Excellent service from Ms. Karen Frayde, very attentive and friendly.
But the staff at Restaurant and Bar lousy servicio! No respect and politeness.
In terms of cleaning, it would be good to do daily.

The rooms are small but comfortable, the sea a step away from the pool ❤️ and the attention good, only the buffet has very few options to choose from 🥺

Since we arrived, the attention was excellent, we bought the pass per day, we enjoyed the pool and the beach. Very good food and drinks and excellent service. 100% recommended.

This weekend we took a group of approximately 90 people and we had an excellent reception as well as during the stay I had excellent communication with Ms. Anabel sales manager who was on the lookout for us from the moment we first communicated.

The overall staff at tooodooo the hotel is excellent in service and attention.
New installations, congratulations to the architect who in so little land knew how to distribute the spaces very well.

Excellent service from all the staff especially the guys at Reception, super attentive supported me in all my needs. The restaurant is quite varied and very rich, the best thing is that it is accessible. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous. The food from the restaurant was really good and the staff were phenomenal. The only drawback to this hotel is that if you aren't willing to pay a high price for your room then you will get a room over the garage with no view. You will hear traffic all night. You must also take transportation a long ways to see any of the sights of Mazatlan.
