The worst experience, you hear all the noises from the rooms next door, it's a mess all morning people singing and screaming and you hear it in your room. I went to talk and they didn't fix anything. Too many people the pool very small and very full.

Location: It is a hotel on the beach and is close to places to go to drink or dance in Mazatlan establishment: the rooms are spacious and very clean.
Food: The buffet breakfast they offer is very good, this the chef who can prepare an omelet to taste or quesadillas, very rich breakfast here.

We are visitors of Mazatlan and have been here twice for the breakfast buffet. The food is varied and delucious, the staff are wonderful the restaurant is very clean but both times we've went we couldn't relax because of the bees! It's overrun by bees swarming over your food. And I have an allergy to bees so unfortunately we won't be going back.

Although the location is good and the price reasonable, my overall experience was regular. The room they gave me did not serve the phone and it was a bit dirty. I moved from room to floor where they were doing maintenance and there was a lot of noise from very early etc. I guess it was a bad date.

It's expensive for what it is. When you arrive you do not explain that an elevator is exclusive to the 6th and 7th floor. There's one lost in the other elevator that doesn't have those numbers. There's no surveillance in the pool. Some gringos smoked in the pool and threw the ash into it, I told them about the restaurant and they didn't care. They threw water at us from a flat and they didn't catch their attention either. The only redeemable thing is that it is at the foot of the beach and the restaurant as the food tastes very good.

Not a good experience. Tried to check out a day early and not even a partial refund even after 2 rooms and 3 days. We had to leave one day early because of a family emergency. This is probably a 2 star resort, very old, beds consist of a concrete slab with a mattress on top, very tacky. Totally a no frills resort.

In my experience, I hated it. It is to noisy for me, the hotel has music, and allows bands to play at the beach, so it is a extremely nosy experience. Also there is a lot of restaurants in front of, and they have also their own bands so it becomes a disaster for your ears. Rooms are clean, but they don’t have hair dryer. The staff is nice, but your vacation could become a nightmare if you are not in the party mode.

Really clean and nice room and price is good I got it for $1000 pesos October 2017. Beds are a little stiff but not bad but has a beach front and pool.

Don't stay here. Seriously, don't. The only saving grace in this place were the employees — — particularly Lupita, the housekeeper on our floor who folded our towels into swans every day. Not that we needed the towels, because the shower in our room never got above a cold drizzle. During our five day stay we were never able to take a real shower — — this in 90+-degree heat and 80% humidity. Other guests told us their A/C never worked. (Luckily ours did. ) The hotel is a bit older and not well-kept or clean. Staff was friendly — — from front desk to restaurant to conceirge — — but accommodations were severely lacking. Locks were broken, furniture was dingy, mattress was yellowing and bedsheets were stained or … hairy. The atmosphere was meant to evoke summertime fun, but the live music was near-constant (and started daily at 9 a. M. ). The pool and beach were always loud and overcrowded, but the noise was less of a problem than the mess. The "private" resort beach was always littered with trash and debris, from the sand to the ocean. Most hotels in the area also require that you check out specific towels for the beach or pools, but this place ran out for an entire day and still discouraged "bathroom" towels on the beach. (There is also an additional charge for not returning. ) Decent ocean-side location and beautiful views, but if you're looking for a peaceful vacation spot or a romantic getaway, this isn't the place for you. We were in town for a destination wedding.

Excellent service and care by all the staff-reception, waiters, buttons, camaristas, security, lifeguards, maintenance. Same food was served for the whole week my family and I were there. No variation, servers only attended who they thought was convenient. The beds over all were really uncomfortable, we were taken to our bed room and sheets weren't given to us after 3 days of being there, even though we asked. For what I paid for, honestly I'm sure there are more hotels out there with more quality and hospitality.

The care is excellent without a doubt. The rooms leave a lot to be desired, except the suits that are better conditioned. There is a part that has a partial ocean view by a few palm trees that stand and offer as sea view. The mattresses need changing. I went in dec of 2015. The regular breakfast but for the cost makes up for it.

Good hotel with view to the sea. The pool is a good temperature and you can go to the Moon Palace Hotel and make use of their facilities for being in the same chain. The only two things that I loved not were that the Wi-Fi cost and that had karaoke which was heard throughout the hotel and was becoming annoying.

It is an excellent choice, we stayed in rooms standard with view to the sea! the choice of hotel and the breakfast bufet is excellent, with live cooking, bar fruit and cereal bar, prepared foods and other bar with fritangas very good! The facility were remodeled, the rooms spacious with balconies, beach and pool without any problem. Relationship of price very good, although there are times that you spend with rates mega high as if they were in four season.

There were only there 4 days we were in group facilities good, beautiful view to the sea, but the service leaves something to be desired, I don't think putting it on my list of options for a next visit to mazatlan.

My family and I stayed at the Oceano Palace for a week last month. The location of the hotel is excellent, it's right on the beach and very close to restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. Hotel staff was really friendly, our room (#6001) was very clean and had a spectacular ocean view. I highly recommend the hotel restaurant, they offer an extensive breakfast buffet and our kids loved the brick oven pizza for lunch and dinner. We took the city tour of downtown Mazatlan which was great and we will definitely be back to this great city.

An excellent hotel with good facilities. What I liked most is that the beach is a few steps away from the pool. The rooms are OK, worth asking for a sea view. There are many places close to where to go shopping, to eat or antrum.
