The only thing that was good was the air conditioning. Dirty and stained sheets, they do not have parking much less security guard to take care of the cars in the field valued where guests have to leave their cars. The key to the room didn't even work. And what bothers me the most is that guests are not your priority. Let you have the music with high volume in the common area, which is the terrace. I talk about that being asleep they woke me up and had the music a little more than 1 hour and not even who told them anything. My husband would call reception to tell them to please tell the noisy guests to shut up and even the phone didn't ask to answer. In my case I pessimus everything. Horrible.

Horrible, I am not looking for service from a RESORT, but the fatal security does not exist. They left us vulnerable and practically kicked us out.

Terrible service, horrible attention by the staff to others of theft of personal belongings by the staff.

A hotel that did not respect my reservation as it was, dirty rooms, no light in the room, door unsettled and wanted to leave my belongings, the bed wet because the minisplit threw water. Service and overbearing treatment and an unsysomized cost for the terrible and bad conditions of the hotel. Really if you can consider another option instead of this hotel.

Pesimo the service does not work the air conditioning is battled to activate the light not there hot water the bed is durisima and do not let sleep the truth my stay in that hotel was nothing pleasant as they say how cheap is expensive.

It may have a very good location but! Nothing else, they claim to have two parking lots and in one can only fit 3 cars and the other is on the street the pool equally very cold and on the street very apart from the hotel, the lousy staff treat you reluctantly, throughout my stay I have been asking for towels and never! They could give me, they have a very very bad fatal organization do not put you any badge of the hotel anyone can get in.

Good friendly service, excellent room, you can put your favorite drink.

Removing the staff they have are inept and inefficient lousy service and customer service is not what they show you.

Very good location, very affordable prices, don't place 5solo why the Wifi signal was so low q I was never able to maintain the connection, the windows q exterior facing by not having crystal keep at the hotel so hot q not want to get out of the room and the access card to the room I know off, quite often q there are q be illendo to welcome to q the trigger to be able to enter the room outside of that everything is nice.

I don't really recommend them before they pay to show them the rooms I'll last 2 hours without air that they still have to give maintenance and I still charge the doña 2500 for two hours.

Very bad, lousy service without air, among many things and worst of all I ROBARON, one of the maids entered the room and stole my hair straightener, the less is the iron the bad vibe is the action. Be very careful with your belongings if you stay at this hotel, we flatly had to leave the next day we arrived and look for another hotel because this is lousy and worse with your dishonest employees.

There is No word to describe the pesimo service, in truth, that for the same price there are hotels with much better pool and more friendly. Until the old charge is a porqueria like the hotel

Clean little hotel looks like it just remodeling but for lights and ac in the room you have to leave in your keycard in and if you want to go out when you come back the room is really hot. They clean the room really late, and they don't clean it well. The roof leaks and sometimes the room key doesn't work (you're on the 5th floor with no elevator) you have to go all the way back down stairs get them to re-activate the key then back up, sometimes the key doesnt work even after you go down stairs to fix the card. So then you need to go all the way back down again! The only good thing is that it has a nice beach view. No swimming pool, the beds are really small. The biggest room is for 5 people and you only fit about 4 people not 5.

Nice little hotel. Has the basics; nothing too fancy. Great view of the beach, and the sunsets are beautiful, too.
