We had a most delightful week at this delightful Resort. We felt that we had a week at a Botanical Garden.

Four years in a row we've spent a week at the Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay Resort and Spa and we'll be back next year.

We stay the week of New Years. At first we had a hard time getting into our room bc key card wouldn’t work at all, but they were very nice and got on it and gave me another room!

The Palms has a great location. We have stayed here several times and are always pleased. Views are great, pools are nice with swim up bar.

Had an awesome experience overall with beautiful views that really stood out and made the visit memorable. The scenery alone is worth it and adds a lot to the atmosphere.

Comfy beds. Quiet rooms. Really clean. Margaritas by the pool are some of the best in Mexico. Pool area is smallish but the infinity pool is gorgeous, clean, and well maintained.

Beautiful hotel! The rooms are spectacular and clean. Staff here are very friendly and helpful! Service is impeccable. The location is perfect! I will definitely be staying here again!

The hotel is smaller than others near by but nice due to the location and on the beach access. The service by all staff was welcoming and attentive. The hotel is down the street from local shops.

We arrived for a week stay all inclusive. Friendly organized front desk staff. Pool was crazy busy with families. The ocean is right there and beautiful but the waves can be deceptive.

Apologies for the delay in posting-we visited during Semana Santa and I'm only getting to this now.
P. B. Mazatlan is on the smaller side and I'd consider that a good thing.

Everything was wonderful about this hotel. Beds were very comfortable. Buffet was very good. Our poolside waiter Jose was 10/10. Very attentive, friendly and quick!

We visited this resort for a margaritas and dancing event and had a great time. The pool was nice and direct beach access to a beautiful beach.

Have been having a great week at Royal Villas, usually I go to an all inclusive resort out far from the cities but this has opened my eyes to what I've been missing.

Spent a week here with my family and the hotel is very nice. Rooms are spacious and clean, staff is kind and helpful, location is great.

Good: The location is close to a few restaurants and shops. Easy to get to and on the beach. The room was nice with an excellent view of the beach and pool (oceanview room).

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff are all so kind, caring and accommodating. Cheery and happy and always presentable looking.

We ended up in Matzalan for a variety of reasons, we usualy go to Cancun. We had no idea what we were getting into as I read previous reviews.

The resort is quite large, three pools, and nice beach front. Several restaurants to choose from however we ate all our meals at the ala carte restaurant and enjoyed the food and service.

Beautiful resort with gorgeous views, especially the sunsets. No island in the way of the sun setting on the water.

We loved staying at this cute boutique style hotel. The room was very spacious and had dishes, cutlery, coffee maker, microwave, fridge etc.

We stayed at the resort during the COVID-19 and they were very clean and met our expectations for sanitizing everything.

Amazing location on the bay with exceptional service that made my stay unforgettable!
