We stayed at Portal Apartments for five nights in a Superior Room (Room 10), and overall had a very pleasant experience.

Just packing to leave now. We had a standard hotel room. Nice size room lovely bathroom and comfortable bed. We enjoyed the breakfasts. Incredibly central for the old town.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, I booked a suite and a twin and both were exceptionally clean, great facilities and faultless.

Upon checkin after a train ride from Warsaw, I was greeted by Anna who was very polite, professional, friendly and cheery.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and I cannot recommend this place warmly enough! From the very beginning, the service was above and beyond anything I expected.

Best place to stay in Kraków. Great localization, clean rooms, and very tasty and original breakfast. Checkout until 11 am is also a great idea.

We had a great stay at Topolowa. Everything was absolutely perfect! The staff is lovely, helpful and caring, the rooms super clean and comfortable, the breakfast was nice too.

Beautiful residence, very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located on a quiet street, the rooms facing the back of the hotel benefit from very large balconies.

Turnau City Aparthotel is a nice 3* apartment hotel located near the Kraków Główny train station and Galeria Krakowska Shopping Mall.

I needed a hotel to stay in during morning / early afternoon hours while I was waiting for my flight.

We stayed at Stradom 15 Apartments for three nights and were extremely satisfied.

The apartments are top quality and a fantastic place to stay. Located close to Wawel Castle it is a prime location for your stay. The standard of the place and finishing is fantastic.

Although these apartments are a little old fashioned and could do with a little make over, that's there only fault.

A bit Spartan and the corridors smelled of curry due to the restaurant next door. But it was clean, comfortable and very convenient for buses, the old town and restaurants. Would stay there again.

Best location of all places we have stay on Krakow. Spotless. 30 seconds from square. Right across road from Kantor Alkhole which has a big blue and red sign. Communication really good and so helpful.

Perfect location, easy to access the building, clean and when we had an issue with the heating it was fixed instantly without any issues.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back again.

I stayed at AGA Tenis Apartments – Apartamenty Kraków in the third week of August. We were a couple and selected Sydney apartment.

I have stayed here for total of 6 nights (4+2) and the apartments are very clean, maintained and have everything that we required.

We just came back from a 4 nights stay in Krakow and we absolutely loved this wonderful accomodation.

We stayed with 4 people in one apartment. It was so nice, we had two separate rooms. It was very clean, great location and the host are very helpful. Would 100% recommend!

All in all a nice place to stay! Well equipped room with small kitchenette. Very central and quiet room we had on the 2nd floor.
Poor points were. Poor welcome basket. — no milk for coffees.

Stunning! I booked with Delta miles and unfortunately never received my access code to enter the apartments.

Check-in was easy at the 24hr desk and the property itself is only a 10/15 minute walk from the Old Town which was handy as we were there for the Christmas Markets.

Super convenient location. 5 mins walk from Krakow Main station. The room is big and tidy. The staff, Joanna is super friendly and helpful. Recommend! 10 of 10!

I had a truly wonderful stay at the Radisson Red Hotel, Krakow. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled with professionalism and genuine hospitality.

We had a brilliant stay. The location is perfect — right next to the cloth hall. Despite the central location and proximity to several bars and restaurants, it was very quiet at night.

Great hosting. Location very nice! We Wished we would have known about Bracka at the beginning of our trip. Would have booked it in a heartbeat. We love Krakow and the people!

The apartment is located near the Jewish quarter and about 15 minutes walk from the Main Square and the Old City. There are a lot of transportation options and many shops around, including grocery.

A good apartment a few steps from stare miasto. Modern interior set in old buildings filled by pieces from the previous era.

The apartment on Gertrudy 7 was fantastic! We went as a family of 7 and we were not disappointed! The apartment had everything you could possibly want and need for a 5 night stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The apartment is located on the 4th floor, so it was very quiet despite being right in the city center — no noise at all.

Great apartment, nice and cozy, we had a parking space for our car and trailer which was a big plus. Difficult cu climb the stairs but was according to our expectations.

The rooms are decent for a short visit of Krakow considering that you will be outside most of the time. The apartments are very closed to Old Town.

Right next to the main station. Just 5 mins walk. Supermarket and cafe a minute away. Nice and comfy place.
