Lovely place. Very nice houses, very comfortable and modern.
You can see a lot of work and heart from the host.

Very atmospheric place, super-equipped rooms, very quick and nice contact. The perfect place to relax.

Very good contact with the owner. We could come with a cat. Convenient parking and close to the Spa Park. An additional attraction is the swimming pool in the villa. Everything at the highest level.

The rooms are almost clean, but spiders are visible in the corners. The shower head is a bit dangerous, you can get stuck with the paint sticking out (I was unlucky). Clean bedding, comfortable beds.

I was serviced by David Aguilar, ticketing department. He was very helpful. His expertise had helped get great price and seat tickets. I really appreciate his service.

Beautiful hotel near Zakopane, the receptionist was extremely nice and helpful, would recommend anyone to stay here on their way to Zakopane.

Hotel was beautiful, rooms were great, the hotel staff were lovely (big thanks to the hotel receptionist that let us check in early as room was ready).

We arrived early evening, and a beautiful reception we received when checking in. We dropped our suitcases in our double room en-suite, and found we had all we needed.

The hotel is fantastic. The room I stayed in was exceptionally clean. One of the tables had some defects, but overall the furniture was well-maintained and clean.

Very quiet and spotless clean. Beds are not super comfortable and the rooms would need a bedside lamp I think.

I rocked up and booked last minute on the spot, the reception staff were brilliant. I was well looked after during my stay. My room was clean and the same went for the shared facilities.

I recently stayed at H12 Hotel in Krakow for 2 nights.
The room was incredibly comfortable, cozy, and clean. The breakfast options were delicious, with plenty of variety.
