Fatal experience remodeling the pool and jacuzzi, dangerous for my kids and masons with their music working. Very unfortunate.

The best mazatlan hotel, excellent view, the food is basic but very hygienic and rich. The rooms are luxuriousoo, even if it is the smallest is perfect with two double beds, and full kitchen, refrigerator, up blender and stove. Best of all is the view with the pool on the edge and the attention of the staff is luxurious. They are very tactful to the customer and are very very friendly. Don't hesitate to visit this hotel.

Very nice pool with sea view, comfortable room, overall feels very private and nice. Points to consider is that the restaurant only has breakfast service, few rooms overlooking the sea.

The hotel is very nice, very friendly reception staff and the pool has a view to the sea very nice.

They occupy having a good cleaning in the floors of the rooms and a larger room the 6 people lacka bed and another bathroom.

It is not what you see in the photos, smell weird the rooms there is no hot water and the worst q already at 3:00pm there is no restaurant service or anything sell. My worst choice. The super-disappointed truth.

My stay was the worst.
There was no hot water, the sheets and quilts were stained with blood, the towels dirty;
The stove was undone and a burner was not working, the microwave dirty, the bathroom did not clean it well;
you don't change the sheets, they don't make you steel right. …
You complain and they practically send you to hell.
very bad attention.
I don't recommend them.

Me invitaron a conocer el hotel y a presentarme un programa que manejan ellos para asociarse al grupo pero me engañaron diciéndome que si iba me regalarían entradas al acuario y ellos mismos nos llevarían. Después de que nos hicieron perder como 3 hrs en lo que nos enseñaron el hotel y nos explicaron su plan para asociarnos si nos pagaron el uber al acuario pero cuál fue mi sorpresa que el papel que me dieron ellos ahí en torrenza que según valían por las entradas al acuario NO valían nada.

BE ALERT! misrepresentation and fraudulent activities at the hotel from Elite Travel Journeys and Torrenza Hotel supports their activities and takes Credit Card charges for them under "cleaning and maintanance" for the Hotel and will not refund these fraudulent charges.

I liked the facilities but it is a bit complicated to get up and down the stairs with the luggage; It does not have its own parking, the room very nice, only had no microwave oven, there were many ants in the bar and the furniture a bit sloppy; The hot water in the bath was leaving and in the afternoon there was no hot water; Pool towels were not available; The pool water was heladisima; It's unpleasant to be offered a free breakfast to offer you information and ask you for a bank card.

These people have an office next to the hotel entrance. They will rip you off w a presentation for Black Diamond. Do not trust anyone there. They give the industry a bad name and the hotels.

We have been going here for 15 years and enjoy it because it is very quiet and like your private place. We are in our late 70's and don't like all the hub but of big resorts. Over the years there has been different management and the last several years the current ones have improved things and paid attention to maintenance. On the weekends it is rented out like a hotel and then many locals come but during the week it is very quiet except for Holidays such as Easter. I make friends with the staff and they are wonderful and do their best to give you a true vacation.

SCAM! STAY AWAY! We were invited to a timeshare presentation and told we would be given $500 usd dollars up front before our tour and breakfast. Arrived and were told we would receive our money after the tour! Was very skeptical and asked if we could receive our money before as promised they danced around trying to tell us we would get out money later after about 15 minutes of them trying to wiggle out of the deal they offered us 5000 pesos and asked us to sign a receipt We refused to sign something we didn't understand and they said never mind and escorted us out They promised to bring us to and from our current hotel and left us standing in the street with no money! I am an honest person and I expect honesty from a company that wants to business with me! They tried to pull a bait and switch on us but we were told by the Mayan resort that they would do this And guess what they did! If you don't buy they will give you nothing he even told us if we buy he will give us what was promised but if we didn't we would not qualify for the gift! SCAM! Stay away from this HOTEL!

If I could I give them a — 100, the food is very bad, I got bitter by insects during breakfast, the room looking nice but dirty, if you complain you are lucky if the don't bit you off. I attended a presentation and because I didn't want to buy they told me to find another hotel and didn't want to reimburse my money that I pay for 1 week. Nightmare!

Good hotel. Modern and cute gardens. For my taste they lack maintenance in the bathrooms and a swimming pool. Do not clean pools in the evenings. The mattresses uncomfortable and defeated. No restaurant.

We love the location that is off the main tourist attractions. That was great for a second honeymoon. We have no children but it a great option for them with several swimming pools. The staff was always friendly. Definitely worth it to stay there.

To start, we arrived on a Tuesday and we report the absence of light in the terrace. Today, Saturday, we left the hotel and the foci of the terrace, the same. The shower with cold water. I have pictures but not sure how to post them.

My visit of two weeks Jan 9 2016 to Jan 23 2016 If you like cold showers then this is the place for you. If you like less than clean cleaning then this is the place for you. If you like to have cold hot tubs then this is the place for you. If you like being treated poorly then this is the place for you. in the end this place is good from far but far from good If you can find another place to stay is my best advise.

We were there for 2 weeks in a studio. The ocean, pool, hot tub right in front of us. They got us an beachfront unit, which had basic kitchen, 2 beds/1bath. Large unit for studio. Hospitality, service, ammenities, all excellent. From greeting to end of stay. Would go back there in a heartbeat. Great location, bus stop right in front so you don't need a car. Many good, affordable restaurants, like Fat Fish, Panchos. Mazatlan is great.
