Very bad service. Restaurant food had no flavor and took them a long time to serve us. We paid and reserved ocean view room and got nothing. Reception dragged. Never coming here again. Never coming to Mazatlán period.

I stayed for 3 nights in which since we arrived the receptionist was planted in his role as arrogant without being able to resolve the issue of reservations, with the exception of the receptionists, the rest of the staff very friendly especially the lady is so cute for the tabaqueria always with a smile and very friendly, from there on out, the staff looks at you with face that they don't like your job and only to look good put your best smile tourism abroad logically. What's worse they made me pay for a savannah spotted apparently dye the hair, but the stain was as if it was flat I would have carryoff all or I just paint. Obviously were not to blame and they said, therefore, that it is she who has the red hair, that if they claimed that they put chemicals and the mother and a half to remove it, and that if not paid, literal does not let me go obvious I don't rebajaria to fight nor argue, nor much less to know if savanna was mia or not if for 400 pesos were screaming for them to take advantage of. Obvious I'll come back to Mazatlan but never ever to your hotel! I would not recommend it.

The attention and warmth of its staff, from the moment you arrive the quality of the service, generated in me great confidence, very pleasantly at all times the treatment made me feel at ease. Healthy, clean, comfortable atmosphere, in front of the boardwalk, clean pool, they serve you well but if you lack to be friendlier at reception. Recommended in price, location.

They dont want outside food or drinks reception service the worst they are rude they even charge you for the coffee you have in your room.

I like that low season for 150 pesos one can use the pool and those 150 return them to you in consumption.

The hotel has an excellent sea view, very close to the aquarium, my amazing room, clean and cozy, the staff welcomes you very friendly from arrival. Very well located to be able to move anywhere, the receptionists very friendly, the restaurant only visited it once and I liked the Tamal de Elote and the Machaca Sinaloense.
I like the people around you, if anyone reads this, this hotel is a good option to rest

To be my first time in Mazatlan I liked it, I would have liked to stay to enjoy the Carnival.

It has nice rooms, and the service is great, but the food is a little too expensive, and you can't introduce external food into the hotel.

A hotel with good views, facing the Pacific Ocean and the 3 famous islands of Mazatlan. From behind the forest of the city, which are remodeling and soon beautify the city even more and will delight tourists. The service is excellent, the staff is very friendly. TMB has meeting rooms for events.

The location of this hotel is great. Located right on the beautiful Malecon of Mazatlan and Ditectamente in front of the beach, it is possible to enjoy spectacular views from almost all the rooms of the hotel.
The restaurant-bar has live music at night and is located on the Malecon.

We paid for dinner and seats here for the fireworks display. We waited a long long time for our food and it was cold when we got it. We ordered dessert and it never came. We left without it. We were placed where the fireworks could not be seen from our table.

The food is excellent, very good taste and presentation, the deal was also first, the staff is very friendly and attentive to resolve the doubts, underground parking and another small at the entrance, all very well, recommended.

We were here for the lights festival. So very disorganized. The food was absolutely cold when we got it. We waited over an hour for dessert and finally left without it!

It's a 3 star hotel not 4. Comfortable rooms overlooking the beach, very nice.
We were there for Easter. A lot of noise at night. The cars go to the edge of the beach and they put music at very high volume. It was hard to reconcile the dream.
The mattress had a plastic sheath which was very uncomfortable to sleep in.
The air conditioner made a lot of noise.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The restaurant had varied buffet breakfast and good but the cleaning of the mugs left a lot to be desired… dirty… with leftover food stuck.
I would definitely not go back to this hotel.

My son and I just got back from our one week stay. My parents took my sisters and me there a couple times when we were younger. I remember always loving it and how friendly the staff always was… yup, still the case! The food in the restaurant is fantastic and very reasonably priced. My son really enjoyed the pool area when we weren’t by the ocean. It was clean and the water was warm. The room was really good. I read one comment about hearing doors closing throughout the nigh…t, it is sometimes the case, but with the ac running it helped not noticing it while sleeping. I found the whole hotel to be kept very clean, especially considering it’s quite dry and dusty outside and the beach is right there.
Our plane got delayed for a day, found out while we were checking out and the lady at the front desk immediately booked us another room and was very helpful with rearranging our scheduled shuttle to the airport. Her and one of the waiters in the restaurant really stood out all week, I won’t put names on a public post (they know who they are). We will be going back, hopefully doesn’t take 14 years again. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to be away from the busyness of the golden zone.

I like the people around, if someone reads this, this hotel is a good option to rest to be my first time in Mazatlan I liked, I wish I could stay to enjoy the carnival.

I stayed there in a master bedroom and there was cockroaches everywhere it seemed like they had a infestation. I told the clerk on duty about the problem and was told they would fumigate but wasn’t even moved by how they replied to me. Like if they didn’t care. I wasn’t even moved room. I would not stay here again the staff wasn’t very attentive either, honestly a rat whole of a place.

The rooms and staff are nice. It does not have the best location but the beach is right across the street (though there is a construction crew working on that place right now). The room was not ready on time and they did not like we tried to rush them: "well if you want it faster I could give you another one now but that one will not have the same ocean view" 2 different people told me this, as if they had that speech rehearsed. They do not allow bringing food inside the hotel but snacks and water are ok (this was not a big deal for me). The hotel has a restaurant outside and all the menu is available in room service.

It is a comfortable hotel for the location, however I do not recommend it as you cannot enter drinks of any kind and they sell you to the bottled water you consume in your room, it has too many restrictions and it is not luxurious as for it.

Stayed here for 4 nights and had a nice time. It is located right on the malecon steps away from the beach. The restaurant is truly delicious for breakfast lunch and dinner and has a happy hour from 1 to closing at 11 p. M. It is located right by the swimming pool which is spacious enough for kids and parents wanting to dip their toes in, it even has a slide. This is a high value, clean hotel to stay at in Mazatlan.

It is good to stay, the restaurant has good food very rich and at a good price. Clean rooms. The ride they recommend is very ugly and the spa is very basic, I did not like the spa nor the walk.

Nice stay, the hotel is already half old but very clean… The restaurant is nice and the food rich, just something expensive to eat there daily because they do not let introduce food. The only detail was that a girl vomited in the pool area and took too long to clean even though it was reported several times (very unpleasant). I also asked for change of sheets and the poor lady juggled to get clean sheets because "there was" (amazing no? ) … He put us doubles in the king bed, and chattered with another sheet, well! … It has its details but is another option to stay.

Mandatory wrist bands (seriously, wtf? It's not like this is a five-star resort here…), Only one key per room. No complimentary amenities. Prohibit taking food or drink to rooms, to encourage you to pay their rather inflated prices for room service. Also, inadequate lighting in the room. Staff was decent and cordial. Beds are VERY firm. A very "no frills" sort of place, that tries too hard to act like a nicer place… It would be a decent hotel if the policies weren't quite so unfriendly to their own customers. One plus: great location, and half the rooms have a pretty nice view. However, If this is what four stars looks like, I'd hate to see three.

Pauley attention telefonica in the area of reservations, I hung 3 times and in the fourth where already I were giving the service… I returned to hang! Very bad attitude on the part of their receptionists phone.

It is the best hotels has to offer to Mazatlan with prices for Mexican tourists and international tourists. Always have treated me kindly. I've hosted relatives and recommend it widely. The breakfast buffet is very good and the events that I've been in your living room are well organized and have a good waiter service.

I went with my family and I spent it very well, I liked that it had a wading pool for children. The food was very rich, we ask for a grilled seafood and we really liked. I'd like to return to Mazatlan vacation.

This approximately halfway through the levee, clean, with excellent view to the sea, what I didn't like was the gym and the buffet restaurant.

My room was big and clean. The elevator is tiny and hot inside. The staff was great. The food in the restaurant was good also. It's not fancy or new but it was good.

Good facilities, seems a deal sooo friendly, but I step this, book 12 QUADRUPLE rooms which as it is assumed should have 2 beds, as it turns out, 3 of them have KING SIZE bed, and tell me that the contract does not specify if they are two-beds, and therefore that is what they have, so if anyone who reads me want to stay in this hotel, I suggest that you clarify sooo well to their questions and that are written, or, to avoid the courage since there is no reemolso SERVICE that contrararon, I suggest you find another hotel that they follow through on what is promised, Greetings… and really take the recommendations of this review and avoid the COURAGE.

The rooms are very austere, the screen is not served well, the air conditioning did not meet its function, the internet was very intermittent and not had good speed in addition to logs out constantly and had to re-enter the key on the ipad, in the restaurant they take too long to bring the food to the table.

I happened to be staying at the hotel and I forgot a few belongings and the hotel made them I reach my house without any additional charge, excellent hotel widely recommend it.
