Great place in a wonderful location!
Very comfortable house, well-equipped kitchen.

An extremely successful stay. Great conditions. High standard. The views are amazing. Sauna and jacuzzi are additional advantages. I recommend it at any time of the year.

I don't know where to begin.
I just spend few most beautiful days with my lady in most remarkable places like Willa pod Kasztanami.

Nice staff, interesting décor, the menu is interesting but the cooking needs to step up a notch on the execution (meaning a bit of love and care while cooking) to get 5 stars from me.

I highly recommend it! Rooms located in a beautiful place, beautiful landscape and everything at hand! Very nice service, helpful at every step.

Nice and spacious hotel with a lot of additional bonuses: discounts for the nearby thermal baths, playground and playroom for children, billiards and ping-pong etc.

Very nice little hotel, ideally situated near the main square. Can be a little noisy at night but very clean and such lovely staff. I'd definitely recommend.

Well positioned for sightseeing with breakfast feasts able to keep you going all day with fabulous variety. Long breakfast time period — no rushing required.

We stayed here in September. Hotel location is excellent 5 minute walk into the centre of things.

Another great stay in Campanile Krakow Old Town. Always stay here when visiting for leisure or work.

Having just spent 4 nights at this hotel I have to give it 5 stars. From the moment we checked in nothing was ever an issue, great breakfast, really helpful staff, v clean great housekeeping staff.

Fabulous from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Hotel is immaculate. Breakfasts outstanding with a huge choice. Staff courteous and knowledgable. I had a single room which was a good size.

We had the best experience staying at Crystal suites Old town during easter!

Just back from a fabulous trip at crystal suites, Anna was amazing from start to finish, helpful knowledgeable, arranges our transfer to and from Airport, support to arrange trips.

A beautiful hotel bed was very comfortable and warm. Breakfast something for everyone. Close to the square good amenities nearby just a wonderful hotel and staff very helpful and friendly.

We couldn't fault this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable and was well situated, a short walk to the market square and restaurants etc.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Krakow! The rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably equipped, including a fully fitted kitchen that made my stay even more comfortable and convenient.

Just come back from these amazing apartments, spotless, modern, amazing view of the square from our window. There is always someone on reception, the young lady was very friendly and helpful.

The perfect coffee shop. Relax in the leather chairs with soft jazz in the background. Great coffee, good Wi-Fi and lovely service.

A very nice small bar with food. Friendly service cosy place. Just the place for a beer / glass of wine and snack. Table made from old sewing machine bases I think!

Couldn’t choose a better location, 5/5 so central to everything. Staff are very nice, check in is slightly confusing as you have to go to another hotel however it’s fine.

This hotel is basic but met our needs perfectly! The room is a bit dated, quirky but clean and adequate. You are right in the heart of it…. A short walk from everything, the square, castle, kazimierz!

We recently spent three wonderful days at Hotel Francuski and had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is lovely, perfectly blending old-world grandeur with modern comfort.

Just back from four nights at this lovely hotel. It’s perfectly situated just a few minutes walk from the beautiful main square and about ten minutes walk from the station.

Fantastic location right near to the castle and a few minutes walk from the main square with a 24 hour reception & baggage storage on our last day.

Our stay in Krakow was a last-minute booking after originally planning to stay in a hostel.

Great location, a short walk to the Christmas markets and lots of shops, bars and restaurants. We had no issues with noise we have felt very relaxed!

The hotel and rooms themselves are very nice and spacious. I had a nice, quiet view of the alley at the back of the building off my balcony.

This hotel is brilliant. We booked through EasyJet holidays and were looking for cheap accommodation close to the square. This hotel did not disappoint.

Excellent hotel, situated ten minutes by foot from krakow square. Very clean modern hotel, with lifts, disable friendly.

A clean, well situated hotel. About a 10 minute walk to the main square. The room was pretty basic but had everything we needed (including a fridge, kettle and hairdryer).

We stayed for 4 nights as a family of 5. Location was perfect. Just off the main square. There was a lift that was handy for my elderly in laws.

Immaculate and modern apartment. Fantastic central location closer to restaurants, bars and shops. Expected some noice but sound proofing was excellent and didn’t hear a thing!
