Great stay in this lovely hotel.
Firstly we visited for my partners 30th birthday and we were given a complimentary room upgrade from the start.
The room was lovely. Warm, clean and very comfortable.

Weronika was a lovely waitress and hostess. She throguhly knew the menu and what to recommend to each one of us. She was patient and made us feel at home.

I cant say much about the rooms, but the people in the restaurant are so friendly.
Kudos to them for letting me stay there since my Dad banished me to study more italian.

Hotel in the heart of the old town. Delicious breakfasts, sensational spa with a swimming pool in historic climatic basements.

The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. While we experienced a minor inconvenience due to noise, management was very quick to offer us a change of rooms among other things.

Initially I was a bit sceptical because it belongs to a monestry/church so I expected it to be spartan and not very comfy but I was wrong.

Absolutely amazing apartment hotel.
Stayed from 20th to 24th April.

We stayed here for a few days in January. The location is excellent: a 4–5 minute walk to the mall/train station, 1 minute to Kraków’s oldest market. Located in a safe, calm neighborhood all around.

We stayed for 3 nights bed and breakfast at the Balthazar Design Hotel… what a great stay we had.

Very clean and good looking rooms. No air conditioning but the room had a nice fan. We had dinner at the restaurant downstairs and were very impressed.
