Great location from which to explore the city. Absolutely amazing rooftop view of the city and great food to match at restaurant Trazo. Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. Next door to famous Hanks, local bar and restuarant.

It's a beautiful hotel, the people there is too kind and they always try to help you, the building is very beautiful you will love it, the restaurante is on the top and it has a great view, the food is really good too.

Amazing boutique hotel. We stayed for our honeymoon and will definitely be back. Service is top notch and the rooms are beautiful. They are dark as some mentioned but that's the reality of staying in older historic buildings. It has a rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of the city and a good selection of drinks. Breakfast is included and is beyond what we expected, similar to a brunch bistro everyday. Highly recommend for the experience and it's amazing location.

Cant say enough great things about this hotel. Beautiful with perfect location at entrance to town square and heart of downtown district. Staff was polite and efficient and room and property were always spotless. Breakfast was amazing and the roof terrace has beautiful views. Will definitely return!

Most beautiful hotel I've stayed in Small, welcoming hosts, nice rooftop lounge and restaurant.

It is a beautiful place, in the historical center and they treat you as if you were the most important person in the world.

The hotel is good, it will receive you with a Gallerie Art entrance / feeling and then you will find a semi colonial building that will give you the sense of Mexican rich, cultural but yet traditional feeling… What is the best is It´s restaurant, simply astonishing, the cuisine is superb, (Ask for a Tonic there), and the view is majestic. I went there to have a late dinner, and it was simply fantastic)

The staff was very friendly upon arrival and went overboard at every request to make us feel welcome and to arrange taxis, dinner reservations and suggestions about what to see and do in the area. We enjoyed the very large room we had on the top floor. A big bonus is the location just around the corner from the main square and near numerous restaurants and sights. We rarely needed a taxi.

Location is excellent, with a rooftop panoramic view of the city and an amazing and delicious menu.

Be careful! Make a one-night reservation by entering the day 2 December with departure on December 3. And they charged me in duplicate. The bank has retained the money until the hotel does not release the duplicate payment. Or wait more than thirty days for the claim to proceed to the bank for unrecognised charge. It is a can and a total abuse by the hotel with the handling of the data of the card with which the payment is made.

I can't recommend this beautiful hotel enough!
It felt very personal and the interior design was stunning, in every area. They really have done a great job.
We were treated fantastically by all the staff. We had a problem in town one day with our credit card being stolen and the hotel owner came to see us personally to give us reassurances, which was a very nice thing for him to do.
Rooms were rustic and authentic but again, stunning. Especially the bathroom.

Gorgeous hotel with both modern and old world charm. Stop and relax on the swanky open terrace on the roof top to have a drink before dining at restaurant Trazo, just one floor down. Some of the best high-end food in SMA, with excellent wines and impeccable service. Restaurant has an upscale open patio feel, yet appropriate for dining year round. Fireplace adds to the inviting vibe and romance, whether or not you are with your pareja!

Love the hotel with art, has an excellent terrace with a view from the cathedral the only thing were the rooms are too small.

Great hotel right in the center of town. You enter through an art gallery. Very friendly service, especially useful if you drive in as it is difficult to park in area — particularly at night when streets closed for walking only. Rooftop bar offers great views of SMA. Hotel has a historic vibe with modern amenities.
