacefull & quiet,, location is very unique. Lady who prapre the breakfast is very kind & hospitable person.
Cleaning service is missing unless u pay 100zt for it.

A very nice clean cabin, the kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, the rooms are nice. The bathrooms are clean.

I cant say much about the rooms, but the people in the restaurant are so friendly.
Kudos to them for letting me stay there since my Dad banished me to study more italian.

Hotel in the heart of the old town. Delicious breakfasts, sensational spa with a swimming pool in historic climatic basements.

The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. While we experienced a minor inconvenience due to noise, management was very quick to offer us a change of rooms among other things.

I don't normally write reviews but wanted to about this hotel. Staff were wonderful. When we arrived reception gave us lots of advice including that Krakow is extremely safe for all travellers.
