Perfect location for a stay in Krakow, lovely very professional staff, and gorgeous design throughout the hotel! Feeling so welcome and at home!

Staying at Amber Design Residence in the heart of Kraków’s Old Town was an absolute delight. From arrival to departure, every detail reflected thoughtful design, comfort, and genuine hospitality.

The hotel is in a great location. Between the Jewish Region and The Old Town. Our room had a wonderful view. The stsff was wonderful and breakfast was delicious.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a perfect location for exploring the Jewish Quarter and the Old Square.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Krakow! The rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably equipped, including a fully fitted kitchen that made my stay even more comfortable and convenient.

Just come back from these amazing apartments, spotless, modern, amazing view of the square from our window. There is always someone on reception, the young lady was very friendly and helpful.

I’ve stayed at 2 Mercure hotels in Poland and have been pleasantly surprised. My stay was booked through a larger tour group outfit, who booked the room.

On a tour visit to Krakow we stayed at this hotel. It was one of the best of the trip. The amenities and service were excellent. Wojtek was outstanding.

Delicious 😋
Clean 🧽
Friendly staff.

Easily accessible by city center but the neighborhood looks a little run down. The streets were loud and there's graffiti on the building just across the hotel.

This is a comfy hotel, with a very friendly and helpfull staff. The rooms are very spacious and the fact that each room is designed differently made it even more beautiful.

Absolutely exceeded my expectations!
Hotel was classy and elegant looking from the outside, and modern and welcoming inside. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite.

A great hotel overall and a comfortable place to stay in Kraków.

We stayed here for 5 nights last June and we absolutely loved this hotel. The location was fab, only a few minutes walk to the main square! The hotel was absolutely spotless.

Wonderful hotel: location very close to Old City and Krakow’s wonderful public transit system. Large rooms by European standards, excellent breakfast included, and helpful front desk staff.

This is an excellent hotel, in all aspects. Its Location is a quiet alley in Krakow's old town, close to almost every attraction in the city. The room is spacious, the design heartbreaking.

This is an almost perfect hotel. Very clean with excellent service. Great location. Lots if nice additions, such as water topped up every day and L'Occitane toiletries.

If I could give more stars than 5 I would in a heartbeat.

What a great hotel. Rooms are very clean and spacious. We stayed B&B. The breakfast was very good.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and had a great experience. The rooms are huge and the air con was much appreciated in the warm temps we had. Everything was very clean and very comfortable.

Just had a great stay in MR67 Mayera Rapaporta. Everything was clean and comfortable. The rooms were lovely had air conditioning which was great in the 27 degree heat.

Lovely hotel. Staff are wonderful.

Great reception staff, clean and central to our needs.

The first thing you noticed is about the hotel is the smell; when you walk through the front door, there is a lovely welcoming fragrance that is throughout the reception area.

This hotel was a great find. Only 5 minute walk from the main square. Wonderful service by the staff on the front desk and reasonably priced cocktails.

A superb hotel in Krakow.

A truly beautiful and sophisticated boutique hotel in the heart of Kraków’s Old Town.

The rooms are absolutely beautiful and very stylish, making the stay feel special and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and delicious – a great way to start the day!

Nomadic Urban Suites, Kraków.
We stayed at Nomadic Urban Suites in Kraków and overall I really liked the hotel.

Stayed 4 nights in Feb 2026. Hotel was very conveniently located for the main train station and the old town, all easily walkable. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating.

I loved it. A fantastic hotel. Wonderful reception staff. Location is perfect to walk to the sights in the old town. I managed to see everything I wanted to in a short time due to the location.

This hotel is perfectly located between the old town and the Jewish quarter both a a 10 minute walk away.

Hotel itself is really good, nicely clean, close to downtown. Only thing I don't like much is railway under the windows of my room. Everything else been high quality level.

We had a room overlooking the square and could not have asked for better accommodations.

Old world charm hotel located on one corner of Krakow's main square.
Everything from check-in, to breakfast, to check-out was amazing.

Excellent access to main square. Clean, quiet, tasty breakfast. Very pleased and helpful crew.

Beautiful hotel. Very nice traditional building and interior. Nice little gym and outdoor seating area. Staff very friendly.

Our room was very clean, plenty of towels, robes, little bottles of shampoo and body wash, beds comfortable, and was quiet. There are plenty of outlets.

Fantastic rooms! Incredible location! Great price! We stayed for 3 nights and every night we slept great. Lovely exposed brick rooms. En suite toilet and jacuzzi bath. Very very nice.

We stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting Krakow. On the whole its a really very nice hotel and about as central as you can get to the market square and cloth hall.

This hotel is one of the best I have ever been too. I have never encountered such helpful, kind and respectful staff in a hotel. The lady at the reception during night shift was very helpful.

This hotel is absolutely great.

Unicus Hotel is in a very central location so it’s easy to explore beautiful Krakow. The standard of service throughout all areas of the hotel was exemplary.

We stayed at the Hotel Indigo for Christmas and it turned out to be a fabulous choice. The rooms were extremely comfortable and wonderfully decorated and supplied with everything we needed.

Rooms nice, although a bit special. Service is very friendly and they will help you with things.

Beautiful room, modern decorated, very clean, with jacuzzi in the room. Friendly staff, great location! Price — performance more than good.
Anytime again!

Booked the deluxe room wit jacuzzi bath as a treat for my partners 40th birthday present.
