Booked to stay here a good few months ago. Communication between them and myself has been great since. Asking for early check in etc.

The young lady on reception was lovely. We wanted to print off some tickets for a show and she couldn’t have been more accommodating, by which I mean she did in fact print off the tickets.

It is very clean and very quiet. You can just go and get your key and go to your room. They are cleaning every day the rooms and very nice area for the prize and comfort. It’s a good choice.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations.

Your own apartment in Kraków old town for a great price with walking distance to "everything". I'll be booking the same place the next time in Kraków.

COT Guesthouse is a short walk from the Hotel Elecktor which is its management center. The hotel staff were kind and patient with our lack of Polish language.

We stayed in February for a family ski trip.

We have just returned from my son and daughter in law's wedding, what a lovely place this is, the location is perfect, the facilities are second to none and the rooms are finished to perfection.

Nicely situated with lovely views. Not right in the centre but still an easy walk. Also not far to drive to ski lifts and other attractions.

It was just the two of us; room clean and spacious with a beautiful view. The road to Zakopane is winding and narrow in places, but very picturesque.

I highly recommend this place. The owner, Mrs. Bożenka, is very nice and helpful, the service is also very nice and smiling.

Lovely food and great service. We had a 10% off voucher, we were unaware this needed to be shown before the bill was printed. Unfortunately this meant that it couldn’t be amended.

Very nice place close to the Kotelnica ski slopes. They have ski lockers and small kids club. Hotel is comfortable with clean rooms and attentive and kind service.

Amazing coffee and desserts coupled with mountain view makes it an ideal breakfast place. Recommend the americano and winter tea. They go well with chocolate Torcik, sernik and szarlotka cakes.

We were at the hotel at the turn of August and September. Food very good. The rooms were nicely kept, the beds were very comfortable.
There was plenty of hot water in the bathrooms.
