Kaplowa Chata is an absolute gem in Zakopane. Great location, cozy and atmospheric interior, and a truly authentic highlander vibe.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Kaplowa Chata. This modern, clean, and comfortable property feels more like a boutique hotel than just an apartment house.

Willa Joanna is, without a doubt, one of the best accommodations I have ever experienced. The atmosphere is cozy and peaceful, making it the perfect getaway.

The most beautiful place in the Tatra Mountains ❤️🚨 We highly recommend it. And the sauna and jacuzzi with a view of the mountains are first class 😊

An absolutely unique place that I can recommend to anyone with a clear conscience! Mrs. Małgorzata is the owner with a heart of gold — extremely caring, always smiling and willing to help.

Very nice — clean and good furniture. It is near to the river just the river one in front of the property but need to go behind the opposite hotel. Some staff are really friendly and all know English.

In principle a good place. We had a fairly long drive and were late for check-in, but a solution was found quickly :)
The room was nice, big and clean, however.

Easily accessible by city center but the neighborhood looks a little run down. The streets were loud and there's graffiti on the building just across the hotel.

This is a comfy hotel, with a very friendly and helpfull staff. The rooms are very spacious and the fact that each room is designed differently made it even more beautiful.

Although part of Accor, this is a smaller boutique hotel. In fact we first walked right by it as it really blends in! The location is great, about 20 minutes walk from the edge of old town.

Very nicely designed hotel with friendly staff! Spacious and clean rooms. Different pillow options are an advantage. Breakfast concept is great, with good barista coffee too!

One of the best accomodations I've been in. Very friendly, almost family-like atmosphere, great pizza&beer in the same building (oven baked by the owner). Sadly far from city centre.

A place that meets every smallest expectation. Very nice, professional and helpful staff. We had a room with a beautiful view of the mountain panorama, including Giewont.

It is a little old school (in the Eastern Europe manner) hotel in Zakopane with a very good location and perfect views.

An extended weekend focused on active cycling recreation. An ideal place for families with children and more.

Awesome place! I recommend it to every family with children. Rooms clean and fragrant. The owners are very nice and approachable to children.

My wife and I were in your sanatorium in November this year. Personally, I have been to various sanatoriums maybe 10 times so far. But I have never seen such service as yours.

And the three-week sanatorium stay at the Energetyk sanatorium ends. My wife and I will remember our stay very well.

Such a beautiful hotel with wonderful surroundings. Food was delicious prices were fair/reasonable. It is just pitty how you organize spa.

Almost everything was great. The minus for the room service who doesn’t clean very good and didn’t change the cups for a new/clean ones. The floor on the pool was a bit slippery.

I really like this hotel. It's located right accross the Central Station, and the hotel ambience is so awesome, like we're living in our own castle. There is a small garden that's very clean and tidy.

Perfect base to visit Krakow and surrounding areas. Accommodation very comfortable, a little dated but to be honest it really added to the atmosphere of the trip. Central location perfect.

This hotel is perfectly located between the old town and the Jewish quarter both a a 10 minute walk away.

Hotel itself is really good, nicely clean, close to downtown. Only thing I don't like much is railway under the windows of my room. Everything else been high quality level.

We had a wonderful stay at Cracowdays! We stayed in a studio and an apartment. Both rooms were really nice in charming older buildings.

Just back from an amazing few days staying at this hotel 2 adults 2 young teenagers, we had a two bedroom apartment and it was perfect!

The staff were lovely, accommodation clean and comfortable. What I didn’t realise is that there were no lifts and it was a hike up 6 flights of stairs.

Situated opposite a park area, close to shopping centre and within an easy 15 (max) minute walk to the main square. An old building which must have been magnificent in its hey day.

I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel, on arrival you collect your keys from the hotel next door. The lovely staff at reception were so friendly and allowed us access to our room early.

The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. While we experienced a minor inconvenience due to noise, management was very quick to offer us a change of rooms among other things.

Don't panic about the front door! We arrived and truly thought we'd been conned. Front doors are covered in graffiti and looks scruffy and rundown. Instructions were not the best.

Apartment was perfectly situated with local amenities nearby. Clean and modern interior with everything you could need! Rooms were warm and cozy and overall it was a brilliant stay.

The hotel is in a great location. Between the Jewish Region and The Old Town. Our room had a wonderful view. The stsff was wonderful and breakfast was delicious.

We recently returned home from staying at the unicus palace hotel in the old town. Wictor was on the front desk. He was very present and helpfull. We stayed in room 211.

Perfect accommodation when flying somewhere early from the Cracow airport. Grab-your-breakfast served from 3 am (tea, coffee, sandwiches, sweet buns), proper breakfast from 6 am. Very convenient.

A nice and clean little Hotel near the Center of Oswiecim. The rooms are clean and they are vary between small bedrooms and hole Appartments with a kitchen. The beds are okay but not so comfortable.
