We had a most delightful week at this delightful Resort. We felt that we had a week at a Botanical Garden.

Four years in a row we've spent a week at the Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay Resort and Spa and we'll be back next year.

Very nice hotel, very convenient location, staff is helpful and courteous. It's been a pleasure staying here. Never at at the restaurant but heard good things about it. Yes I would come back.

We stayed at the El Cid in mid-December, and though it was peak tourist season, the resort was not packed.

Staff very nice. All the restaurants but 1 were under construction. Staff was always very helpful. It would have been better if we had at least 1 other restaurant to go to.

Mazatlán:
The Inn at Mazatlán is hands down the best place to stay in Mazatlán! The location is perfect — right on the beach, with stunning ocean views and easy access to everything.

The hotel is right in the middle of the Golden Zone restaurant and entertainment district. Everything in easy walking distance and the Soriana Supermarket is about 12 minutes walk away.

We were on a tour and they stopped here so we could hang out on the beach.
The server was great. They set up lounge chars on the beach and brought us food and drinks.
The food was decent.

We stay the week of New Years. At first we had a hard time getting into our room bc key card wouldn’t work at all, but they were very nice and got on it and gave me another room!

The Palms has a great location. We have stayed here several times and are always pleased. Views are great, pools are nice with swim up bar.

This is in an easy (if a little touristy) area of Mazatlán. Easy beach access and plenty of good restaurants and shops within walking distance. The pool and pool bar are fantastic!

We have been here twice for ten days vacations and its been wonderful. We found the location is great for being close to great food and music.

Beautiful hotel! The rooms are spectacular and clean. Staff here are very friendly and helpful! Service is impeccable. The location is perfect! I will definitely be staying here again!

The hotel is smaller than others near by but nice due to the location and on the beach access. The service by all staff was welcoming and attentive. The hotel is down the street from local shops.

We have a whole week left to enjoy a wonderful spectacle like the solar eclipse, the hotel was definitely a good host since upon receiving us they gave glasses to see the eclipse and I loved it, the

We had Thursday night is prime rib night. Great time and the delicious tender prime rib was so good! Happy hour drinks and a glass of wine with dinner.

We've been going here over 20 years! It's a great place to relax by the enormous pool while getting served poolside from their wonderful restaurant!

Park Royal is a very nice hotel with easy access to public transportation and short walking distance to about half a dozen unique restaurants.

Used this hotel through my timeshare program. Check in was quick and convenient. Staff throughout the hotel was friendly and competent, especially the two pool waiters.

We had a few issues on arrival (missing amenities) HOWEVER the staff were incredible. We now know what to expect and would stay there again.

Close to the airport, a little far from downtown.

Spent a week here with my family and the hotel is very nice. Rooms are spacious and clean, staff is kind and helpful, location is great.

Good: The location is close to a few restaurants and shops. Easy to get to and on the beach. The room was nice with an excellent view of the beach and pool (oceanview room).

We visited this resort for a margaritas and dancing event and had a great time. The pool was nice and direct beach access to a beautiful beach.

Have been having a great week at Royal Villas, usually I go to an all inclusive resort out far from the cities but this has opened my eyes to what I've been missing.

This was one of the best vacations we have ever had. The El Cid staff are amazing and kind, the ocean view room was amazing, and the location is fantastic.

The best part of El Cid Morrow was the staff. We had a wonderful server in the main cafeteria. His name is Fabian Lizaragga. Fabian was extremely attentive to our needs.

Everyone at Costa de Oro was very friendly and helpful. They helped us navigate anything we wanted to do. Sofia helped us book all of our activities, which included a ride to and from the hotel.

This hotel has a beautiful pool and is right by the beautiful ocean in the middle of the golden zone. It has yoga and water aerobics and activities by the pool.

Plenty of lounge chairs and tables around the pool and ocean views access to the beach and clean bathrooms. The food was great and also a wide selection of drinks. Service was excellent!

This resort for me and my wife got the best food aroud breakfast is great the food in general and the margaritas are superb is a little hotel but big in all phases food and attention I greatly

I had a great time at Granada, it’s close to the golf course and the ocean and a few steps away from many restaurants at the resort.

Hola people I stayed here from Saturday December 20 until Monday December 29 2025.

We are working with the wonderful staff at Casa Lucila for our wedding. Elsey has been amazing as we plan to take over the hotel with our family.

I love having coffee on their terrace in the mornings—the atmosphere is incredibly calm, and you can hear the sound of the waves in the background.

Wow! This place was so good it was above my expectations. I've been to Mazatlan multiple times and this place was my favorite so far!
