The whole stay excellent… personnel… installation… price… and very good location… recommended to 100… see you soon!

The service starting from the parking lot, the attentions part of the staff and excellent facilities 100% recommended.

Beautiful view had a wonderful experience. Spent three weeks just got back maids all over.
I’ve been there 9 times it’s a wonderful experience very clean!

Stayed here while on a birding tour of Mexico.
Everyone was so friendly and the room was super clean as well as the hotel.

Anytime we travel to or through Mazatlan, this is always our first choice for a hotel.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff are all so kind, caring and accommodating. Cheery and happy and always presentable looking.
A Big shout out to Ceasar in the dining room.

We ended up in Matzalan for a variety of reasons, we usualy go to Cancun. We had no idea what we were getting into as I read previous reviews.

We visited this resort for a margaritas and dancing event and had a great time. The pool was nice and direct beach access to a beautiful beach.

Have been having a great week at Royal Villas, usually I go to an all inclusive resort out far from the cities but this has opened my eyes to what I've been missing.

Great quiet and private place, and a really nice view.

I just returned from Mazatlan I go twice that I stay in that hotel and the two times I have been there are many animals from the beds and in the furniture is very nice and comfortable the hotel but

Just stayed at the hotel in the restaurant and loved it. Excellent price, all delicious, a beautiful view and the best is the attention, I congratulate the waiters the truth does not receive you very

This hotel is wonderfully located — steps from local restaurants, shops, and bars, and right on the beach.

Wow! This place was so good it was above my expectations. I've been to Mazatlan multiple times and this place was my favorite so far!

We had an amazing stay at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay this year! This was our sixth trip to Pueblo Bonito, and once again it exceeded our expectations.

The resort is quite large, three pools, and nice beach front. Several restaurants to choose from however we ate all our meals at the ala carte restaurant and enjoyed the food and service.

Best place for disconnecting from the noisy world, just 1h away from Mazatlan. Starry nights are magical.

It is a very quaint place. Eco-friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and the ambiance is serene and peaceful.
Sunsets are spectacular.

The view of the city and the comfort of its rooms. Very clean by the way the restaurant is also excellent.

Terrible service, from your sales area to your services as a hotel.
I understand that policies have certain penalties, but keeping all the client's money is a TOTAL ABUSE.

It is a very clean hotel with breakfast included good service and reasonable price.

This resort offers many options for your individual tastes and energy levels. We stayed in a 1 bedroom unit and enjoyed the pools, pickleball and golf amenities.

My husband and I recently visited The El Cid El Moro resort in Mazatlan for the first time.

Amazing!
The cabanas are full of charm and so luxurious! The bed is super comfortable plus you can surround the bed with the gauze, open the doors and feel like you’re sleeping outside.

The Best Experience I ever had. Wonderful place, great people, simply Amazing! Totally recommend it to live this beauty with animals and relaxing yourself.

Everyone at Costa de Oro was very friendly and helpful. They helped us navigate anything we wanted to do. Sofia helped us book all of our activities, which included a ride to and from the hotel.

This hotel has a beautiful pool and is right by the beautiful ocean in the middle of the golden zone. It has yoga and water aerobics and activities by the pool.

We had a wonderful two week stay in this hotel. The room was great with comfortable beds, pillows and linens. Super clean. Two balconies, one with a view of the beach.

Great location. They gave the best experience possible despite the language barrier. Nice people. Rooms were decent. Clean. Nothing extraordinary but all the I needed and expected.

On april, I stayed at the Sands Arena Hotel for spring break, I was looking for a hotel near the beach to see the Ocean.

Good price-quality ratio. The best is the slide at the pool, the kids love it. The hotel is all, consider it has more than 50 years, but is a nice place, and staff are very kind!
