Nice place and very clean. It has a truck that takes you to the city center every hour but it was not available either day we tried to use it. The concierge we touched was not friendly and the cost is high. Because of the cost-benefit I would not recommend it.

It is very nice the hotel and has pool with spa and the rooms are very nice the bathroom is very nice decorated and has 2 beds and balcony overlooks the street or towards the garden where the pool co the spa is very father I recommend it and also have a van that takes you to the tourist center of San Miguel de Allende.

It only takes a small gym! Care great, and the detail of the free transportation to the city is a help for the lack of parking spaces in the center!

Excellent for a weekend.

The location of the hotel is good or bad, depending on the needs of everyone. If you are travelling by car, it is good, because it is right at the entrance to the village and has parking spaces and has a passenger transport van that makes trips every hour from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm to the center of town to take you back to the hotel. Instead if you don't have a car, you could find better lodging options in the village, just a few steps away from the centre of town which is where most of the tourist activity is concentrated. The hotel has spacious rooms, but in winter they are very cold and although they are heated it is not enough to create a pleasant climate inside the rooms. The common areas are nice, however there is not much atmosphere. The rooms meet but I touched small maintenance details like draining the clogged sprinkler and TV control useless. In spite of having an elevator it is more advisable to use the stairs, since they have a nice decoration and they are very light, ie it is not heavy the route. The truck driver who took us to the center of the village made us a short tour of some of the narrowest and steepest alleys in town, giving us a first sketch of what you can find in the village.

The Hotel is amazing! The staff are Super friendly and helpful. It has a shuttle service that goes out every hour to the historic center of San Miguel de Allende and in the same way at the hour and fourth, the same transport passes by you in the same place where de left you. It has an area that has pool and Jacuzzi, this amazing! The restaurant has super affordable prices but the service is very slow. The area in which it is located is quite well, on the entrance of San Miguel de Allende. And it is just 10 minutes from the center. The rooms are good size and the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms have enough space, I think to rest this excellent this place! The Hotel is very clean. The terraces in some rooms are very nice.

Very nice place. They have service every hour of going down to the center. Although a receptionist is half bad face but the rest well.

A spacious and clean hotel. It has a good bar, restaurant and Spa. The only thing against it is that it is a little removed from the center but they have an hourly approach bus.

Beautiful ambience in the colonial stalk. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is extensive and special requests are also fulfilled. All very clean and well maintained. Very suitable for couples. There is a shuttle service but the old town is within walking distance in 15-20 minutes.

The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly, in terms of restaurant service leaves much to be desired. During my hosting not had in existence even water mineral, had that go to buy it all to the axed that this close. The staff without any initiative give you what you wanted. Imagine going to a hotel you take and already not you can still enjoy because already there! What made me very distasteful is that waiters excused it saying that they had no product because the weekend had been very busy… It was Wednesday and they were not able or lapse of a store… Discredits too to the hotel this type of problem.

We were at this hotel last week, I put a star because bad attention and fortunately that was only one night, for not recommending it, breakfast poor and strip-mailbox managed that us appearing tea, toast and a serving of eggs with beans, one does not ask for a buffet (that there was no it), broad, but serve a decent breakfast on trip to a new city, we were going in the colonial carrousel route, but far from all hotels this the baddest in food service.

We didn't have a good experience in terms of administrative… We went to a wedding and they disregarded us rate agreed with the bride, we were told we had separate two rooms when single was separated, and that it was not possible to cancel it, because I had that be 72 hours before… Is out of San Miguel, and whenever low center are 50 pesos taxi…

Everything was good except the he internet was a bit slow start sometimes it was slow and it was unsteady but overall it was good.

THE hotel is great and rooms are decorated in a way old and crafted with products from the region, separate pool and elevator.
