Great stay in this lovely hotel.
Firstly we visited for my partners 30th birthday and we were given a complimentary room upgrade from the start.
The room was lovely. Warm, clean and very comfortable.

What a beautiful and magical hotel! We have stayed for 4 nights in this 5-star hotel and celebrated new years eve there. With a nice gala, a beautiful view over Krakau and perfect service.

Weronika was a lovely waitress and hostess. She throguhly knew the menu and what to recommend to each one of us. She was patient and made us feel at home.

Although part of Accor, this is a smaller boutique hotel. In fact we first walked right by it as it really blends in! The location is great, about 20 minutes walk from the edge of old town.

Very nicely designed hotel with friendly staff! Spacious and clean rooms. Different pillow options are an advantage. Breakfast concept is great, with good barista coffee too!

I cant say much about the rooms, but the people in the restaurant are so friendly.

Hotel in the heart of the old town. Delicious breakfasts, sensational spa with a swimming pool in historic climatic basements.

The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. While we experienced a minor inconvenience due to noise, management was very quick to offer us a change of rooms among other things.

We stayed here for 5 nights last June and we absolutely loved this hotel. The location was fab, only a few minutes walk to the main square! The hotel was absolutely spotless.

Initially I was a bit sceptical because it belongs to a monestry/church so I expected it to be spartan and not very comfy but I was wrong.

The first thing you noticed is about the hotel is the smell; when you walk through the front door, there is a lovely welcoming fragrance that is throughout the reception area.
