Very clean and very nice beach view.

This beaches aren't the best, but they do give that peace and tranquility you look for. This area is definitely one of my favorite spots here in Mazatlan.

Although the beach is much more child friendly, it is not kept up very well. It is filled with trash, cups, and street vendors trying to sell stuff to the people trying to enjoy the beach. The hotel itself is decent, I did not get the chance to see the rooms because we stayed at the Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay location for our trip. The lobby is small and there is no front gate security. The pool is very small and not very well kept up by telhe staff. Floating cups, food and trash all around. If planning a trip the Mazatlan I would recommend booking a room at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay over this location. If it is more expensive, it is worth every penny!

Excellent all very nice, only they are remodeling one of the pools, which is in use is not very comfortable for young children… But from there on all very well, the food very rich… Congratulations on your good workers.

The property is lovely and the food is pretty good but their wait staff is not the best. I’m not sure if the servers at the restaurant were new or just understaffed but they were forgetful, inattentive and generally uninterested. The only bad experiences we had over our long weekend were when dealing with the waiters at the restaurant.

Beautiful place, highly recommended, with a very beautiful beach and instalacioned very well maintained. It only has one small detail. Their restaurants are few for the size of the hotel. So you often have to wait in the ranks. But otherwise the place is very worth it.

Very good hotel. Especially for families and groups. Good rooms, located in one of the best areas of Mazatlan, Sinaloa. With good restaurants and selection of drinks. A good investment for a relaxing holiday.

Great place to get away. Can be secluded or can go to pools & meet people. Or take shuttle into Mazatlan… Greeeeeat employees at location. Site will need renovation in a few years but they are on top of most big issues when I was there for 2 weeks. Couldnt complain about nit picking things because the employees made up for them in their dedication to the customer. Coming back every year if I can.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was very nice and the room was very clean. The concierge also the super nice valet in the restaurant Miguel a waiter who knows how to pamper his customers so we must have a Miguel for those who have Business.

I will definitely come back to the most gorgeous hotel in Matzalan. I had a wonderful time. Beautifully laid out resort. The staff are there to make your vacation one to remember.

First, Mexico is about the best place for a weekend getaway. Second, regardless of where you go in Mexico, you should always try to choose a 4 — or 5-star hotel near the beach. The Pueblo Bonito Mazatlán Beach Resort is one of the nicest resorts I have ever stayed in. Wonderful views, fantastic food, and the vest best service.

The location is very good and the beach is very nice. At the moment it is in remodeling. There are restaurants nearby.

En Mazatlán existen dos hoteles de este misma cadena. Pueblo Bonito y Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay. Para conocida es muchísimo mejor el nuevo dado que está recién construido además de que es toda una obra arquitectónica que te dejará impresionado con lo bonito que es. Pero el servicio y la comida ahí es lamentable nunca te atiende y todo tiene carro extra. Mínimo el Pueblo Bonito te dan una muy buena atención además de que la comida tiene mejor sazón ahí. (El menú es el mismo) Simplemente creo que deberían de mejorar este aspecto. Cobran una cantidad enorme de dinero y te incluyen las bebidas más corrientes y el sazón de la comida no está bueno.

I really liked the place. Very nice and very comfortable. In a very good location very close to the beach. Very attentive to the staff.

These guys are awesome here! And the views are beautiful! Recommended for a romantic getaway or vacation.

This is the sister hotel to the Pueblo Bonita Bay. There is a shuttle that runs between them. It is smaller than the bay but has a much nicer beach. It's a $20.00 dollar cab ride to the center of town. A little more suited for the older crowd.

Good place to spend with family with a beautiful beach to learn surfing good restaurants of different types of food and nice pools to llebar your family or your partner.

Beautiful grounds and very nice rooms. Pools are great but despite the no reserving of lounge. Chairs at the pool, they don't enforce the policy so be prepared. To "fight" for one.

Great hotel. Mediocre food. We got a good deal, so we we're happy. Went out to eat elsewhere every night but one. Mr, Lionsos restaurant is awesome too!

Excellent hotel. Special for adults, it's familiar but they don't have kids activities. Has great service, beautiful view and in all inclusive the food is a la carte and is so delicious.

Very nice, the beach… Is quiet, the surf… there is a lot of people and very nice sunsets.

Beautiful location. Outdated rooms, but being renovated. Bar doesn't open till 11AM and Lunch doesn't start till 12PM. Wasn't okay at first, but got use to it afte a few days. Staff is friendly, and everyone greets you with a smile. Timeshare is pushy. I just want to enjoy my vacation. I hated the wrist band thing for all inclusive. I feel there's a better way around this. The day you checkout they take your wristband so you can't eat or drink anymore. However, our flight didn't leave till 8 so we were on site till 5PM and had to pay for everything. To me, this should still be considered a full day of all inclusive. We paid for it! Would love to come back once the renovation is completed.

Great beach resort. Not Sandals upscale quality, but 1/2 the price or less. Recommended for those seeking a relaxing beach vacation. GREAT staff!

AWSOME! Service and property 2nd to none as far as I'm concerned! Claudia in reservations was incredible. Her assistance from start to finish was. Well beyond belief especially when it comes to customer service now a days. This is the only time share I have purchased that I have absolutely no regrets. I highly recommend this company and its offerings to anyone seriously considering purchasing a time share!

The room we stayed in smelled horrible. Also, the AC was leaking water all over the place in the bathroom. They refused to switch us rooms. The food wasn't good at all and the customer service was a nightmare. Pueblo bonito emerald bay is way better than this place.

There is a lot wrong with this place. The only positives I have are the location and some of the staff. With that being said, my husband and I are currently here on our honeymoon. Right from the start they tried to deny us of our honeymoon package. They then stated we didn't have a room ready and would have to be in one room and then switch. We also paid for the all inclusive, which again they denied. So hold onto all your records. Then we were sent to another table to be asked about touring the Emerald Bay resort, later to find out it was all to talk about a timeshare. We ended up walking our own luggage to our room with little to no direction. Having the all inclusive is a joke. You have to sign for everything, food isn't all that great and the bars are open late and close early. The hot tub isn't hot. The entire building is ran down and will be undergoing construction starting next year for a year and a half. The rooms here only have 2 double beds so if you're looking for a king, look elsewhere. I hope this helps anyone in the future with their travels. Wish we would have read reviews on this place first before booking.

Best beach in Mazatlan. Great place to swim and boogie board. Vendors are polite, "Proximo" (aka Arturo) can get you what ever you want for activities. We stay at EB, but always spend a few days at this beach including a sunset dinner at Cilantros.

Have always felt this is the best place to stay on the beach in Mazatlán. The building is beautiful with its hacienda style, service is great and you can't beat the location! A big shout out to Carlos and team in activities and Fausta, in housekeeping.

It is a very nice hotel and nice. Their facilities are very good and has a unique style. The staff is very friendly.

This review is slightly skewed, as we do not stay there (we stay at the sister property), so cannot comment on rooms and whatnot — however we spend many days there on their excellent beach and enjoying their great restaurants. Cilantro's is a great lunch spot or place to have a cocktail and watch the sunset and Angelo's is oddly amazing Italian food in Mexico. :)

You want a vacation truly spectacular? Come to Mazatlan at pueblo bonito is amazing. With all the services with which the hotel and the treatment of the people who work here, you will not regret it. Also don't bother if you don't want to buy a time share that would be convenient for the prices that handle, you always have an option for every pocket. If you want to come with all-inclusive or not, is a great advantage. You'll want to return to Mazatlan.

We’ve stayed at a couple different resorts in Mazatlan in the past years but Pueblo Bonito has been my favorite so far. Food was delicious, great service and an awesome beach. Servers were friendly and attentive, they ended up feeling like our friends by the time we left, rooms were very clean and so were the restaurants and pool. I would definitely go back and recommend this place to friends. And the activities team was fun, we participated in almost everything!

There are no kids club, they stop serving drinks to the 1am, in the room neither a water pot, nor coffee for L, coffee maker. Very good food. Also good and varied drinks, not swimmable beach in the Emerald Bay. Nice but it doesn't get to be great sightseeing.

Pueblo Bonito Mazatlán Beach resort is a amazing place, has a wonderfull beach and the personal are very careful with hygiene. Pueblo Bonito es lacated in golden zone of Mazatlán and the atmosphere is unique.

It's kind of unfair to rate Pueblo Bonito at this point. It's clear the resort is getting ready to transition at the end of the year and they're not spending the money on it they once did. I can't blame them though. Fake flowers instead of real are indicative of cost cutting. It's still a charming resort after all these years and we will miss coming here.

I love your beach clean and quiet and safe… all staff attentive and polite… the restaurant with very good service and a chef that prepared very well what one ask for… facilities are good and if you want even better this hotel. Esmerald Bay very nice which is a continuation of the nice people more exclusive… Go ahead and come to know him… you will not regret it… Greetings.

Good place but have neglected facilities. The furniture in the room looks old and they are very battered. Good food and services. Very friendly staff.

Clean but very old, small beds (in the suits), comfortable room to play cards or similar during the stay.
Good view to the sea on the high floors.
Very regular customer service.
Pool Girl and a lot of people but with good beach. Very few lounge chairs on the beach.
There are better options.

It's a great option for a family vacation. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Every room has a sea view. The atmosphere is nice and the service of good quality. The food in the restaurant was very good. Highly recommended.

Horrible restaurants, dirty rooms, everything comes with additional fees (even if you get all inclusive). The servers are inattentive and the personnel is VERY stingy with the towels. Do not recommend booking this hotel at all.

Incredible property. Incredible buffet. Great beach. Wonderful people. Beautiful location and lots of activities. I first met my wife here at this 5 star resort in 1990. We have been back many times since then and the resort continues to get even better over time.

Beachfront hotel. Food is very good. Mostly the people who live in Mazatlan are lovely. Hard workers. They value their jobs. The rooms are authentic Mexican decor. The service is excellent. I love Mazatlan!

I bought in to Pueblo Bonito Hotel, about 11 years a go, & have been back many, many times, & also took several times friends with me. Every one enjoyed the hotel, the friendly people employed their, the location & the beautiful sunsets. Marian.

Landscaping is gorgeous, rooms look new and well kept. Enjoyed a couple's massage and spa circuit, clean facilities with robes provided. Company seems to be expanding. The timeshare presentation was great, they followed up on the free gifts offered. What is hard about a hard sell, however, as with all timeshares it seems, is that you don't have a night to sleep on it. It's a "buy now or pay double". Large purchases take time to consider. Still, it's a lovely facility and worth considering.

Well I was there already twice personally m like the hotel, but in those same m did much problem to give a room arguing q no place when the hotel was practically only, at first I could not book an all-inclusive and m is with the q the reception d m wanted to sell and very unkind the second was lo. Mismo, and q are in receiving people's attitude is very bad, uni becomes reservation and they don't want to sell one nothing say q place there is always q there are no bathrooms and no is xq assuming q is a hotel for everyone q will pay, but they always want to sell loq want not the q one seeks, and his attitude is very obvious say q there is no system and not be q more and that part no m gusta is very uncomfortable and d should consider it.

Has been the experience more unpleasant eh had in a hotel.
•To start their service is terrible.
•In the reception system is very bad and they are inexperienced.
•In the restaurant though have the all inclusive at the end of every meal you have to sign a ticket which is very upset, beverages and cocktails know terrible, besides that the food honestly this very bad, to such degree that I left there with a severe infection in the stomach.
•The facilities are somewhat old.
•The activities are exclusive to old bone nothing fun.
•When you invite you get to know your new hotel the Emerald bay, if not are interested in buying any service or package, warn you that it is a great loss of time, where you toparas with sellers who are your best friends, at the beginning but that become so insistent and irritable that they want you to buy them forces and when your say them that not are interested they get angry and you try to descortesmente.
•And what most upset me, is that employees show a grandicima preference for foreigners of USA & CANADA guests, I paresio a great discrimination.

Very friendly staff, good location and very good facilities.

The beach is beautiful, is the best of the hotel. The facilities are old and lack a profound renewal. Club or activities there kids for kids. The food is average and the worst thing is that you are treated very aggressively to sell a timeshare (not to go to the presentation if you do not want to lose half a day of your vacation! There are better options in Mazatlan.

Bad service took 5 hours waiting aque us delivered room.

After staying here on vacation every year for the past 25 years, I must finally report that this place is certainly going in the wrong direction. They have cut the wages and benefits of the employees, and many of them have left. With that exit, the personality of this Hotel has changed dramatically. 90% of the employees there are in constant churn, and there isn't any familiar faces from year to year. They also charge for Wi-Fi, even though many travel sites state that it is FREE. They charge $14 USD per day or $72 USD per week. Every other hotel, restaurant or coffee shop offers it for free. I"m certainly happy that my Time Share at this location finally expired, and I can now enjoy other resorts and hotels in the Mazatlan area.

Incredibly romantic hotel not just a great place for families but also a great place to fall in love or to rekindle your love. Exceptional service by the staff beautifully designed rooms. The food was good also the semi private beaches were incredible but most of all the swim up bar was very enjoyable and romantic way to have a cocktail with that special someone.

They are a few thieves, the hotel is old and neglected, to force they want to sell you the emerad bay membership, pretty bad food. AH! and very expensive.

Very beautiful resort and the staff are amazing. However, one big issue I had was internet connection. While they have enough Wi-Fi access points to cover the whole place, the speeds were terrible (or non-existant in some cases), making doing any sort of communication almost impossible. For a resort of this nature, I would think this is something they would have a handle on.

The grounds are exceptional (no one has pools like this), the rooms are beautiful and the staff treat you like royalty. Wasn't impressed by the restaurant food on either of our last two visits, but I hear they have revamped the main restaurant and improved it.
