Excellent service all around, from beginning to end, everything was on point from front desk, house keeping to the restaurant.

Nice, modern hotel located in nice neighbor. Hotel rooms were nicely appointed and the hotel had a host of services one would expect for a buisness / personal visit.

Internet was OK. Understandable that when many people are using it becomes slow. Thats the only thing.

I can easily see why this is rated the best hotel in Leon.

This hotel has the best staff of any hotel I have ever stayed in, and it's not close. The beds were super comfortable, the food was quite good. I couldn't believe how good the smoothies were.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the breakfast was a high point. Swimming pool is perfect for laps (maybe too hot) and the gym is small but efficient.

Awesome experience with the security staff. Our car rental broke down inside the garage and they were able to help push up the car. They were very friendly. The bartender was very friendly as well.

It’s the best location to shop and be near the major attractions of the city. The zona zapatera is walking distance. As well as a great Argentine steakhouse that serves great cocktails.

I enjoyed my stay, I visited Leon to visit the Zoo, and it was near. Altough there{s not much food options around the restaurant helped.

My husband and I got married in León and organized together with NE hotel staff several rooms to accommodate 50 guests from abroad, as well as from different cities of Mexico.

Well done. Some lines in the parking lot could use erasing, and at least one arrow points in the wrong direction but really barely worth mentioning.

Rooms are as you may expect nothing loujurious my window faced a hallway close to the elevators, not a nice scenery. Restaurant is average they have a buffet but not much to choose from.

A wonderful stay at the property. We will definitely return. Clean and comfortable. Manuel is a great host.

Since we arrived at the front desk, at the restaurants, bar, the coffee shop, the room and attention from the staff was excellent.

I stayed for 21 days in the Junior Suite. Despite the description that the kitchenette was outfitted, in fact it wasn't.

Location. We went to Leon to shop the Piel and it was in the heart of the district.

I wanted to take time out and write you this e-mail of my recent stay at your hotel 8/6/2025 thru 8/10/ 2025 for 4 nights.

The rooms were spacious and equipped with everything I needed (fridge, hairdryer, ironing board, coffeemaker, water, Wi-Fi, …). It was also comparably quiet and one could sleep well at night.

The best service, price, quality, warmth, comfort, the best breakfast. 100% recommended.

Excellent service from all hotel staff, clean rooms and well distributed, the new smoking area is a good option, with private parking, the atmosphere is very familiar. I loved it.

I have stayed here twice and both times my room was clean, quiet and nicely appointed.

I had the impression that this hotel was a bit old and never gave it a chance during many years visitng Leon. Frankly speaking I was terribly mistaken… I wish I had discover it before!

Absolutely everything, the rooms are spacious, everything very hygienic, the breakfast very good, but above all the attention provided by its Manager Luis Araiza; excellent person.

Excellent service, especially the warmth, charisma and hospitality of Don Jose. They make this hotel as one feels at home. The food at the restaurant los Agaves super delicious.
