Before I go I read many bad reviews that the water was cold than the food who knows that, but the truth is that we were taken care of super well, we were going all-inclusive plan and the excellent food we visited the 3 hotels and super rich all in particular the breakfasts in our hotel, the very friendly staff, the bar lord also very nice, I loved that booking as they have better control of the people, and the treatment is more personal, we booked a romantic dinner and everything great! Very deli everything! … We had an inconvenience regarding the cold that did not cool we left a few things in the afternoon and we noticed until we arrived at night that they were still just as hot and when we reported it they went to check it out and changed it to a new one it is worth mentioning that they were after 12am. I can highly recommend the hotel! ✨ I really liked the concept of sharing with the other hotels.

Worst experience. We stayed in room 10004 our Air conditioner sounded like something rattled all night long in the shaft for 3 nights we had asked after the 1st night to come fix it. They said they did but maintenance didn’t speak English so wasn’t sure it was fixed. 4th morning I finally got it recorded it and showed them the loud nice and requested they moved us to a different room. When I asked which room? They said you pick. So I picked room 4001 and with out knowing and a. Warning about the bar that would be playing a band outside our room till 2 am I picked that room. My son had barley any sleep that night.

Fatal. Looks like a motel, two elevators for 14 floors, stuck, lousy attention. I sold it as a family hotel and it was a martyrdom. Really left me very bad taste of all Mazatlan.

If you come with the all inclusive plan is too conditioned… there are waiters on the beach for guests in plan without food but not for the all inclusive… the pool super Chiquita… The shabby beds, the towels do not correspond to a 5 * hotel. The brands of the drinks very common… is not worth the rate you pay for what you receive…
