The hotel is very close to city center, oposite nice green park. Friendly staff and free parking in the yard was very good.

Hyatt Place Krakow delivers an excellent overall stay that combines comfort, efficiency, and modern design.

Check in was relatively quick however the agent had zero personality, almost robotic. Wasn’t able to program my room key for an additional night on a separate reservation.

I can say that we have experienced a real warm welcome. Such helpful and kind members. We enjoyedevery mkment of our stay.

This is a really nice place to stay in when you go for a holiday or vacation in zakopan area.

A small, intimate guesthouse with a homely, family atmosphere. The rooms are modest, but there is everything you need and it is very clean. The owners are very nice and take care of their guests.

I came back after 3 years and I was pleasantly surprised — a sauna and a jacuzzi were built. Mrs. Beatka welcomed us warmly, which is nice and very important, it makes us want to come back!

We wholeheartedly recommend this place. Beautiful view from the window. Delicious, fresh, varied, home-made food. A lovely hostess who puts all her heart into making guests feel at home.

The room has a fridge, kettle, plates and cutlery. The rooms are small, but on the second floor with balconies with a nice view and right in the center. Meals up to 3 times a day.

It was a very nice experience to spend holiday. We will come back again at Lira. We higly recommend this location and very tasty food served there :)

A great place to relax, great location, because you can reach the hot spring baths on foot. Very nice, well-kept house, beautiful room with bathroom, mini living room and Netflix.
