Overall it’s a nice place not very luxurious.
They include a free aquarium visit with they stay which is good, and the food is good at this place even though its limited in options.

Just want to shout out to Pedro and Gio at the Cilantros restaurant. Their service and wonderful personalities keep us coming back, time and again.

I genuinely appreciate the assistance that Miss Ana Karen Ponzo provided me since yesterday.

We had a most delightful week at this delightful Resort. We felt that we had a week at a Botanical Garden.

Four years in a row we've spent a week at the Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay Resort and Spa and we'll be back next year.

We walked in without a reservation on Sunday evening. Front desk was extremely helpful getting us the right room. Beautiful historic building. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom pretty and functional.

Staff very nice. All the restaurants but 1 were under construction. Staff was always very helpful. It would have been better if we had at least 1 other restaurant to go to.

Mazatlán:
The Inn at Mazatlán is hands down the best place to stay in Mazatlán! The location is perfect — right on the beach, with stunning ocean views and easy access to everything.

My husband and I traveling through from Canada. Our van broke down and we needed transmission repair. We stayed at Inhouse for 3 nights while we waited.

The people that work there are AWESOME EVERYONE that works there.
The rooms are huge. The bed are so comfortable.
I didn’t want to leave.

Excellent hotel and location. Great beach that is calm because Deer Island protects it from rough surf and in a great location in Golden Zone.

I don’t write reviews, but this place truly sucked. Sheets (white comforter to be exact) had blood stains.

We had an amazing stay at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay this year! This was our sixth trip to Pueblo Bonito, and once again it exceeded our expectations.

The resort is quite large, three pools, and nice beach front. Several restaurants to choose from however we ate all our meals at the ala carte restaurant and enjoyed the food and service.

We are working with the wonderful staff at Casa Lucila for our wedding. Elsey has been amazing as we plan to take over the hotel with our family.

I love having coffee on their terrace in the mornings—the atmosphere is incredibly calm, and you can hear the sound of the waves in the background.

Nice, new hotel with very friendly staff. Great location with lots of restaurants close by. The beach is a ways off but you have a beautiful view of the marina.

Perfect place to say if you need to be close to medical or the the marina.

We had a few issues on arrival (missing amenities) HOWEVER the staff were incredible. We now know what to expect and would stay there again.

A wonderful and incredible place with astonishing views from the room. I originally did a reservation for the Sunset Palace hotel but when I arrived, that hotel was closed.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing due to several misleading claims and subpar amenities:
Dining Options: We were promised three on-site restaurants, but this was a LIE.

Spent a week here with my family and the hotel is very nice. Rooms are spacious and clean, staff is kind and helpful, location is great.

Good: The location is close to a few restaurants and shops. Easy to get to and on the beach. The room was nice with an excellent view of the beach and pool (oceanview room).

The original Mayan Palace is over 50 years old. Several of the older buildings have been demolished with no signs of what is planned in their place.

Food was consistently outstanding service was impeccable. Door man (concierge) in main lobby was very helpful polite and genuinely pleasant. Always smiling and very attentive.

Everything was wonderful about this hotel. Beds were very comfortable. Buffet was very good. Our poolside waiter Jose was 10/10. Very attentive, friendly and quick!

This is a fairly new hotel in the marina district of Mazatlan. The property is nice and clean, with fairly spartan rooms, but quite adequate and comfortable.

Beautiful hotel and rooms. Great Continental breakfast as well as restaurant in hotel.

The place is way overly price. The t. V and the internet didnt work. No hot water, not even warm. Full of spiders, moths and lizards.

The hotel is quite nice, you forget that you are in the city, the food tasty, generous portions and fair price, I think.
