Terrible service by the workers as well as receptionists, waiters and cooks, the entrance is at 2:00 pm and they deliver the rooms up to two hours later and in a bad way.
The elevators take too long to get there plus it is obvious the lack of service of them my sister was stuck in an elevator and neither an apology nor anything among many other things instead of being a free space to rest ruined a nice family vacation also we were not the only ones annoyed by the same inconveniences. I really hope they really do something to improve the service because the manager is arrogant without the slightest education for customer service.

Completely recommended, very nice and clean facilities and super friendly and honest staff mainly! I dropped some belongings one of the days I was on the beach of the hotel and the young Junior Prado took on the task of contacting me even when I had already left the hotel to return them to me! Thank you very much and continue to serve with the same quality 👌🏼👏🏼

Terrible service. The bathroom pipe rings all the time. The facilities smelly and lousy reception service, I do not recommend it at all look for other options, disappointing ☹️

I just liked the page to let them know that this hotel is definitely not a good option, the service is lousy, the rooms are very deteriorated, the air does not fuinciona as it should be, the light of the room is also not in good condition and not only that, they are repairing the street that runs in front of the hotel, which they did not have the precaution of warning and giving options, so they send you to a parking lot enabled on the avenue, which involves going back and forth with suitcases from the hotel to that place, terrible experience and it is the second day.

Very bad service do the cleaning at the time they want it is 4:00 pm and they still do not come since they have not done the cleaning there are no towels or paper then we mark the reception to ask for clean towels and they only say they will send towels but do not send anything, we mark 3 times and last time they commented that there are no towels and we can not ask for towels that give for pool because they only change them once a day.

I treat their clients, uneded education employees and the worst experience they can experience. Never go to this place.

The place is very nice, good service, clean facilities, the bad thing is that it is not an adult-only place, they do not let go with cooler with drinks in the pool. Also the beach is not totally private as many vendors and bands enter. They also don't have lifeguards.

The suites are very nice! All services. Excellent internet! To improve the elevators. You have to take extreme caution on this beach!

Great place. If you want to be close to the center, it is not the best option, however being near the disco valentinos, they are close to good places to drink and dance. What makes it more special is that it is the headquarters of the oyster beach bar, which you should not miss. Excellent beach location. Rooms are very nice and clean. I'd love your pillows.

The good: the place is very nice, has a beautiful view, on the shore of the beach, affordable prices, good services, very friendly staff.
The bad thing: the air conditioning (it didn't generalize; from the room that touched me) was a bit old and the 2nd started throwing water.
I highly recommend it and of course I would come back.

Most disgusting hotel ever! Dont let their posted photos fool you. The 1s I took are from the 7th floor room 706. We also had 710 for my teenagers. If I could give it negative stars I would. Within the first 10 minutes I noticed built up dust in every corner of the room, mold (shower floor, all in the soap dish area, and in the shower heads), blood on the shower curtain, chipped paint everywhere, dirty walls, 1 towel for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids), weird bug on the bed near the pillows, moths in the room, both showers in the room have about 5 inches of water just sitting in there, the rooms smell like mold when the ac is off, and there was a broken bedroom door knob (told the maid and she just giggled and smiled). I've seen cleaner port-a-pottys (seriously). Do yourself a favor and just sleep in your car or pick a random bench. I wouldn't even bring my dogs here. Took photos of it all. It amazes me that anyone would have anything good to say about this place. Makes me wonder how they live and what they're use to.

Tiny room, dirty floors, door to pool only locked from inside so pointless to use, toilet didnt work, terrible TV and internet reception. Too many other items to list.

The hotel is small, however it is very nice, unfortunately the rooms already require maintenance, the staff service very slow, both for check in as well for the exit, it had never taken so long for me to give me a room, the restaurant For breakfast pretty good, but for the super slow service to the letter, you forget that these. I think they have everything to make it an all inclusive and increase hotel appreciation and give better service. There's plenty to work on!

I was four days, a girl from Rececpión is nothing gentle, and just to get there you stay with a bad impression, the room that had to be delivered did not have a bath tub and ocean view, but it was not so (it sounds exaggerated, but it is something that you promise and do not meet). Excellent attention from the waiters. Quiet atmosphere to chat and relax. Four stars, as the menu is not very varied and the prices are a little high.

Excellent facilities, the kitchen is very rich, only had breakfast there, to 5 min of the disc valentinos and 2 min from the malecon, has the oister bar within its premises and a very nice beach.

I love this hotel has a very comfortable pool and regulated the weather, this oceanfront and has palapa s in the sand. Very comfortable rooms and has very good view most to the sea and another to the pool but you can see the sea with very good view. They say 2x1 beer but it is not jejeje. I recommend buying your own drinks outside. I've had a very comfortable place there.

The morning buffet is Terrific. It has a variety of food and beverages. They prepare eggs to taste and even dessert table they have. The only bad thing is the waiter service, because they are very lazy.

It's right in the center of the tourist spots so that's up to you if you like that or not. A lot of things to do at night right around the corner. There's a fun oyster bar with a lot of ambiance right next door for drunk tourist.

Nice hotel with a wonderful view of the sea and the island of La Piedra. Impeccable Service, swimming pool at disposal and the rooms are rather nice although a last effort of refreshing would not be luxury. To enjoy for its location and the scenery to admire.

A recommended place if the intention of the holiday is to enjoy outside the hotel knowing the attractions of Mazatlan, knowing that when returning from the walks you will find a comfortable, clean and cheap room for the services and location. Breakfast is good though not much food on the menu and drinks.

It has a great location. The rooms are fine in general though you do need a maintenance before things get more degraded, overall the aesthetic with the bathroom furniture, but I had no complaints about it. The best thing is to have a nightclub at the door of the hotel. It is a very crowded and well-atmosphere place. The pool is small and the beach is the most normal.

Nice room and resort. Came there on motorcycle from Calgary and even though I looked like hell covered in asphalt filth I was treated like a king. Got the room for $80 Can a night so stayed a couple of nights to give my rear end a rest. Parked my bike by lobby where they always had 2 security people 24hrs a day. Pool was great, I didn’t eat there but looked pretty good. Very good location! The beach was nice but didn’t swim there as they had current warnings. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

A quiet place, with all the services and close to good restaurants, it fails is the Internet I could never connect, could put more palapas as it is a very large hotel and many do not reach Palapa. If you are a guest you have the opportunity to enter the bar at the seaside.

It is a basic 4 star hotel. I went with my family for the New Year vacation and enjoyed the trip a lot, however I used the hotel mostly to sleep and only really used their facilities on one day. The food is good, the morning buffet isnt the biggest but the food was good. I like a lot of the view it has of the sea and the island in front. Also, what I loved about the hotel was the dinner of New Years Eve and the fireworks they had were amazing. I would recomend the hotel, specially if you are on a bit of a budget and cant afford a 5 star hotel.

La ubicación es excelente, en esta ocasión yo visité el Joe's Oyster bar, es uno de los clásicos de la vida nocturna en Mazatlán, los precios son accesibles, nunca está solo y a toda hora del día tienen un ambiente ideal de fiesta, lo único que llega a compmicarse un poco es el asunto de los baños, debido a tanta gente. Pero nada como para no ir, si buscas no gastar tanto en la noche de fiesta, este es tu lugar.

Good food, comfortable rooms and with very powerful air conditioning. The pool has a good size but it should be bigger to my liking. On the 3rd and 5th floor they have ice machines.

Everything was really nice, everyone on service was so kind to me and my family. Location is really convenient as it's in the 'Golden Zone', so almost any service needed (as pharmacies or convenience stores) is close. The downtown it's not as close, but pretty near anyway.

Had some beers and steak tacos at Joe's oyster bar. Very good service, tacos were super tasty and amazing guacamole. This place has a great location on the beach with a great view.

We stayed in one or their King Suites for 3 nights. It was a very nice room, though the bed wasn't king size as we may have expected by the name. It was nice that they had a kitchenette with a microwave, a blender, a toaster, and a hot pan. The pools are nice and we had a beautiful view of the beach and the ocean from our window. There are very big supermarkets within a 10 minute walk. The staff was all friendly. The Wi-Fi was quite fast (around 10mbps), but it seemed to cut out a bit randomly. Sometimes we had to disconnect and reconnect. Overall a really nice place.

The rooms have 2 beds, and are very comfortable, the beach is quite nice and the service is amazing, the rooms are quite spacious and have all the necessities you need when staying at a hotel at the beach.

The Oyster Bar at Ramada Resort is a wonderful bar; open to the beach. They have ample places to sit, lots of great waiters, and the service is fast and terrific. The only concern my group was was the music.

The buffet was excellent. Everything was delicious. Only drawback is that I went there on mother's day, and they didn't tell us the buffet was going to cost 220 pesos instead of the usual 160 because of it, which felt like a dirty strategy to be honest.

My brand new iPhone 6plus got stolen by one of the cleaning ladies my last day there I was really mad and sad I made a report to the hotel manager but nothing was found out nor they bother to question the lady that went inside my room properly the manager told me that she will investigate, even made me write a paper explaining what happened the day my phone was stolen, I tried emailing her a couple of times and still no response this is a sad experience NEVER going back to that hotel again! Not to mention the first day I was there the front people made us wait more than three hours for our rooms which we had already "reserved" a week or two ahead! Bad experience.

Went there last week, the Hotel is great, beautiful in a great zone, and the beach is incredible, my only complainment is about how they clean the rooms, we killed a cocroach and it lasted 3 days in the room! we never removed it to see how well they cleaned but they never took it away. We even called the front desk to complain and it was useless.

The A/C can need a little TLC, and having to pay for the use of the spa is beyond ridiculous. But apart from that everything is really good. It's clean, quiet, friendly and I just enjoy my stay. I'll be sure to go back soon.
