Staff very nice. All the restaurants but 1 were under construction. Staff was always very helpful. It would have been better if we had at least 1 other restaurant to go to.

Mazatlán:
The Inn at Mazatlán is hands down the best place to stay in Mazatlán! The location is perfect — right on the beach, with stunning ocean views and easy access to everything.

We visited this resort for a margaritas and dancing event and had a great time. The pool was nice and direct beach access to a beautiful beach.

Have been having a great week at Royal Villas, usually I go to an all inclusive resort out far from the cities but this has opened my eyes to what I've been missing.

We had a most delightful week at this delightful Resort. We felt that we had a week at a Botanical Garden.

Four years in a row we've spent a week at the Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay Resort and Spa and we'll be back next year.

Booked through Sunwing for 2cd week of February 2026. Very nice hotel with excellent rooms and service. Staff was exceptional. Beach was excellent and no problem with getting lounge chairs.

I had a nice stay at the Riu in Mazatlan. The room was nice and functional. The property is clean, organized and diverse. The food and drink are good. Most impressive is the staff.

We had an incredible stay at the Dreams Estrella Del Mar Mazatlan. Everything about this place exceeded our expectations—the staff, the food, the atmosphere, and the rooms were all amazing.

We are members and have been to a number of UVC/Hyatt all-inclusive properties.
