Lovely clean hotel, lots of character to the building situated in an excellent part of the Old Town close to all the places of interest.
Hotel staff friendly and very helpful.

This hotel is brilliant. We booked through EasyJet holidays and were looking for cheap accommodation close to the square. This hotel did not disappoint.

We would highly recommend this hotel after staying for 3 nights end sept. Start of October.
Rooms have heating and air con. Mini fridge full of goodies which you can pay for at end of your trip.

Quite simply stunning hotel. Beautiful interior, large decorative rooms with luxurious fittings, carpet and an exceptional bathroom.

My wife and two teenage sons have just returned home having enjoyed a fantastic three nights stay at Kraków’s Blachleda.

Unicus Hotel is in a very central location so it’s easy to explore beautiful Krakow. The standard of service throughout all areas of the hotel was exemplary.

I did a big research when I was looking for hotels to stay at, this is something I do a lot before deciding to travel.

A very good place to stay in Kraków. It is about a 15 minute walk to the old town and is in a good neighborhood. If you want to be close to the action, but not too close, this is a good option.

Serviced apartments, so not ideal for everyone. Everything you need for self catering or breakfast can be ordered and will be brought to your door around 7.30.

From checking in to leaving the staff have been amazing, replied to every nesssge within minutes and very accommodating.

Having just spent 4 nights at this hotel I have to give it 5 stars. From the moment we checked in nothing was ever an issue, great breakfast, really helpful staff, v clean great housekeeping staff.

Fabulous from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Hotel is immaculate. Breakfasts outstanding with a huge choice. Staff courteous and knowledgable. I had a single room which was a good size.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve done some travelling! We had a fabulous suite on the top floor overlooking the square. It was position A! The staff were fantastic.

Our stay here was absolutely charming. The hotel location couldn’t be more perfect, the rooms are beautiful, and the staff are incredibly kind and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

A beautiful hotel bed was very comfortable and warm. Breakfast something for everyone. Close to the square good amenities nearby just a wonderful hotel and staff very helpful and friendly.

We couldn't fault this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable and was well situated, a short walk to the market square and restaurants etc.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Krakow! The rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably equipped, including a fully fitted kitchen that made my stay even more comfortable and convenient.

Just come back from these amazing apartments, spotless, modern, amazing view of the square from our window. There is always someone on reception, the young lady was very friendly and helpful.

Couldn’t choose a better location, 5/5 so central to everything. Staff are very nice, check in is slightly confusing as you have to go to another hotel however it’s fine.

This hotel is basic but met our needs perfectly! The room is a bit dated, quirky but clean and adequate. You are right in the heart of it…. A short walk from everything, the square, castle, kazimierz!

We stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting Krakow. On the whole its a really very nice hotel and about as central as you can get to the market square and cloth hall.

Third visit to Krakow and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. Location is a stone throw from the square (you can see it) plenty around and nearby.

Great 3star hotel. Very kind and approachable staff 24/7. They even let us leave our luggage in a safe space after our check out for 3 hours until we left the country.

Hotel with very confortable rooms and ideally located within walking distance of the train stations and the city center. Fantastic customer service and breakfast with variety of options.

Rooms comfortable and warm, little outdated, had to buy a Polish charger as no plug in for mobile, other than that, breakfast, decent sausage and eggs.

A beautiful hotel. We were kindly offered a glass of sparkling wine on arrival and our bags were quickly whisked away to the room.
The room was generously sized and the bed was extremely comfortable.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The location can't be beat — just off the main square. You can walk in all 4 directions and find tons of dining options.

Beautiful hotel, with the most perfect location! When arriving to the room we requested a king size duvet rather than 2 singles which were replaced promptly. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was in a great location very close to the old town. The entrance and rooms were very clean and well maintained and presented.

I have to say this hotel has one of the best breakfasts I have ever had so far. Everyone from the reception to the restaurant staff were very nice and helpfull.

A weekend break for three of us. Booked on line to be near the old town and it didn't disappoint. In fact it was excellent. Excellent rooms, very good food, good service. Altogether first class.

A really wonderful place to stay in Krakow! The location is perfect for exploring this beautiful city and the apartment itself is exceptionally clean and comfortable.

We stayed at Portal Apartments for five nights in a Superior Room (Room 10), and overall had a very pleasant experience.

We had a standard room which did us but it was small.

Gorgeous hotel. Very clean, friendly staff and they do a great breakfast. Easy commute on foot to the main square. We couldn’t fault it at all.

Place to stay in the city centre, everything is in walking distance. Amazing host who offer a broad variety of rooms all modern and clean. Guarded parking nearby. (5-7 min by foot)

Our room was very nice. Bathroom was very clean as well. Easy access. Short walk to centrum and a shopping mall. No housekeeping unless you call and request.

The M4 Hotel is directly opposite a raised railway line and some may find the noise a nuisance at night whilst trying to sleep. Earplugs are available in the room.

This charming new property, just two weeks old, offers an immaculate and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive.

Our room was very clean, plenty of towels, robes, little bottles of shampoo and body wash, beds comfortable, and was quiet. There are plenty of outlets.

Fantastic rooms! Incredible location! Great price! We stayed for 3 nights and every night we slept great. Lovely exposed brick rooms. En suite toilet and jacuzzi bath. Very very nice.
