Place it's very nice, modern but also with great rustic accents. The rooms and sheet are clean, the hotel is in very good shape. The breakfast was also good and diverse.

I don't know where to start … because everything was great.
The last time we visited this hotel with the family was 2 years ago and a lot has changed since then.

A place worth recommending, you walk right out of the center and you're on Krupówki.
The room was super modern and clean. We were in the spa area, sauna and swimming pool available.

I love it. Literally the best location in Zakopane. Super solid clean, modern factility and rooms.

Great place for families with small kids. You can spend all day on outside activities. For 3 full days we didn’t event have a time to go to the indoor playroom.

Gorgeous place to stay very close to big mountains. Good starting point for trips and trails. Residence is beautiful, very good architectional work. Quiet place with small garden.

The apartment house was very modern and well equipped. There is air conditioning, which is very useful on a very hot summer day on the roof. The view of the mountains during breakfast was beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay. Despite arriving late, the kitchen was reopened for us, and we enjoyed a lovely evening with local specialties and Polish beer.

Feel very pleasant to recommend the hotel. Free parking, excellent service from reception to the last employee. A rich and tasty breakfast until the late hours of the morning.

Very nice — clean and good furniture. It is near to the river just the river one in front of the property but need to go behind the opposite hotel. Some staff are really friendly and all know English.

In principle a good place. We had a fairly long drive and were late for check-in, but a solution was found quickly :)
The room was nice, big and clean, however.

Pros:
— super friendly staff with “can do“ attitude.

— view from the bedroom and comfortable bed.
Cons:
— smell of the water.
— clogged drain.

It is really great hotel, with excelent warm or better to say hot water in swimming pools and jacuzzi. There is everything under one roof.
Service and food are excelent. Parking for free.

Such a beautiful hotel with wonderful surroundings. Food was delicious prices were fair/reasonable. It is just pitty how you organize spa.

Almost everything was great. The minus for the room service who doesn’t clean very good and didn’t change the cups for a new/clean ones. The floor on the pool was a bit slippery.

The hotel was spotless, our apartment was spacious, spotless too, spa, sauna, showers and the salt room were amazing and clean. The all staff were friendly and very helpful.

It was nice. I would recommend to visit the beautiful city Zakopane and obviously stay at this hotel.

We had stayed in the Irena Eris in the Mazury a few years ago, and my husband had been to this hotel before with 2 of our children, so I was excited to come.

Stunning countryside, close to other attractions such as wooden churches. Service of staff Exceeded expectations… amenities top notch! Good so good… did meal plan breakfast and dinner.

The first thing that hits you when you arrive at this hotel is the gorgeous view of the mountains.

Place is worth it. For the price, my god, can’t argue. You have the best view from bath, bed and balcony. Saunas are great, staff is very polite and friendly. This was 9, 6/10
