The cleanliness is lousy! It was a bad experience to deal with it, I definitely won't be back, the only good and nice thing is the facilities and their valet staff.

It's a very good hotel! And it has one of the best views! Very friendly receptionists! And the rooms are perhaps not the finest but they are comfortable and clean! Besides it is fine in the golden zone and it is a very central place and in the pools you can have a lot of fun!

Very good attention and very clean heartbeat. Excellent food. Nothing but the prices of very expensive drinks.

It is an excellent hotel. Then we go to the port of Mazatlan and it is the first time we stay there, we were delighted with both the place and the attention of the employees, especially Ms. Estefanía of reception, an excellent treatment and attention to the client.
Rooms with excellent sea view, very comfortable, very clean and with an air that freezes super well. The heated and varied pools. It has everything you need like shampo, conditioner, soap and hygiene kit for COVID. Protocols are respected.
We would definitely go back. I highly recommend it 🥰

Nono, quite a mess, at first if we were treated well, but then we were treated HORRIBLE, the food tasted bad, the drinks were very expensive and very bad expectations of this hotel so that it will have that size.

Excellent location, the treatment since we arrived at the reception was quick and very good. The request for room service was good, the staff in general and not to say in the restaurant I loved and look forward to coming back. And graaacias to Mrs. Hot cakes in the morning kind to all a ten Emporium.

Very bad service we were stolen the key of the car we had to pay locksmith, we asked to show us cameras because I left the key in the drinks bar and we were told that a camera was not serving and on the other side the camera showed nothing, no one could attend to the security l saviour did not give solution of anything we were arriving at the hotel we had not even lowered the suitcases when they opened the trunk and we took out clothes we stayed the night and we sent to make the key with a locksmith that they themselves had contacted us, and the next day in the morning they gave us the key that they had found in a trash can in the bathroom, that is they made shift change in the afternoon and did not notice? very bad experience the truth. Take care of your belongings you have more theft comments.

We went to the restaurant and had the buffet for breakfast it was an excellent choice they have a lot different varieties and the service was great. We went to the front desk and asked about a day pass to use the facilities for the day I got to the front desk I don’t speak Spanish so I asked for someone in that speaks English and the lady at the front desk did not speak English and could not explain it to me in English I think that’s poor planning for the resort to put somebody at the front desk that does not speak English and Spanish. This hotel is in the tourist zone and I feel like they should speak English at the front desk. But it’s a beautiful hotel and it has a heated pool and it’s a wonderful place to go I highly recommend it.

I would give O stars! Horrible nasty dirty old hotel! DO NOT stay here. Hotel has old furniture, broken beds, headboards. Nasty pee smell. There are tons of tiny ants everywhere. Maids never clean your room properly. They take forever! It needs to be painted and the pool area does not have enough lighting so Its super dark. It is expensive for the condition of the rooms and the hotel in general. 4th floor looks like its going to collapse due to cracked and uneven. Worst experience. Do not waste your money at EMPORIO HOTEL! Please go somewhere else.

Not happy how the room. The picture was shown of our room was not the correct picture. Not to mention we had ants in the bathroom. I feel it was to pricey for the room.

This hotel lives up to past glories the rooms are quite old and broken they lack tidiness. Buffet Breakfast was not That good and after three days they never came to fix the telephone so that we could communicate to the desk Beautiful sunsets but the sea is Wild here not for family Hangouts. In all, the scenery is good but it could be much better kept. For the quality and service, the money I guess it's a little high.

The hotel facilities are ok and comfortable. The customer service of part of waiters is very good. A little to improve in care of the receptionists and billing never comes. On three previous trips I always have to call days later to be sent to me and that seems to bother them a lot.

Poor attention, in high season they start fixing the pool and putting workers making noise with machines from 9 am. We definitely don't come back.

Very nice hotel. We didn't stay in the hotel but just had lunch. The restaurant is very nice overlooking the ocean. The Caeser Salad was excellent but fajitas were cool and after asking for condements 3 times they never arrived. The manger arrived and apologized and offered a free desert which was appreciated but by that point we were just ready to leave. I know others who have gone here and had good experiences so let's hope this is a one time disappointment.

The instalations in general are totally new! The ubication its perfect and the clear service!

Some employees have bad attitude, there was no light one morning full, one night there was no hot water and the next day there was no cold water, according to maintenance, but did not take the trouble to warn, the maids check your things, the last day was to be Listening to the noise of repairs in the pool area all morning, in short, I would not stay there.

I attended this week to an event in one of the hotel rooms, at the entrance they were doing some renovations but without disturbing the hotel guests. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the facilities were very clean and the equipment they used for the conference was consistent and worked perfectly. Very good experience.

The breakfast buffet of this hotel's restaurant is excellent, although it is not very varied in strong dishes for breakfast, is very well complemented by the quesadillas made on demand, as well as the hot cakes, the fruit is fresh and with many Accompaniments. It is a place worth visiting.

Nice hotel, during my visit they were renovating it, it is close to the Malecon so you can go to walk easily without using a car, only the parking is a bit annoying, it is very small but they have valet parking that will leave it to another Parking in front of the hotel. The rooms are very nice, the pool too.

Good attention from the arrival to the room service, excellent buffet food very rich all the food, the pools clean and nice for all the family children and adults with exit to the beach attached to the hotel in general good facilities I hope to return Soon Mazatlan Beautiful.

Small rooms but with the indispensable. The view is amazing and the buffet of the restaurant is highly recommended. The pool is warm and the beds are very well located.

I loved the pool with warm water and the accessibility that has the hotel to move and is next to the beach, the rooms have everything you need for a good stay, such as (soap, cream, shampoo, coffee water) but to my liking I see a little outdated and tie Nen Little Light.

Very good hotel, cares for customer service. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The first day I got a huge cricket and moved to the top floor. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Lousy customer service. A couple of different times I touched a room with bathroom and dirty bedding. Poorly maintained facilities.

The good thing: the hotel has excellent location, is by the sea with a pool area for all kinds of people, very spacious rooms comfortable area of lounge chairs attached to a restaurant where you can eat watching the islands.
The bad: The price is for people of economic status medium high.

Very nice place. With view and access to the beach. The only thing is that they sent us to silence because we were singing very cheerful. It doesn't matter because we had so much fun.

The hotel is really nice with direct accesos ti the beach. Been there for 4 days the room is confortable but the service usted to clean my room really late. The ubication is just perfect with so many stores and restaurants really close.

This nice Hotel, as for the services is regular and the elevator sometimes does not work, the cards to enter the room are disconfigured very quickly. On the other hand the view to the sea, the pool and the outdoor locations are very good.

Amazing the Hotel, a magnificent view to the island of the deer and the island of the goats, is also appreciated in all its splendor to the Fiesta Land, my stay in that paradisiacal place.

The hotel is definitely not 5 star but the value for the price of the rooms is well worth it. Great pools, beach access, excellent restaurant onsite, English is spoken, and the staff is very attentive. Our room was clean and comfortable and the free Wi-Fi worked well. Be careful if you have little ones… my son slipped and fell in the kids pool and ended up needing 3 stitches. However, the lifeguard on duty provided excellent first aid and the security manager on duty that day provided us with transportation to and from the hospital. Overall we were very happy with our stay. (One more side note: it was more expensive to book a room at the front desk than to reserve online through hotel tonight… and they wouldn't honor the online price. I had to actually go online from my phone while at the front desk, make the reservation, then wait about 20 minutes for the hotel to receive it. Kinda silly in my opinion). We paid US $71 which included taxes and fees for one night for a family of 5.

We got there got my room keys then we went out to eat when we went back to our room they have giving our room to another family with our luggage inside then we wait a hour in till they put the family out of the room.

Lack of attention to the guest, very small rooms, lack of care of facilities, no lifeguards or security supervision in the hotel, poor quality of gastronomic service.

Clean rooms good staff and every room has a good view.

Hotel is in a great spot, no to far away from restaurants, and if you select a room in the middle you get an amazing view.

My expericence at Emporio Mazatlan was horrible. When I arrived to check in the room was not ready, I had to wait an hour for my room. My dad has a bad knee uses a cane to get around I asked for accomidations and according to staff that was not possible. I have family in Mazatlan that wanted to come visit and Emporio was charging me extra. Visitors were not going to use any of the facility or stay with me, no need to charge for a hello from family. I ended canceling my stay because I had never had these issues at other hotels in Mazatlan which I visit every year. Perdo the manager told me I had to pay for the nights I was canceling and acted like a big jerk. The hotel charged me for the nights. At the moment I am trying to get my money back that this hotel took and made double the money. I would never consider staying in this hotel ever again.

Great room with ocean facing balcony. Comfortable king size bed. Decent food at restaurant. Good, quick room service. Spent the day relaxing on the beach in one of the available cabanas.

Little toilet, I had to change my room twice by the presence of cockroaches, the air conditioners not working well, I do not recommend it.

My wife and I have spent our vacation at this hotel, and the truth have had. Good experience.
