Sinaloa Hotels with a Pool

We arrived for a week stay all inclusive. Friendly organized front desk staff. Pool was crazy busy with families. The ocean is right there and beautiful but the waves can be deceptive.

Apologies for the delay in posting-we visited during Semana Santa and I'm only getting to this now.
P. B. Mazatlan is on the smaller side and I'd consider that a good thing.

We had a most delightful week at this delightful Resort. We felt that we had a week at a Botanical Garden.

Four years in a row we've spent a week at the Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay Resort and Spa and we'll be back next year.

Very nice hotel, very convenient location, staff is helpful and courteous. It's been a pleasure staying here. Never at at the restaurant but heard good things about it. Yes I would come back.

We stayed at the El Cid in mid-December, and though it was peak tourist season, the resort was not packed.

Staff very nice. All the restaurants but 1 were under construction. Staff was always very helpful. It would have been better if we had at least 1 other restaurant to go to.

Mazatlán:
The Inn at Mazatlán is hands down the best place to stay in Mazatlán! The location is perfect — right on the beach, with stunning ocean views and easy access to everything.

My favorite hotel in Mazatlan. It is very basic, but is in the best location. Make sure you get an ocean view room.

I sprained my ankle on way back from Observatory. Juan brought up a bag of ice to the room. Excellent service.

The hotel is right in the middle of the Golden Zone restaurant and entertainment district. Everything in easy walking distance and the Soriana Supermarket is about 12 minutes walk away.

We were on a tour and they stopped here so we could hang out on the beach.
The server was great. They set up lounge chars on the beach and brought us food and drinks.
The food was decent.

We stay the week of New Years. At first we had a hard time getting into our room bc key card wouldn’t work at all, but they were very nice and got on it and gave me another room!

The Palms has a great location. We have stayed here several times and are always pleased. Views are great, pools are nice with swim up bar.

This is in an easy (if a little touristy) area of Mazatlán. Easy beach access and plenty of good restaurants and shops within walking distance. The pool and pool bar are fantastic!

We have been here twice for ten days vacations and its been wonderful. We found the location is great for being close to great food and music.

Great customer service from Maria at the front desk, good breakfast food and great service at the ME restaurant. The food at the poolside was good and they deliver food to your room.

Location is excellent if you’re trying to get around the city. I did not try the all inclusive experience so I cannot talk about that.

My parents retired in Mazatlán, and I hadn't been here since my mother's death.

We chose this place because it was a very busy time and there weren't many options around. It's a good inexpensive hotel, no frills, but also no problems.

Never disappoints! Location is steps away from the beach and the rooms are clean. Staff is friendly and always accommodating. Been coming here for the last 8 years and it hasn’t lost its step at all!

The hotel is smaller than others near by but nice due to the location and on the beach access. The service by all staff was welcoming and attentive. The hotel is down the street from local shops.

From the reception desk staff (Branden & others) to the housekeeping staff (Miriam) to the restaurant & bar staff, all made our experience a wonderful one. We had a studio room overlooking the ocean.

We stayed at the Luna Palace for a couple of weeks in February. Our suite had ample room with a kitchenette and two bathrooms.

Park Royal is a very nice hotel with easy access to public transportation and short walking distance to about half a dozen unique restaurants.

Used this hotel through my timeshare program. Check in was quick and convenient. Staff throughout the hotel was friendly and competent, especially the two pool waiters.

Happy to have found this gem.

We love the Villa Serena, this is our second year here. The staff is very friendly and keeps it spotless. We like the authentic decor and charm of the apartments.

My husband and I have stayed at Villa Serena Historico since Jan 1/25 and are here for 3 months. The suites are lovely and every one is different. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Omg! Where do I start but what an amazing experience here. From start to finish the entire staff was nothing less than perfect!

Good: The location is close to a few restaurants and shops. Easy to get to and on the beach. The room was nice with an excellent view of the beach and pool (oceanview room).

Room 514, first day toilet issues, plumber came did his job dryed the floor with the mop but didn't sanitized, asked for his keeping but she didn't sanitize either.
