From the moment we arrived, the hotel impressed us. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome right away.

I stayed at this hotel for a week. Overall, I enjoyed the experience. The hotel is located in a back street in Kazimierz.

The first thing you noticed is about the hotel is the smell; when you walk through the front door, there is a lovely welcoming fragrance that is throughout the reception area.

This hotel was a great find. Only 5 minute walk from the main square. Wonderful service by the staff on the front desk and reasonably priced cocktails.

This is a great location for exploring Krakow and seeing the old town. The hotel is simple, clean and there is no fuss.

The room which we stayed in is exactly as it was advertised direct with the travel operator. The room was in perfect condition very well looked after, clean and tidy.

A nice and clean little Hotel near the Center of Oswiecim. The rooms are clean and they are vary between small bedrooms and hole Appartments with a kitchen. The beds are okay but not so comfortable.

We stayed here for a family wedding and were so impressed! Lovely grounds, kids had a great time, and the adults too. Helpful staff (our Polish was almost zero).

Place it's very nice, modern but also with great rustic accents. The rooms and sheet are clean, the hotel is in very good shape. The breakfast was also good and diverse.

Overall this is a very cool place with lots of activities for the whole family. The included breakfast was plentiful and lots of options — the ham on the bone and mountain cheese selection was divine.

Great place to soak in thermal pools. Try a variety of saunas, cold dipping and fun for all kids. The food in the restaurant can be improved but the atmosphere is good.

As for the hotel itself, very nice, well-kept rooms, simple but very clean and cozy, and the breakfasts are really delicious 😀The owner is very nice and very helpful.

Our family recently stayed at Zawrat in beautiful Białka Tatrzańska, and it was everything we hoped for in a mountain getaway—and more.

Lovely, clean hotel. Family room was perfect for us, our 16 and 13 year old boys had their own spacious bedroom. Staff were very pleasant and nothing was a problem.

A really great place to stay, the food was really amazing and the location is fairly close to stores, bout 30min walk at best.

Spent the most amazing, memorable Christmas and New Years at this wonderful place. The winter scenery was almost too beautiful to be real — straight from our balcony!

We arrived on 31 December and stayed until 3 January. Our host, a gentleman at reception, welcomed us very warmly. The room was nice and warm and spotlessly clean.

We had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was super clean and had a lovely view. It takes about 20-25 minutes to walk to the city center, which wasn’t a problem at all.

Willa Tatiana Boutique is located in a very convenient location. Very nice, comfortable and well-equipped apartments. Service at a very high level — he makes sure that guests lack nothing.

Very nice hosts. Mrs. Janina cooks very tasty. View from the balcony of the mountains. Very close to the bus stop. Good and many connections, so we didn't use the car at all.

The owner is very nice and helpful. The room was neat and tidy. Beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. Close location to the store and bus stop. A kitchenette is available to guests.

Perfect location, great restaurant. The beds were comfortable, and the use of the spa was a plus. We appreciated the on-site parking, although there was a small fee.

The only thing — plugs behind the pillows were a bit funny as light would get turned on by accident, but was easy fix by taking the room key out of switch for thr night.

The property is beautiful and feels like a home from home with views of the slopes. The towels and bedding smell lovely and it was a perfect size for us with our 2 children.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Kaplowa Chata. This modern, clean, and comfortable property feels more like a boutique hotel than just an apartment house.
